Came in for an oil change. Made an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early to find 20 mormons (person behind counter told me this, all 20 year old kids in white shirts, name badges and ties) and all their Chevy equinoxs that needed servicing---never seen it this busy. Had a discussion with counter person about possibly moving my appointment bc they were slammed with the walkins. Person wasnt sure if these walkins would screw up my appointment time...how is that, I did have an appointment. I agreed to wait for up to 90 minutes. At minute 30, they pulled my truck back. At minute 60 I walked around back to see all my tires off my truck....of course they have to do there 5 page suggestion section. I asked them to stop and get to the oil. At minute 75 I see some oil. Cmon guys...I offered to rearrange my schedule bc you were slammed and you cannot help me out with a quick oil change. My pan plug is a quick release. It takes 15 minutes to change my oil. Not very cool.

1. they will lie to you to get your car in there. I asked them twice if they had the tired I needed, twice they told me they did. Then I dropped the car off was told to come back around 1230, got there car there around 10am, needed just one tired replaced.2. came back at 1150 and was lied to again, after I asked why the tire wasnt replaced the lady decided to tell me car wasnt moved or worked on yet (this is after I called at 1120 and she told me it was in the shop about to be looked at) then I told her that the car was left in one spot and now its in another, so it had been moved.3. They did not even have the tire that was needed for my car, this is after TWICE they told me they had that size tired in Three different brands. Then they also decided not to call me and let me know that they didnt have the tire but were trying to get it before I came back for the car.Absolute worst customer service and slowest service I have seen.

We were loyal customers to this Firestone location for the past 10 years. We own three vehicles and have purchased several sets of tires, as well as oil changes and other maintenance items. They have had severalchanges in management over the years. My husband enjoyed taking our vehicles in and always was a satisfied customer. We purchased the road hazard warranty for our New Firestone tires. One of the tires got a puncture within the first year. So, we thought the warranty would cover the replacement tire.the New manager will not honor our tire warranty. Firestone just lost a very loyal customer. We are returning to Discount Tire where they honor their road hazard warranties.

Replaced my two front tires here and they did a great job and were quick. The problem is that I spent the next 45minutes waiting in the lobby to pay while workers talked in the back. Oh... and for some reason they went through my glove box and just left all the stuff out.

Very desatisfied with the customer service here, my wife had a nail in her tire and since I was at work and couldnt fix it for her, I told her to go to a shop and see if they could fix it. They immediately told her that the nail was in the Sidewall and was not fixable and that she needed to BUYa new tire. I get it, times are tough and everyone needs to make up for last years losses, but just because shes a female they tried taking advantage of her and upsell her on a brand new tire. Thankfully her dad is a mechanic and has raised her right. As you can see in the picture, my tires are 90% new so it was fixable.

They will try to sell you repairs you dont need. Went in for a flat tire. They wanted to charge me $300 to replace the tire because they said they couldnt repair it. I went somewhere else to check it out. The real problem was there was a crack in the wheel. Nothing was wrong with the tire and Im still using it as is, 1000 miles later. There are lots of good tire places out there, you can find a more honest place.

Stopped to have the pressure in our tires checked. The first man acted like it was a royal pain, he stated we would have to get a ticket for the service. I told him we have never done that. He went inside and the service manager came out and took care of our tires. His name is Tye he was very nice, I told him we were customers for more than 18 years and will continue because of him.

The main person in charge is the best.!! I came in for alignment and oil change. Hd a few rude customers on the phone but he never lost his cool 😎 treats customers with respect no matter what. And his back workers were rude to him too not wanting to work or something like that and he still kept 😎 pop a soda can open drank and kept going.!!!! Awesome customer service. Not everyone has this SUPERPOWER!!

Im really baffled with all the one stars for this location. I had a great experience. I made an appointment for a lot of things, some general maintenance and to get my AC fixed. They did everything wonderfully and my car feels like new again. I even was able to pick it back up the same day. And if you need windshield wipers blades, it was cheaper to have them replace both than it is to buy one single blade from auto zone.

Be careful of this place. They charged me for a state inspection but never actually performed the service. I only found out after repeated failed attempts to renew my vehicle’s registration online. I went back to Firestone to get a copy of my inspection report only to find out that it was never done. Makes me wonder if they actually rotated my tires or changed my oil now.

