When I got there, I walked the lot looking for a truck. Nobody approached me, which was refreshing but a greet would have been good. When I went inside to find somebody to look at a truck, I found Bob. Bob was awesome. After we drove a truck, he handed me to another salesman, Mike. Bob explained that he had a recent surgery that tuckered him out easily and Mike was one of the best. I appreciated Bobs honesty and handing me off to somebody who could better assist me. Mike is amazing. We talked about what I was looking for, budget, what Im going to be using my truck for, etc. He took me to the back lot where the pre-owned vehicles are and I found the absolute perfect truck. Mike went the extra mile for me. He told me I didnt need a bigger, more expensive truck for what I eventually want to do with it. He would have gladly sold me one had I wanted it. Thank you, Mike!!

Great experience buying our first vehicle, a 2019 Subaru Ascent with salesmen Michael Hiett n financial manger Jared Holbrook! Very polite n greeted at the door. We were taken care of quickly n professionally. The process took some time, but to be expected with any sale. After signing the papers and left the lot we had a phone call the next day from our salesman Michael Hiett following up to see how everything was going with our vehicle. Very nice n kind of him to take the time to check up on us. A few days after buying the vehicle we had a dead battery one morning and got roadside assistance and got the vehicle started n brought to dealership at south Lithia dodge and right away they got the vehicle and fixed it. We waited like an hour n was back out on the road again. Everyone was courteous and professional with a few updates along the way. We recommend this dealership to our family n friends. Ask for Ben Ankrum if you’re in the market for a Mopar. Sat down with Ben Ankrum and ordered a 2022 Ram 3500 in less than 30 minutes. I already built the truck several times online so I knew exactly what I wanted. Ben dropped the build sheet off with his manager and had me confirming the order and dropping a deposit in no time flat. Ben stayed in-touch the entire build and promptly provided me with order updates as he received them. When the truck arrived it was built to my spec and even had my name on the window sticker. Drove off in my new Ram about an hour after I arrived. Don’t be afraid to ask for a free hat and hoodie to go with your new Mopar. Thanks again Ben for your help.

When car sales employees say they will go above and beyond to make a sale, it generally means doing the back and forth. I had a very limited time crunch, with vehicle specs I needed. It was a long shot, and after going to over 5 different dealerships, I landed here. I should have gone here first.The dealership really did go above and beyond, doing everything in their power and then some, to get me a used vehicle. From initial contact, to finding the vehicle, to the sales process, it was amazing. I know they worked hard, and didn’t drop the ball. It allowed a safe vehicle for myself and my kids to own. I can’t thank them all enough. I won’t be going anywhere else in anchorage to look for a new or used vehicle.

From the start Evan was nothing short of AMAZING!! My husband filled out the inquiry form online and right away Evan was in contact with me which was delightful. Was given three free oil changes from RAM corporation for previous poor service on new vehicle, I live outside Anchorage so extremely hard to schedule and not will too wait 5hrs. Spoke to service manager about this and was contacted by Grace who scheduled 8am drop off and promised 1hr wait. Vehicle was dropped at 7:50 around 9:30 I started asking questions no work had been started I asked for keys back Grace again promised done by 10. The mechanic had lost keys random employees are rummaging through my vehicle and looking around engine searching for them, they were finely located on ladder in side shop. One of the customer service rep asked mechanic if he remember to put oil in engine, this place is completed joke run by bunch incompetent losers. It took 2.5 hrs did not use synthetic oil as requested and spilled oil allover an engine with 10k on it. Will never return.

