They were so helpful. For this is my first iPhone and didnt know to much. She found all the coupons and checked out different options for me. I even ended up getting my husband a new iPhone and set it up for me.

Donna was an expert describing the various phones and plans available. She was smart and flexible with information all the while being personable. I highly recommend not only this location but Verizon in general.

Very understaffed every time I am there. I have regularly seen people just walk out tired of waiting for some one to assist them. Very rarely have I been there and seen more than 1 employee working. Plan on 1 hour everytime you go even if you just have a simple question. If you are having problems and really need help, bring a meal you will be awhile

Went to this store to get a new phone salesman named Justin helped me. Took advantage of promotion on a tablet. He said they didn’t have one in stock but that it would be in the next day(New Years day) I’ve been waiting all day and no phone call. It would have been better to tell me that it wouldn’t be there till the next couple of days instead he told me that if it didn’t come in during day his wife would bring it into store? I’m a patient person but be honest with me.

James at the Ashtabula location was one of the best customers services experiences that I have had. We were there for 4 hours, with no fault of his, he helped us with our new phones and did right by us with our other unsatisfied experience there. He even called us later that night to see if there was anything else he could do for us. We recommend him to anyone looking to switch over to Verizon!

I would only ever go to Juan, hes in Geneva now so I recommend going to see him in Geneva if you want great service. The other guy there was only interested in selling me something or telling me to call customer service.

Juan is top notch! I had a few questions about my phone and he answered them and made sure I fully understood my phone. I will definitely buy from Juan again. Thank you again for a very enjoyable purchase.

Guys there are usually pretty helpful. Not a location you frequently go to but when I do stop in I never have any complaints and everyone is kind.

Excellent customer service!! New manager, great location, kid and pet friendly! The manager was such a gentleman and made my husband and I feel so welcomed and comfortable despite my hyperactive daughters antics... There was also a lady with a dog in there, the staff were so friendly and accomodating!!! All the customers, even the ones waiting were all chatting and smiling and it was because of the great atmosphere and attitude felt here. I was clearly taken aback by this, what a breath of fresh air for this town... Also, I walked away not feeling swindled or pressured and I love my new phone !!! THANK YOU Michael and staff for making my day!!!

The people here are at least good at what they do. Verizon is the highest priced service there is but it is rarely out of order or not able to solve an issue. Be careful with the auto pay if you change an account. You should likely go to the store to do it. I did it on line, and was double billed. It was resolved but was a real issue loosing $97 for over a week. They do offer a wide variety of phones. Just be aware of the high cost.

My family has always done business with the manager Juan. He was friendly and helpful and very professional. Now hes not there anymore and I am not impressed with service I recently received. I will be going to AT&T.

The phones here are $20-$50 higher than Corporate Verizon. And good luck getting Verizon promotions. Went in for BOGO, there was some type of error and the promo didnt get applied and after talking with the rude and unprofessional DM I was told there is nothing they can. Also dont fall for the bundle pricing on accessories, ask for what each item costs and watch your jaw hit the floor with how much this company marks up their products. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I couldnt even go in to look at the new phones my guy picked out. I cannot listen to all the confusing banter they use to sell you phones, services, and equipment. Its an all day affair that brings my blood pressure to a real uncomfortable level. You are at their mercy. Its one of my most dreaded chores.

They charge $3 for you to pay your cell phone bill??? Also charge $20 to transfer your contacts?!?! Accessories were marked up a ridiculously amount, why pay extra for what corporate does for free? And at this location they cant add work discount, cant cancel a line, cant bill to my account (but they can set you up SmartPay that charges 90% interest), couldnt honor my BOGO and said I had to call corporate! Buyer beware, you will be ripped off!!!

Poor customer service. Ripped off. Added products and plans to my bill I did not authorize, which made the price go extremely high, then refused to fix. Assistant Manger was worthless! Go to the Ashtabula Mall Verizon store. They are professionals and are an AUTHORIZED Verizon store. THIS STORE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED VERIZON RETAILER. VERY SNEAKY! I was trying to shop and support the businesses in my neighborhood….so much for that!

This is the worst Verizon retailer Ive ever encountered. Not only was I lied to, also I was treated like garbage when I came to them about the issue. I was told I was annoying, that they wouldnt help me and couldnt. But amazingly Verizon customer service was able to resolve the problem. Their manager is a complete pig. I would not give this store any of my business. Ever again.