So many One ratings. Shame on me. We took our Audi to this shop, as our car wouldn’t start one morning, recently. So, after jump starting, we drove the car to this Firestone. After describing the issue, the manager quoted a price to replace the battery (not cheap as goofy Audi put the battery under the driver’s electric seat). I replied that the price is okay, but to pls make sure it’s the battery and not something else.Firestone charged me to replace the battery. I asked to keep the old battery.A few weeks later, the same issue as the car was dead. This time, I jump-started the car and drove it, with my old battery, to a well known parts chain. They ran a diagnostic on the old battery, the new battery and on the Audi’s alternator. They found nothing different between the condition of both batteries and, they found that the alternator was faulty, putting out only 11 volts.So, then I drove back to Firestone. After a few hours...”Now,” the manager of this Firestone location says, “your alternator is faulty.”That was $150 wasted. And, the manager was not honest with me. Either that, or their diagnostic equipment is hoping to be part of year end profit sharing.

I went to this location to have a battery indicator light checked on my car to make sure I didnt need a new battery. My battery was checked as well as the air pressure in all tires. Abraham went above and beyond to ensure that the battery was okay and even drove my car around the shop to make sure the battery indicator light went away. Brandon reassured me again that all was well and I was on my way on a Friday night.I cant say enough about my experience at this location. The customer service was amazing and I will definitely go back in the future.

Rico and the staff bailed me out of trouble today. Had a metal shank in the side of my tire and did not notice it until 15min before closing time. Brought it in and Rico and his staff stayed late tonight to change my tire and get me back on the road. We are going on vacation in the morning and needed our vehicle to be able to drive to airport. Rico was awesome and super nice to stay late after closing time to help me out.

I want to tell everyone that this facility has drastically improved. The personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and treat you with respect. Not only did they take care of all my needs, they went above and beyond to make me feel a part of the process. I highly recommend that you try them out if you have repair needs. Although they do get busy, they do their best to work with your schedule. My thanks go out to Billy, the store manager, and Jeff, the shop manager, for making sure that my repairs were addressed quickly and correctly. This is the only location I’ll bring my truck to for service. The sales staff are always friendly and they’ve never tried to sell me a bill of goods. Technician Joey was the last to handle my maintenance, and he was really takin’ care of business. I was back on the road in no time at all. Just talking to him for a moment while picking up my truck, you can tell he really cares about the quality of work he does.

If you need tires or service Fireestone is the place to go. They have knowledgeable staff that can help with selecting products and warranty information and their Firestone card is a steal. (Currently: 6 months free financing for any purchase offer $149? Yes, please!) Gregg was exceptionally helpful when I had a warranty issue with some tires and put in the extra work to make sure I was not paying a dollar more than I should for the new set. Great work, great prices, and great service.

I bought my tires here and Ive taken my car in 3 times for a patch. The first 2 times they couldnt patch it i understood and believe the story and paid for new replacement tires. but now a third time and its a small leak in the center and still they will find any excuse to not just patch it and they sell me a new one. And now theyre trying to get me to replace tie rods to pass an inspection as well. Theyre just out to get every penny possible. Not going back to Firestone after this.

Id like to warn current and future customers about this location and Firestone in general. This branch wasnt even able to perform an oil chance correctly. All the oil from my 4Runner poured out since the oil filter wasnt installed correctly rendering the engine useless. This is pure incompetence. Initially this Firestone branch and corporate office pretended want to help. All lies. I had been a Firestone customer for over five years and they had the audacity of racking up the bill to over $1,700 and didnt step up to admit their mistake and pay for this. Absolutely disgusting and immoral. They stuck me with bill and my 4Runner is now worthless. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TRULY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I encourage everyone that has had a similar experience to share it with others as this could prevent disasters for others.

I have been a customer for years. Their service is very reliable. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. They NEVER try to over sell or rape your pocket. VERY HONEST.We take 5 vehicles here for all tire and brake needs. Thy also service Allen Police vehicles. Work is exceptional and any issues are dealt with promptly & professionally.I question people who gave a 1 star rating. I rate fairly, honestly, and logically. I remember when this location first opened and I could honestly say that I would never recommend going here after my first 2 experiences. However, over the last year and a half I have gone back to get regular maintenance on my vehicle. They normally have same day openings to schedule appointments which I find is the fastest way to get my car in and out, or I drop it off and it is always ready same day. I do appreciate their recommendations that they provide for additional maintenance and their patience to take the time and explain what its for or why its needed. I also appreciate when I decline an offer they dont try shoving it down my throat, or making me feel stupid for not choosing to go with their recommendations. This location has made a vast improvement from where they were 7 or so years ago and I highly recommend their services!

