I have used Collision Center of Andover for five various repairs now since their opening. Each time I get professional service and results. Turn around time and communication is excellent. Appreciate all the work they have done and will recommend them always. Kyle the adjuster has always been a great resource and help.

We brought our service van in to get some company decals removed in order to sell it. Received a very fair estimate that morning, allowed them to complete the work and got a call back later that same day saying that the work had been completed. We were expecting to have to leave it for several days and were quite surprised that they were done with it. Van looked exceptional! All the decals, glue and mess were all gone, van washed and looked fabulous - all at a very reasonable price (we had contemplated doing it ourselves - VERY bad idea!). We would absolutely use them again. Thanks for a job well done!

I HIGHLY recommend The Collision Center of Andover to anyone needing repairs to a wrecked or damaged vehicle. Jeff and his crew went all out when repairing my Infinity G37 that had the front passenger side caved in during a wreck. They are very professional but also very down-to-earth. Due to Covid-19 some of the replacement parts for my car took longer than expected to arrive but Jeff made sure to call me every few days to let me know how things were coming along. That really meant a lot to me. He even gave me a discount when he didnt have to. Thats the kind of good people they are. When I went to pick up my car, it drove like it was brand new. I havent had a single problem. You cant go wrong with The Collision Center of Andover!! A+++!!

Collision Center of Andover did a great job on my vehicle. The thoroughly explained all the issues they found, including ones I was unaware of that were not because of the accident. Car came back looking better than it did pre-wreck. Would definitely come to them with work I need done in the future, and would recommend them confidently to anyone.

Terrible service. A car crashed in my yard and they towed it. They didnt clean up the debris so I called and was told they would send someone out. Still trash in my yard. They flat out ignore my request to clean up the mess they were hired to.

They were completely rude to my husband and lied about information they said I was told that we never discussed. There is no reason to be rude to a customer that isn’t being rude to you and was willing to pay for the service even though we were told it would be billed to the insurance. We were respectful to you we expect the same courtesy. I will never recommend this company again as I have in the past

I took my car here after someone hit the back passenger side. There was almost $20k in damage. They did amazing work! My 2017 Nissan Pathfinder looks beautiful; you cant tell any work was done. The detailing was so well done! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I live in west Wichita, but will still take my cars here whenever I need work done! Very impressed!

Their estimate was competitive with other centers, and they explained the entire process and showed diagrams of the assembly of my car. They explained the part order process and when to drop my car off to make the repair in a timely manner. They said it would take one day — it did — and they called me when it was ready for pick up. Results were great — looks like it was never damaged to begin with. Very pleased.

We had to return a rental car and then go (all after work) to the Collision Center, and traffic was crawling, so we called Collision Center and said it seemed likely we would be late. The staff person agreed to wait for us until after their 5:30 closing time. We were about 10 minutes late, and there he still was, and still smiling at us. Bless his heart for being willing to stay after to serve us.Otherwise, they were prompt and did a great job on everything.