Awful management and worse business practices!David was the sales representative that was working with me, he was excellent and working hard to make a deal happen.The management was the worst, most unprofessional collective group I’ve ever worked with. Long story short, I came to see about a vehicle that was posted online, after the test drive they evaluated my car to determine it’s trade in value. They offered me 1/3 (conservatively) of what the cars worth is, naturally I declined but wanted to go forward with the purchase of the vehicle without a trade in.We finally come to terms (over the phone at this point), I agree to buy at the price they offered. This was their offer! Not me trying to talk them down (I tried), they offered me a price and I ended up agreeing on what they gave me.I’m on my way to pick the car up now and they casually let me know that whoever approves these deals didn’t think this was good enough, so the deal was off.Total waste of my time.I’m a military member and have served my country for over 10years, I wasn’t looking to get a deal of a lifetime, I wanted a reliable vehicle for my wife to drive the kids around. One that won’t break down on her when I’m deployed. I wasn’t asking for a lot on this, in fact I agreed to their terms, the price they first put on the table during negotiations only to learn their word means nothing and they can retract their offer in a moments notice.Complete lack of leadership. Needless to say, I strongly recommend anyone considering doing business here to shop elsewhere. These people don’t honor their word.

How did l end up with completely drained battery after asking for alignment? Im not sure. How is that possible that my truck shakes way more than before now they “performed alignment” Im not sure. I went back there and let him know about it and the answer is lm not sure! Tell Kenny it is ok to man up and take responsibility and accept the issue when you know someone in your team messed up! Its called customer service!!!! Now l have to purchase new battery and take my truck to other ram dealership to get the work done correctly. Lose-lose situation. I lost couple hundred dollars and you lost a potential customer who buys a vehicle every year.

Tried several times to schedule my 1st oil change on line with no success. Went in and asked about getting my 1st oil change on the vehicle I bought there. Was told to be there by 6:30am Saturday would be able to wait. Get there before 6:30 on Saturday September 11th was the 1st customer there. Service advisor opened shop a little after 7am. Go to check and to let her know I needed to wait her response was I dont care there are already 15 people checked in it would be at least 5 hours. I replied theres not 15 customers even in line. Needless to say she was very rude a unprofessional. I told its ok Ill talk to the manager. Again she responded with I dont care. Next. This goes to show she really doesnt care about Lithia customers. Its sad that you spend that much money for the vehicle and life time oil changes and get treated so poorly.

I checked in for a standard gas oil change at 8am this morning with an estimated wait time of over 180 minutes. I drove there and turned in my keys close to 10am. Its now 1:56pm, theyre just now coming out telling me this is all the things we found wrong. No updates along the way, terrible communication in house and on the app. Will be going back to the Wasilla Lithia, better service there and worth the drive.

Complaints regarding service department seem to persist. Covid or no covid, staffed or understaffed, part shortages or not, the service remains the same: absolutely horrible. Whether an oil change, a recall, etc, customers often leave service department unsatisfied due to disorganized, inefficient & ineffective operations. This is well known by the general manager & as a result employees take a lackadaisical approach to customer service. I’ve personally witnessed a dissatisfied customer ask to speak with GM. After conversation outside, GM walks back into service dept, makes a joke about customer, & they all laughed with other customers in the shop. This behavior is indicative of a horribly managed dealership with a heavy focus on bottom line rather customer satisfaction, retention, & quality work.

Unfortunately we have had multiple bad experiences at this dealership. Although you may get a decent deal in comparison to other dealerships, it may not be worth the stress and wasted hours you may spend purchasing, or maintaining the vehicle.Our most recent experience should have been an easy tire swap. We requested to keep the summer tires since they were only one season old and still in great shape. After waiting almost 8 hours (we were 3rd in line for first come first serve service) we arrive to pickup the vehicle and the receipt includes a tire disposal fee and the tires were dumped.We’ve really tried to give the benefit of the doubt each time, but after several disappointments we feel strongly there should be some major improvements before returning, and a friendly warning given for future customers.

The process was easy, however, we have had nothing but problems with the truck we bought since we got it. Yes its a used truck, but its been one thing after another. Within the first 48 hrs the check engine light came on, theres a leak somewhere(arent able to get in with our mechanic until mid August). Had to replace a tire, and today the exhaust fell off. How they can knowingly sell a vehicle in this condition to a growing family is sad. Shame on us for not having it looked over before signing the papers. Never doing business with them again.

