Understaffed but still had good service.

We just dropped off our u-haul trailer and Julio was more than helpful. Our original drop off location happened to be closed when we were trying to drop off our trailer, so we went to this location to see if they’ll since they were open. Luckily they did. Julio was extremely helpful in our situation. The original dealer where we picked up the trailer from charged us for furniture pads that we didn’t get and apparently didn’t connect the brake chain for the trailer. Thankfully we made it to our destination harm free but it’s scary knowing that almost wasn’t the case.

Whorse service ever !!! We get a quote; came near our trip to reserve same quote. Came today they high the cost ! Pay was a nightmare (their system was down) 2 hours later when pay came thru guest what? They cant find the truck key 😮 really people. Ohhh theres more, they know from beginning were hauling Guests again! They dont have a hitch installed in the truck. So finally after waste 3 presious hour we really need to our 9 hours trip... We heading to Houston... F**k 😠

This is the place to go if you that kind of service . They are so helpful Respectful to everyone .Every time we needed U -HAUL for some of their services You could not have asked for better Folks to assist you. Hats off to all the staff
