Andover Wheel and Frame is fantastic.I brought my car in for an alignment after being referred by my mechanic. They were very honest about loose parts in my suspension and didn’t try to swindle me out of money on perfectly good parts (I look like I don’t know anything about cars so a lot of mechanics do this).The alignment was done quickly and was very affordable. These guys do excellent high quality work. They’ve done a few vehicles for us, a 4runner where they essentially redid the whole frame and cross member and so far a year and a half later it still looks great!

Great experience here with my Ford Taurus. Car had been rear-ended and they were able to pull the frame back and get it all re-aligned for an awesome price! Staff was very courteous and polite. Would definitely use them again.

Great crew, always helpful & HONEST. They take care of the details that are important while staying competitive. I have 3 vehicles (two that were taken care of by them) and I will be back when more work is needed. I was told by another small shop it was a much more expensive part, turns out it was just a shock problem on one side quickly found by a fast 3 min. test drive & a visit to the pit

Fast Alignment on Acura TL and was cheaper than anyone else around. Corrected pulling to the left and they pointed out another issue but did not push to repair it like some other shops do. A+

I had a difficult rust repair on my Mazda Tribute that I took to several body shops. None of them would do the repair, but one of the shops suggested Andover Wheel and Frame as they had sent others there for similar repairs. They were happy to do it and very reasonably priced for the difficulty of this project. Ive had them work on my classic Mustang before and I highly recommend them.

Upfront and honest I will give them that, I brought my car in for what I thought was just a alignment issue. Turned out to be a bad control arm ball joint. Took me back to the pit and showed me the condition of the ball joint. However the quote for the job was astronomical, 800$ in parts and 400$ in labor.

Andover Wheel and Tire is GREAT to work with . Their guys are pros when it comes to finding out what is wrong with your vehicle and always give VERY affordable pricing compared to the competition . I would refer them to anyone and give them a A+ for customer service !!!

Honest, reasonably priced! Brought my car in for a cv axle replacement, got it done same day, didnt try to sell me on other services and kept me updated on the process.

I had my car aligned at Andover Wheel and Frame around 8 months ago. Ive put on around 8000 miles on a set of brand new tires and now theyre shot and need replacing. I brought the car back to them to check things out and they said everything was good except it needed re-alignment. It makes me think it wasnt aligned properly in the first place. They offered to help by dropping the cost of re-alignment by $15.00, gee thanks!! so their $50 original alignment will end up costing me $500.00($400 in tires and $100 in alignment fees) Im not happy!!! They did apologize about the bad news they had for me, and maybe it isnt a frequent problem there but their lack of initiative to resolve a bad customer experience I dont agree with. I will no longer be a customer or recommend services from Andover Wheel and Frame.