I am pretty sure that one star is too much. I called service a couple of weeks ago and tried to make an appointment for an oil change and a replacement rear turn signal light. I was told at the time that I couldn’t make an appointment for that because it was an expressed service and that I just needed to show up. They are no longer providing complementary rides so I knew I was going to have to wait. I scheduled a day off work and showed up at 8:19 AM to have my express oil service. I didn’t leave Lithia until 2:30. I was told that I might have to wait five hours as they were extremely busy. 6 1/2 hours later I was finally finished. Absolutely ridiculous that it took that long to do an oil change. Never going to this dealership again, and will not buy a vehicle from them because I don’t want to be tied to their service department. It’s absolutely horrible. This is the second bad experience I have had there and although the service person that I had in the express line was pleasant it didn’t make up for the lack of service and the overall bad experience.

Long story short, its a month later and they still havent paid me for the truck and they have already sold it to someone else. Its been difficult to get anyone to respond to my calls. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right and they still havent......Their responses are ridiculous. We are waiting for the title, but we sold the vehicle, so they sold the vehicle without the title?

The salesmen weren’t my favorite. There were multiple people handling my sale, which I didn’t like because it felt like I had to explain myself to four different people before getting an answer. They were always busy and it made the process feel super rushed. Found issues with my car the day I took it home and was told I had to wait a little over a month to get it serviced. That was baffling considering I just bought it. The finance department did what they could to help. It wasn’t the greatest buying process but Cody in finance did make it a lot better. I would’ve regretting the whole process if he didn’t help smooth things out.

Went to have oil changed. I have a life time deal, 5yrs or 5k miles. It turned out I showed up 1 month early. For some reason I did not calculated months right, not quite awake or maybe it was Mon. Anyway I took a day off from work and wanted get it done. Express lube customer service lady tried to explain me that I was not eligible because I was one month early. We had service mgr. Greg L involved and even dough I was not right, he work with me and I got my oil change done. He wanted me to be happy and satisfied.I just wanted to say sorry trouble and thank you for excellent costumer service you are providing.

Not impressed with the services department. Got my Jeep wrangler in, got oil change and was told there is some mechanical issue needed to be fix. I agree and ask when will the vehicle can be look at, advise from Clayton he will check and call me back. Wait the whole day no call, call the next day no answer, left message, call the next day again, left message to another services associated. Call again the 3rd day, finally got Clayton online, advise already give my inspection to another service associate Tony. Talk with tony, rep stated he was super busy forgot to call me but vehicle can not be look until April 15! Just that answer, no one could of tell me. Very bad customer services, not going there again. Taking my business elsewhere.

I had a stellar experience at Lithia! My salesperson, Chuck, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. He was willing to answer all my questions, no matter how silly. Like, how many baby bears could the backseat hold? Or, what kind of torque can I expect while towing my trailer? I feel like I got a great deal on our trade-in, and the final price on my truck was absolutely acceptable. Cody, who did all my closing paperwork, was fun, methodical, and clear, on what each page meant. He allowed me time to read everything I wanted without making me feel rushed in any way. I did not feel pressured to purchase any additional products (though I did come back the next day to get the extended warranty), ultimately, no one pressured me at all. Overall, this was a great experience. Thank you David K. for hooking me up with a great sales team, and thank you Chuck and Cody for making it such an easy process.

Beware! Do not take your vehicle there. I have traveled the us with the military going to many shops and this dealership and service shop is the absolute lowest. Worst experience I have ever had with a service of my jeep. Repairs were not done appropriately, timely or well. First there was one issue then another. Two times I picked up the vehicle and there was a new problem after they fixed it. Third time a tech called to say they forgot to install a part and again vehicle stayed there. Over one months time total in the shop.

Were it a 10 star referral, theyd get 9 and change. John Palmer made that big portion of a morning, pleasant and very helpful. There was a little rough spot about the warranty on the 2019 Dodge Journey. Id kinda thought I was getting a certified car, so make sure you are clear on that. Jared (finance guy) gave me pause when proposing I purchase a better warranty. After nearly a couple weeks he was quite helpful getting my wife on the title which had been overlooked.So, the wipers needed replacement (still less than 2 weeks out). Lithia wont go for that few bucks support. The same week I got a used iPhone 7 from Amazon, and Amazon PAID for a new $60 battery, done at Batteries +. I think thats being really chintzy on Lithias part and I hope they read this, and when you read this I hope you remember their failure.

