We came in today to see Richie. At first we were just going to get two phones but ended up getting three. He was super informative and sweet. Helped break everything down for us on the protection plan and more. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a salesman! Highly recommend. He even stayed after to help set us all up. Definitely coming back in the future and sending all my friends his way!

The guys here were very polite and each asked me what they could help me with. One guy set my iPhone up in minutes and was very efficient. The other guy was very polite and respectful to a customer who was rude and swore repeatedly for no reason whatsoever. Great job, guys😃

I preordered my iPhone 13 pro max and was told it would definitely arrive at my home on 9/24/2021. It is October 4 and still no phone. Customer service is a joke. They said it would nearly Impossible to cancel the order and buy the phone which they had available in the store when I was there. Never pre-order a phone from AT&T. I went back a second time and waited for over a half hour with not even a we’ll be right with you. I called and they said they were with a customer and would call me right back and never called. Again NEVER preorder It is nothing but frustration and a waste of time. Seriously considering a different carrier

BEST EXPERIENCE! Richie was amazing, when I called the store I had no intention of making any purchases but he got me to the store and was amazing the entire time, very polite, and respectful. After an incredibly disappointing trip to the Verizon store (with whom Ive had service for over 10yrs) I finally made the decision to stop over to AT&T to see what they could offer. The entire process was a welcomed change from my previous provider. The gentleman (Swiger? I think) working was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the business they provide, but he was kind and helped me in a hurry. For years, I have spent hours sitting at Verizon stores for things like a simple phone change - whereas my visit to AT&T was short and sweet. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future for any issues that arise, and will be recommending it to all of my friends and family. Great work guys!

Worst customer experience. Staff said they “allowed me in their store” instead of telling me it would take an hour and half to upgrade a phone 30 minutes before they close. 0 stars, would not recommend. Ritchie is very rude and talked down to me and my father.

The associate was less than helpful. He was obviously having a bad day as he was sitting there bad mouthing the company and telling me how terrible AT&T was. I went in to get a spark for my car for a hotspot and he had no clue what I was talking about. I showed him pictures and he said he had never heard of it. After calling several other associates they told him it was a product they carried. I even showed him the display model they had sitting out. After about 45 mins of sitting around listening to him complain he finally told me they were out of stock, or something. Definitely made me change my mind about switching my service to AT&T!

We were confused by our phone bill, so we went into the Ashtabula store and spoke with the GM. He was extremely knowledgeable and saw the problem immediately. He fixed our bill in the system before we left. The whole time he was very friendly and joked with us. I was very pleased with the service.

Absolutely the worse company ! Billed my stepfather for making calls to Jamaica , who the hell calls Jamaica, and mind you hes almost 90 , would not make it right 102.00 for calls he never made. What a joke ! Soon as you walk in the store everyone is happy as hell thinking their gonna make a sell , but that smile turns to a frown and then tell you to call the 800 number, why have a store if you cant help a costumer. Definitely would be negative stars if that were possible!

It is always a trying experience when you have to go to the Ashtabula store and most of the time you dont get the correct info over the phone so then you have to go there. Then they dont want you to be upset because they gave you the wrong info. Now, they have. a great employee in Anthony and he made my experience much better.

This individual store was really working hard to fix a problem wholeheartedly created by corporate. As of right now problem is NOT solved. AT&T = Absolute Troubles & Tragedies. At least the associates at this store know how to speak great English, cant say the same for corporate workers who read from a script. Only gave 3 stars because issue is NOT resolved.

Utterly disappointed, after being an AT&T customer for over 10+ years, I have been misled and lied to. I have never considered switching providers until now. This issue started in September, I went to the Ashtabula At&t store to get an upgrade. During this process the sales associate informed me of a BOGO deal they were having for the Galaxy Note9. I wasnt in need of a 3rd phone but it was a great deal, and Christmas was right around the corner. I was told all that needed to be done was add a line to my account and the second phone would be free. I was informed that it would take a couple bill cycles for the discount to reflect on my bill but the charges would be credited to my account and I had nothing to worry about.Fast forward 3 months still getting charged for the second phone. When I called the 1st time, I was informed that it was a simple mistake that could be fixed and I needed to follow up with a call the next week. The following week I called back and was told (very rudely) that it was my mistake and that nothing could be done since I dont have At&t internet or cable services (At&t internet isnt available where I live) this representative hung up on me. I called right back and talked to another representative in the customer loyalty department. I was told I needed to go back to the store and have the store manager send in a request for the error to be corrected. So I went to the store to find out the current store manager is new and wasnt the manager when I got the phone, that manager was no longer with the company. Was told that the particular location had a lot of issues and the new management was working hard to correct it the new management apologized and said he would do what he could to fix the error that had occurred within his store. Ultimately he was unable fix it since he was new to the store.Ending up with a bill over $300 each month is NOT something I would have ever agreed to. The fact that At&t customers service has made it out like this is my fault, when I was told by the salesperson something that is obviously not true just to make a sale is unacceptable. As a customer that has always spoken highly of great service, in store and over the phone. At&t I expected better from you.

I wouldnt recommend this place to any one. I went to pay my sister cell phone bill and had asked questions of why the bill keeps going up. NO HELP! My sister is in the hospital and I was told she had to be there in person in order for me to get the answers we needed. She had a total hip replacement and Im her identical twin, so why wouldnt I know what they would ask me about her, plus I had her on the phone. How rude! I will be looking else where!

Did not want to help transfer contents from old phone to new ones...purchased new galaxy s8 active n Note 8, pre ordered....the bill is OUTTA control. I had a dead android appear on my New note 8 2 day after setting up but b4 importing my number from Verizon. Took this device into store employee blew it off as no big deal n did a soft reset which turned into factory reset! Offer no compensation for lost usage and time for these issues and gave a hard time bc I asked them to document the dead android on the note 8! I regret leaving Verizon n now I am stuck with a glitchy device that I am told I cannot switch to another or get a different one without paying for Everything! Very disgusted with this company n so disappointed with the new Note 8!
