I had a badly cracked iPhone, and needed a new screen as chunks were starting to come off. Anthony was able to get me in the same day, and my phone looked brand new after only about 15 minutes!I was so happy that I didnt have to go all the way out to an Apple store, which would have been an all-day process with the driving time, waiting in the store, waiting for the repair, and the bill would have been higher, as well. I dont have much patience for the whole Genius Bar atmosphere at the Apple stores!Very professional, fast, and affordable. Would recommend for anyone needing phone repair!

My phone broke and I would not think they would be able to replace it but they called me and told me it would be 100% covered, I could not be more happy with with for the price it is worth every bit. I came in because I had some problems with my aux and charging ports. He assessed the problem and fixed it the charging port quickly and gave me a cost to fix the aux. Nice guy and seems like an honest businessman.

Nice - very professional and thorough. Much cheaper than device replacement options Dropped a very heavy tool on it during a struggle, and the screen went black. They fixed it, by appointment, in about an hour.

All I can say is this Business is asset to Ashtabula County !!! Anthony Is the go to person for any repairs on your phone no matter what Make and Model or Carrier . I have an Apple iPhone and will never ever have to go back to the Apple store waiting for hours for assistance! He repaired my screen in less than 30 minutes and then took the time and assisted me in transferring my service to the repaired phone. This would’ve taken a good two hours at any phone store! Again it does not matter what service provider do you have or phone model Antony is the go to person! I wish the best of luck to he and his wife in their business at the Ashtabula Mall !!

My wife and I were told our i phone 7 was broken beyond repair. We took the phone to CRAKD and Joe said he could repair it. Joe put a new screen on it and a new charging port, he also ran a series of test and now our phone works better than ever. We highly recommend these guys they do awesome work.
