Went here for a simple tire swap. Had to return the next day because they didn’t put it on correctly. 3 days later another tire goes flat because it is put on incorrectly again. All my tires are brand new. They won’t give me some of my money back for having to return multiple times and waiting 3+ hours at a time. Taking my money and car somewhere else they only are capable of doing quick fixer uppers that will last a week if your lucky.

Be careful! These people will go through your things and take whatever they want! I had new oils and fluids in my trunk, and when I got my car back, they were gone. I confronted them, and they denied it. I dont recommend this place. Please avoid this place at all cost and go to somewhere professional and reliable. Very untrustworthy and theyll rip you off. They ought to be ashamed of themselves!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I have used this place to change out my seasonal tires for a couple years.I went to get the to change the oil and rotate the tires on my truck. They said it was done and I paid the lady $110. She said $70 for the oil change (synthetic) and $40 for the tire rotation.On a whim I checked to see if the tires had been changed. They were not changed!! They were exactly as they were when I drove up. WhenI told them about it they said they put the best tires on the front. They didnt do anything!! I told them I wanted the tires rotated (I paid for a rotation, remember). They reluctantly apologized and did finally rotate my tires!!I will never, ever go back!

A waste of time and money. I brought my car to swap my tires and it took them almost an hour for them to put 1 tire and come back to me just say didn’t fit but it was the same tire spec 😐 and still charge me for the service. Worst part of all at the end the owner tried hustling me out of buying my tires. The guy offered me 200$ for brand new studded tires. Very sketchy place do not come here

Midas was talking about $800 and couldnt get to me for 2 weeks. These guys took me in 30 minutes after I called and got my brakes right for $350. Fast, friendly, affordable

This specific auto repair shop may look like a hole in the wall, hidden on the side of muldoon, but it is a good place to take your number of family vehicles. They are honest, work quickly, and effectively.

Very unprofessional, I paid for an oil change and they didn’t change my oil filter. I have it on my dash camera. This place is very unprofessional and must be avoided at all cost! They YouTube there issues on cars lol what a damn shame to call yourself a mechanic

Brought my car in for a simple tire swap and not even a week later MY TIRE FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING. They didnt even tighten one of my tires causing damage to my vehicle and putting me in serious danger. I will never go back to this place, STAY AWAY.

One star is too much for this low life e place. Yeah the price is good but the service sucks big time. I took my truck in to have a head gasket replaced and here it is two years later having the same one replaced. Come to find out they used a used head and wanted it up the broke off a few screws and replaced them with the wrong size and they were too long which cause the strong part of the head to crack. My advice is to stay clear of this place because you get what you pay for!

These people are fantastic. They were closed on a Sunday and were having a family get together at the shop. I went up to the door and then realized they were closed. I started to leave and one of them came out to meet me and said that their computer system was down. They asked if I could do cash. The price was still the same and they ended up getting me in the back and changing over my tires. That goes above and beyond what customer service is all about. forget about the person who says they talk amongst themselves in their own language. This is America, there are other languages here, get over it.

Absolutely never go here unless you need to! They speak their own language to discuss within themselves their own prices and made up car problems. They feed off costumers with minimal car knowledge.

Good prices for tire switch overs (apx $60 for a full size SUV). Gone to them for the last two years. Fairly quick, and no issues with them.

Later in the evening on a Saturday and needing a nail removed from a tire. Everybody else I checked along the way was too busy or booked. Truck was in the back within 5 minutes.

Had our started replaced with these people. 2 weeks later it died again. They refused to fix it. Turns out they over charged us as well. What should have cost $350 they charged us $515. Never go to these people.

HORRIBLE EXPIERIENCE!!!! do not go here!! Without my permission, they used a hammer to get the drain plug off my oil pan and dented my oil pan as well. Then they tried charging me $14 to get the plug off because they didnt have the correct tools and ended up taking about an hour and a half. I ended up taking my car to a different shop to get their opinion and they said I needed a new oil pan and that they couldnt even get the new drain plug off, and I wont be able to get another oil change without a new oil pan. So I went back to East Side to tell them that they messed up my oil pan while trying to get off the drain plug and I told them they needed to buy me a new one and the manager said No, Im prepared for whatever your going to do to us Im going to report them to Bureau of Automotive Repair!

My first time going there, I plan to go there one more time before I give a complete review, I got two of my four tires changed over though.

Terrible service! Had my car for 3 months and still nothing fixed! Had to take it to another shop after being lied to everytime I went there to check on it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your repairs.