Currently still waiting to pick up my truck that needed an oil change and it was dropped off at 7:30am this morning with only 6 people that were in line before me. I called at 12:30pm and 2pm no answer or update from the service department. Finally went back to the service desk in person to check on my truck and had the worst customer service. No one had a real answer on why my truck was not done yet or an estimated time when it would be. Was just told it will be done today. It was like pulling teeth to get the answer that the diesel mechanic leaves by 5pm and thats when the truck would be ready at which point the service desk rep Kenny said that we could leave or he could pull the truck instead of prioritizing a vehicle that was dropped off at 7:30am and the oil change was still not done 7.5 hours later. 10/10 do not recommend using them for any services on your vehicle if you expect good customer service or timely work.

Excellent vehicles and sales.Unfortunately horrible customer service after you obtain a vehicle. You cannot make an appointment for service. It’s first come first serve only. It took me two months to get key fobs made (15 min job) because I would go in and wait for an hour then have to leave to go back to work.Finally but the bullet and showed up early on a Saturday and the entire ordeal has already taken close to three hours of my Saturday.A scheduled service calendar would eliminate my complaint and permit efficiency for both the technicians, staff and customers.

We were walking around in the single digit temperatures using a card to scrap the windows when a sales advisor came out and saved us. I am regretting purchasing the lifetime oil change package with my car purchase.I attempted to get my oil changed yesterday. Signed up online and it was showing a 3 hour and 40 minute wait. I call to confirm that I don’t need to be present to wait for my oil changed. The staff I talked to assures me that I do not need to be present and she would recommend showing up when it says I have 1 hour wait time. I watch it throughout the day. It definitely ends up being longer than a 3 hour and 40 minute wait. I finally move up to position 1 but it still says 2 hour 30 minute wait time. I figure they must have complicated cars they are working on that are currently being serviced. I refresh it 15 minutes later and my name is gone. I call and I am told that the line moved quickly because they added a technician (apparently it went from 2 hour 30 minute wait to no wait in 15 minutes) I really would have appreciated a call if that was the case, since I had been waiting all day and had already spoken with someone that directed me to wait until the wait time for me was an hour.I show up the next day. My wait time says 1 hour and 20 minutes but I do not dare to miss my time again. The entire service area is full of staff but apparently only one person can help with oil change checkin so I end up waiting. After check in I know there will be a wait but I didn’t count on sitting at the waiting room for over THREE hours.If I had known what I know now, I would NOT purchase the lifetime oil change. I would count the additional cost of paying for oil changes at a different location a win due to the ease of process, lower wait time, and customer service. Buying a used car for your child is a stressful endeavor. On the one hand, you want to have them in the safest and newest model to assuage your fears. On the other hand, you want to spend as little as possible so that they learn the value of a dollar. Thank goodness we came across RJ and Mike at Lithia to help us out. They listened, researched, found a car that fit the bill on a sister lot, encouraged a long test drive in snowy conditions and did not pressure at all. What I fully expected to be a nightmare experience turned into a pleasant transaction where really nice and knowledgeable people took exceptional care of my family (especially my daughter). We moved our purchase from ACJD to Lithia after having bad experiences with the downtown dealership. Lithia was a much better experience. Their staff were less pushy and they recognized when there was a potential issue and worked to resolve it and make sure the transaction was fair.

Did the online check in for express service to get an oil change at around 11 am, and it listed wait time as over 3 hours. Drive there at 4 pm, second on the list and it still showing an over three hour wait. Did the chat option to inquire what was going on. Got a reply that services would call me. After waiting about 10 minutes without a call, I called them.They said there were 6 people in front of me and they’re full. Said I should check in earlier. I tell them that their check in system shows only me and one other person who is in front of me and that I checked in at around 11, not just now and it wasn’t showing 6 people in front of me like they were saying. Their solution was I could possibly be last in tonight or tomorrow morning if I wanted to leave my car there. I got off work early for this and the lack of customer service for a mess up of the system they’re choosing to use has made me decide to never use their services again.

