I had a great experience at Auto Craft. I had some minor damage to my vehicle and brought it in for an estimate. The estimate was completed quickly and the cost was lower than I expected. They ordered the parts necessary, which came in in one day. I dropped my car off on my way to work the next morning and they supplied me a reliable loaner car. The repair was completed incredibly quickly and was ready to be picked up by lunch time. The work done was top quality. I was very impressed. The customer service was excellent. They took care of my every need and returned my vehicle in great shape. Very happy with the service and quality of the work completed.

Off the 5 places I went to for an estimate on my car, they where the first. What I thought was weird/funny... the old man told me there was no price for my muffler and that they could try to fix it. And he never looked at the damage under the car. The old man said there was no price for the muffler in there system. How funny when every other place said there was no fixing of my muffler it had to be replaced. Also, when i told the other places they laughed and said look and right there it was on the computer a price. Dont go to them if someone hit you. I find it to be very upsetting. I think they where trying to short me. How funny, 1 out of 5 said it didnt need to be fixed when its resting on my shocks, about to fall off and it was fine before. Oh, he said they could try to straighten it. Not happy with them on estimates and will not ever recommend or go to them for anything. If thats how they do that I can only wonder what the work is really like.

All their staff was polite and helpful! The service was prompt and it was easy to communicate with the body shop staff as they made progress on my car. The results exceeded my expectations and I feel like I have a brand new car! I will definitely go back for any body repairs!

Having used autocraft before in 2012 and was very pleased with the service. I had no hesitation to use Autocraft again after my car was damaged when a turkey crossed my path. Autocraft worked with my insurance to get the cost of repair to agree with my insurances’ estimate, my car was fixed within 4 days and I was even offered a loan car whilst my car was in the shop. My husband was very happy with the work that was done to eliminate any sign of the collision. The side panel, front headlight and passenger side mirror was replaced, the hood was fixed at the front corner. Great workmanship. Thank you Autocraft.
