Ive never had to deal with insurance or a body shop. Not many people really do. But a while back I hit a deer. It happens, as accidents do. But this happened a Friday night. If youve looked around, many body shops arent open on a Saturday, but this place was. After a very quick call and a tow, I dropped off my truck. From the shop side of it, everything was flawless. They helped me grab a rental, kept me really informed, and are all around just great people. The work was done very quickly and my truck is brand new again. If you need a body shop who actually cares, these are the people.

I simply went in to get a quote on a door repair where I replaced the hinge but the door was way off and wouldn’t close. He came out,looked at it and went and grabbed a few tools. Repaired it right there on the spot and charged me nothing. I’ve brought other vehicles here for estimates and I will continue to bring this business my business.

The owners were extremely friendly, responsive, and accomodating when I needed service fast! They provided a loaner car free of charge until I was able to pick up a rental from Enterprise. Their work is quality! I am glad I found this place!

I brought my vehicle there with front and back end damage. Amy was absolutely wonderful. Her and Ron helped me so much. They had my vehicle over the holiday, and were still able to get it finished before I expected them to. My vehicle looks brand new, and they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the vehicle for me-which I was not expecting cause it was mighty messy on the inside. I will for sure be going back to them if I need anymore repairs!

Interior panels were not put back on correctly, paint is bubbling and flaking of hood .

Awesome customer service, fair pricing, the time estimates I was given were 100% accurate for the work I had done. Would recommend to anyone who needs body work done.

I went to Andover Collision Center on my sons recommendation. He had used them several times and was pleased with the results. My car had significant hail damage. They did a perfect paintless dent repair job. Also had them repair a parking lot hit & run dent on my vehicle. It looks like a brand new car today. They had no car available for me to use, so they even rented one at no cost to me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the owners and employees were extremely courteous. I would much prefer they do excellent work rather than rushing through to finish up a job. .

I recently worked with them on a repair to my beloved Passat. Top notch service and customer service! 5 stars and i would recommend them to anyone.

Rated 1 star b/c could NOT submit review with zero.Was very disappointed with customer service received and time management it took to receive vehicle back from repairs. Each week was told the truck would be done the following week but the next week when checking in, was told the following week itd be done. Had STRESSED to check axel and was told it was ok but we were suppose to get truck, was told they just found out axel was broken. Took 2 months to get truck back and truck was stinky when received PLUS had to be cleaned before pick up but was still had grease smudges on dash along with grease stained floor mats.I would NOT recommend this shop nor utilize this shop again even if it was the last shop on the planet, I would walk the rest of my days instead of taking it to Andover Collision Center!!!!!
