I came here to buy a new set of tires and have an alignment done. Ive been here 4 hours now. Its partly my fault and partly theirs. Long story short,I was the first customer of the day they did the alignment first and discovered that I had the wrong type lug nuts. The tire change over and balancing work did not need to wait for these lug nuts. They decided to start working on another vehicle as we waited for the nuts to be delivered instead of continuing to mount the new tires on my rims. My only gripe is how they mismanaged the work strategy that would have saved me from waiting an extra 2 plus hours. Other than that I would recommend this place. They have good customer service and have gone the extra mile to make me feel informed and updated.

I stopped in here to get new three new tires for my camper. When I told Jesse I would wait in the shop for the tires he personally took my wheels back and started the job himself. My tires were replaced and the job was completed in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely be back for my future tire needs! Thank you Jesse!!!

I got my Semi truck alignment and steer axle tires done here. Not only did they get me in quickly, they also got my truck situated in a timely manner. Colton and Bob were excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable staff that really knows tires and big rigs. I have already recommended several of my trucker friends to come here. Good stuff will be coming back in the future for rear axle tires.

I went for a replacement tire, and signed a form saying I would pay $200 for a new one. When I picked up my car they were able to repair the old tire for a fraction of the price. It’s nice to find a business that provides honest service compared to taking the easy sell.

Our RV needed a front end alignment and Purcell was able to schedule an appointment within days of our call. We also had them do some tire work(leaky valve) and an oil change. We were taken on time, everything was explained to us and what was done when we picked up the motor home. When we dropped it off we were told all the work should be finished after lunch and it was!We had never heard of Purcell before and found out they were a chain. Based on this great experience we will seek out a Purcell location again.

Ordered Goodyear tires from Purcell because no one else in town carries what needed. Told it would take 2-3 weeks. After more than 2 months after several call that went unreturned I call today. The shipment came in yesterday and my tires are in. Except they weren’t. Lousiest service I have had since moving to Anchorage. Never again. Switching back to Michelin.

Not done yet, but getting an estimate on a brake job on the motorhome. But so far very professional attitude.

Complete waste of my morning. arrived at 10:00 am and was the first non-commercial customer to arrive on this day. waited for two hours while they worked on vehicle(s) that arrived after me (they dont make appts here, first come first served). i think youll find better, or at least more prompt service elsewhere. yes its busy during changeover season but this was an exceptionally poorly managed situation.

BEWARE!! Called all three of Purcell locations in Alaska and was quoted $60.00 to dismount balance and remount 315 80 R 22.5 that were purchased through the Michelin Advantage Program. Once the finished the charged me $95.75 per tire at the Anchorage AK store. They charged me for disposal and valves which they never told me of extra charges when I was quoted. They knew this was for a motor home, and I was not taking the old tires! BEWARE THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND CHARGE YOU MUCH MORE!
