I was in the store yesterday morning to upgrade my phone. The young man who helped me was wonderful. I did not have my google password.and he actually wrote down exactly what I should do to get my phone working once I got home and entered it. He also told me if I had any problem to come back and he. would help me. He took his time and explained it all to me so that even I (with my limited. knowledge) understood. I want to thank him so much for his outstanding and courteous customer service. He ROCKS !!

Be aware this an authorized retailer, not a corporate store. My prior experiences have been at corporate stores. Upgrade price can be different to allow them profit, dont expect website price or corporate store price. Which really is fine, just tell me that when I asked!Dont be shady guys. Service was great, and quick,communication on price was not. So three stars

Get someone who speaks better English an can understand people. Was there an hour trying to upgrade my phone and he kept trying to sell me a phone I didnt want, phone selection sucks. I go toMeadville pa cricket and they have twice the phones, and they work with you ten times better to get you what you want.

I paid for a phone and it got really hot and broke the phone and they said they were gonna send me out a new one. They sent it to an address I havent lived in over 4 years and I dont know how they got the address which worried me then they sent over another phone and latter got told I had to pick it up from the UPS office. I picked the phone and then tried to get the card to work with the phone I could not figure it out so I went to the store and sat there with my 2-year-old daughter for over 2 hours and they told me I would have to pay for another phone.

This place is fantastic! They have everything you need no matter what. The folks there are so great, they make you feel special. Like the most important person ever. Try and stop me from coming back. Everyone should check it out, go for yourself! (~);}

I came here on a Saturday to upgrade a phone. There was only one person working, and a few people in the store, and I was there for about an hour waiting, but the gentleman who I assume runs the place (a middle-aged man who my girlfriend told me was very friendly and good at his job, from her past experiences) treated me like gold when it was my turn. He was indeed a very nice man and very proficient, helping me find a phone I actually wanted at the price I wanted to spend. He even shook my hand and apologized for my hour-long wait.Id honestly recommend Ashtabula over any of the other area stores, and certainly over Conneaut, where they cant even get a simple bill payment correct. Ill continue to come here if I need to go to a Cricket store.

I recently switched to Cricket based on my nieces recommendation. I was hesitant as I had never heard of them. There was no need to worry. Manish at Cricket was helpful, knowledable and skilled. He made the transition easy and seamless. I have been able to use my phone every where I could before... noticeably cheaper is the only noted difference. I would recommend this to anyone contemplating initial service or a change in service.

Terrible customer service!!! I normally dont write reviews but his place is unbelievable. I went in wanting to upgrade my phone the guy tried to sell me on a piece of junk then the phone i wanted he wanted me to pay the price of the phone and then a fee for upgrading! So i said never mind. Then i wanted to pay my bill which is due in 4 days i was on the cheapest plan $30 wanted to upgrade to the $60 dollar unlimited plan the guy tells me he has to charge me a fee for upgrading my plan and pay extra for the 4 days left on my service because i was switching plans . NOPE! Im trying to spend money and you want to charge me some ridiculous for for upgrading my service!!! Cricket is no longer who i go through...Nobody go to this placce!!!

Wasted my time, guy who owns the store is a jerk. Lied to get me in the door. Then yelled at me and told me when I was ready to spend money I should come back. He is rude, deletes things off your phone without permission. In the car business this guy would be called a stroke... He strokes you along telling you what you want to hear. Then changes it all at the last minute!!!
