So I needed a new inspection sticker, and the sign outside the building says that the shop is open till 5. I rushed straight down there after work, and arrived at 4:05.. After talking to the receptionist, a service manager informed that it was too late in the day for an inspection. And, The guys are already starting to break down and clean up for the day.At this point I said, But your sign says youre open till 5. To which the service manager replied, Well the inspection takes about 40 minutes, and it takes the workers 40 minutes to break down and clean up. I instantly called him out on the fact that a state inspection should never take 40 minutes, and that his workers shouldnt be closing up shop until after the hours of operation.To be honest, if it wasnt for the warranty on my vehicle, I wouldnt go back there. I do not appreciate someone trying to lie to my face, just so that they can have an easy day at work. Especially after I rushed down there immediately after working an 11hr shift... Youre in the service industry, so there is no reasonable excuse for you to treat someone this way. If you cant provide services to people after 4pm, then maybe you should change your sign that states the hours of operation

Transmission problems since I bought the vehicle. Could not diagnose or fix the problem. Car would down shift from 3rd to 1st gear when coming to a stop. Transmission is gone and they will not fix it. Can’t get parts. Seems to be how they handle everything. BEWARE!!!Make sure the service advisor writes ticket correctly. This was not what transpired.Ordered a part for another issue in 2018, never came in. Was on back order over two years. Never fixed. Ticket was closed 2020 without notice. My car was under warranty.Topper was car was hit and run on their property. They said they did not know how it happened. Think they have cameras. Yes they fixed it but seriously I trusted them and it has been a nightmare.Only thing good about this place is the body shop.

2021 escalade was ordered in March , salesman quit and my calls were never returned to go over my contact before the vehicle was built. I was not fully informed of the operation .When I couldnt find the auto parking ,the sales manager blamed me for not ordering before researching my contact with a response..take it or leave it, then finding out the options were included. Never a apologizey for the mix up...Spending under $100.000 was like experiencing a 2nd rate used car process

Bill Deluca easy quick no problem and took my new car and now am enjoying it. Mr John Lynch the Sales Manager couldn,t have been nicer to deal with .The Service Director Mr David Brown was just as nice . I will tell my friend about the Great Team at Bill DeLuca Cadillac Had a problem went in service they locate the problem and fix it in one day in and out .

I was dealing with the parts dept and they were very condescending and rude not the first time this has happened Looks like if you call for parts on an old vehicle they dont care to much and laugh about how old the vehicle is and how parts are being discontinued

Great dealership, not many cars on lot with what we were looking for but we are picky so not their fault. Our salesman Matt Correia was awesome. Not pushy, informative, honest, humble, and answered all our questions. We werent sold on a Cadillac yet but if we do plan on getting one, sure will head back to see matt.

I finally found the Tahoe I was looking for after two months of searching. I drove 100 miles to Woodworth and it was worth the trip. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with from sales to finance. I had a special request concerning the wheels and they promptly got the job done without fuss. I would make the trip again for my next purchase.

I broke down and was towed to Banks Chevrolet in NH and was disrespected and treated Horribly there. I called Woodworth and spoke to Scott in the Service Dept who told me he felt I could drive safely to Woodworth and I did. So WITHOUT an appointment, I was treated with the utmost respect and my car was fixed in less than 2 hours. I am disabled and can’t get around well, I walk with a cane. Scott made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room and took care of my car. The Service at Woodworth is Excellent. I have been going there for 5 years. I moved to New Hampshire but my car will forever be Serviced at Woodworth. I trust them, Scott in the Service Dept goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your cars diagnostic results and how best to resolve your problems. If you have a GM vehicle, don’t hesitate to bring it to Woodworth!!! The ARE the BEST without Question!!!

I had just purchased a vehicle from Marc and was supposed to call ahead to insure that the registration had been processed so I could get an inspection sticker. It was a crazy busy week and I forgot to call ahead and went to the service department early so as to be the first in line. As luck would have it, my registration was locked in the main sales building which di not open until 9 am. The service team was able to get another copy of the registration and I was quickly on my way.

Buying a car from Woodworth Chevrolet was the best experience (start to finish) that I’ve ever had. I purchased my 2005 Corvette from a small niche corvette dealer, and I over paid big time, but I got an exceptional, low mileage car. The problem came the spring when I looked up grade to a C7; and I couldn’t get any dealer give me a fair trade in my car. I went back to the same niche, dealer and they quoted me a fair trade allowance, but I was going to overpay again for C7. I hated the idea of going to a dealership, feeling like they turn and burn customers and would treat my purchased like any other car deal. I got very lucky when I contacted woodwork Chevrolet in Andover. They were the only dealer (and I contacted a lot of them) They gave me a fair price on my trade and a fair price on my new Corvette. The communication dealings between John Lynch (GM), my salesman (Matt) And with their business manager Tim was respectful, transparent, And very fair. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales & for service!

Haley took my initial call, asked me what type of car, then started talking to someone in the room with her, not listening to me on the phone. She was not helpful in assisting to get my car in for service at a convenient time for me. This service call was due to some failure at my previous service visit that caused the Bluetooth to not function. Haley did not understand that this inconvenience was the fault of the service and she should have done everything in her power to accommodate a speedy resolve. We went back and forth for several minutes trying to find a day I could bring the car in to have this repair. She did not try to accommodate my availability. She told me I could come in Saturday anytime, not offering an appointment time until I asked if anytime meant I would have to wait, possibly hours, which she said yes if it was busy. She did offer a specific time after I asked her for one. Haley acted unprofessional and aggravated an already aggravating situation. She needs education on customer service.