After a very bad experience at Lithia Hyundai, I wasnt overly happy about going to another Lithia dealer for a car. But I was surprised to find that my Lithia Jeep experience was amazing! No pressure from Mason, and he made sure I received everything I wanted. And they got everything done without taking all day. Ansel in finance even double checked evethe next day just to make sure I got the best deal. Cant give 5 stars until I have needed service...Would definitely recommend.

The people who work here are excellent individuals and salesperson. Unfortunately customer service has a lot to improve. They won’t call you with updates, they will wait until you’re tired of waiting and make that call. That happened to me during sales and during the add-on service.It’s unfortunate because nobody in the store seems to be responsible for calling and notifying clients. The staff is missing proactivity. Hope to not need the store again for services, if I can find another alternative.

He explained everything from a-z about the vehicle and the car-buying process. I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4, Candle apple Red. She is b-e-a-utiful!!! I can honestly say that I walked in and Wes was my salesperson. I had an appointment at 9. Wes had the Jeep I wanted to look at rinsed off and waiting for me. I took a test drive. Came back and Wes spent almost three hours telling me about the Jeep. I had a list of options I wanted on the Jeep. He went over every one of my requests and made sure I saw them on the vehicle ! I was so impressed. Felt at ease the entire time. Once it came to making a deal Wes made sure he had everything on his list to take to the manager. We came up with a deal and told them I would be back with my husband in a couple days. They offered the Jeep to me to test drive till the next day. Needless to say we love the Jeep and decided it was the one. Met with Wes the next day. The whole process went so smooth. Everyone we dealt with was awesome. Made sure we were taken care of. Jeep was detailed and waiting for usAgain thanks to everyone at Lithia. It was an awesome experience and we love the Grand Cherokee!!!

Honestly cant say to much about about the sale department but the mechanic department is pretty sad. Had the front pinion and diff rebuilt a year and a half ago and since then have done several on my own on different jeeps and am more familiar with differentials. a week ago I noticed my axle seals were leaking (not there fault) after removing the carrier I noticed one of the bearing was free spinning on the carrier and was easily removed then noticed they used a cut off wheel instead of a proper bearing puller and cut deep into the carrier were the bearing ride and has since began to fracture and now is no good. Couldve saved me a lot of money if they used the proper tools.

I went into the dealerships today to look at the Ram TRX. They didnt have one so I asked when the next one would be coming. The sales guy said some time around the end of the month dont remember the exact date. I asked for what options it would have So he printed it for me. I looked at the price sheet and it showed a $15,000 dealer markup I told him when I asked RJ over text on the last TRX they got in which was the launch edition it only had a $10,000 markup and thats still a lot. He told me no the last one had a $20,000 dealer markup I told him that that was crazy and I would just wait for gas prices to drive the price of the vehicle down and his response was the people that buy these vehicles are multi-millionaires and they dont care about gas prices its like adding $0.20 on a cheeseburger for extra cheese to them he was actually quite rude. I was totally turned off by the mentality of the dealership and if I decide to buy a TRX in the future it will not be from them. I had my good buddy with me who is quite well off to say the least and he was not impressed with how I was treated.

I have been looking for a truck, and an ad popped up for cars by Lithia of Anchorage. I thought why not take a look. I saw a truck that would be strong enough to pull the capacity I needed.i filled out the very short form. It replied a representative would e contacting me soon. They did and an appointment to go see the truck was happening. The following day , I only thought Id be getting more information on what I could actually afford, and I did, only after I got to test drive the truck I had my eye on. This Dodge 2500 Lariait, 4 door 2015 was beyond anything I could imagine, much less be able to drive it. Drove fantasic. I was in awe. It had everything.I mean everything and then some. I really need the truck real bad, Unfortunately I wasnt able to come close to their requirements. I have a limited income, and the representative was very honest with me.