Do not bring your car here if you expect to get it back with the service completed correctly or in a reasonable amount of time. Ive had two horrible experiences and will not be back.I brought my truck here for an alignment as it was making a noise at freeway speeds and pulling to the right. After the first alignment, the truck still made the noise, but didnt pull to the right. Brought it back the next day asking why it was still making a weird noise. They did another alignment. It still made noise and was now pulling to the right again. Brought it back again, same day. After the 3rd alignment, the noise stopped, but the pulling continued. I ended up having to take the truck to another car care place to get the issues resolved.Wife brought her car to Firestone this morning for an oil change. They recommended she get an alignment (HA!) and flush the brake fluid. Remembering my experience, she nixed the alignment, but went with the fluid flush because they said it would only take 20 minutes. FIVE HOURS LATER she finally gets the car back! They said that they simply made a mistake in their time estimate. A mistake is it taking an hour instead of 20 minutes. Worst part is that they werent even apologetic about their 4 hour and 40 minute oversight. Said that she should have known it would take longer because of all of the people waiting and the cars sitting outside.HORRIBLE, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Avoid at all costs.

Today I brought my same tire 3rd time.Last time it vas little hole on the side they said that I have to buy new one andI did it.Then 2 monts later this new tire made balloons on the side.It is deffinately defected tire.but they said you have to buy new one 3rd time again.Iagain.I tried to explane that this one because of the defected tire.they said no.PLEAE CHECK THE PHOTOS AND MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.THEIR TIRES ARE NO MORE THEN BALOON.I wont buy again because of10 dollars cheap.

It’s not recommended but I got there at 4:45pm on Sunday with a shard in my tire and a slow leak. Couldn’t leave my truck overnight. Greg and team handled it no problem. Finished it in 25 mins after hours. That’s why I buy my tires at this location. Thanks Greg and team!!

Vehicle burglarized while in their possession. Technician said not his problem. Police report filed with Allen Police. You would think the store manager would contact me concerning this, instead, I had to contact him. Not the first time I have had issues with this Firestone. Brought my truck in for an alignment and they did an oil change with the wrong oil. I will never bring any vehicles to this or any Firestone.

Ive followed Billy Scoville from the time he started with Firestone, to his new home as GM in Allen. Hes very knowledgeable and no-nonsense about your car. Hes never tried to sell me anything I dont need and even recommended waiting on some things that werent immediately necessary to save me some money. Ill never take my car to anyone else, as long as hes running a shop. The tech was also friendly and willing to explain, in detail, the repairs to be done. Go see Billy, you wont regret it.

Ive been taking my car to this shop for over a year. Took my car in for a routine oil change and got a call. Seems my car needed over $1200 in repair. One of the repair items was that the coolant was low. Please add coolant as part of my oil change like all of the other service shops do, I said. We dont do that, they told me. We can only flush and pressure test the coolant system for $260 bucks. Well guess what? I went and bought coolant and added it myself and it has been full ever since. The other suggested repairs were not valid either. I dont know if they have new management or what, but a once trusted shop is no longer honest, in my opinion.

This place has got to have the worst service ever. There was one person in front of me and all I needed was an alignment it took 45 minutes for my truck to be brought into the shop in an hour and a half for my truck to be finished there was only one other person in front of me. I forgot to mention there was like seven workers none of them working. Maybe one or two, barleyI never write reviews but ya that’s how bad this place did.And my wheel is still not straight. They say because of age. My truck is 4 years old!!!!

The most unfriendly people I have ever met in my life!! And the only reason we used them was because we had a blowout on 75 right where they were located. And had NO choice! $136 for one tire! I’m 8 months pregnant and had my 12 year old bi- racial child with me and felt like that is why we got treated the way we did. Firestone will never get another dime out of me!

Dropped my car off on Friday with a low tire. Was called Monday morning letting me know the flat would be able to be fixed. Went to pick up the car Tuesday and was charged for the flat repair. Walked out to my car and the tire was still flat. Went back inside to let them know and left it there for them to fix. Was called and told they cant repair it. After 4 days? Complete waste of my time and incompetence at the highest level. I will never be back and will make sure that every one knows not to go either. Find a different place to service your auto needs.

ETAs were not accurate. Understandable since the shop was busy during my visit but there where still some areas in communication that could be improved.My wife and I picked up our vehicle later in the evening and while waiting for me in another vehicle, she noticed one of the employees hot rodding a customer car around the back lot. Speeding over speed bumps and tearing around corners. Perhaps he was test driving it but this is something that could have put himself or others at risk.When picked up our vehicle and went home for the evening. The next morning, I came out and noticed one of the tires were flat (We went in to have 4 new tires put on). It turns out, one of the valve stems were leaking. I get that manufacturer defects happen but this (combined with the other bad things) was the last straw. I do not discredit Firestone as a brand but as much as I paid for those tires (and the expensive service in the past), I expect much better. I think Ill pick another location next time.

Very disappointed I tried to get new tires and tire alignment. The process was a pain. The guy that serviced me didn’t have his shirt tucked in which he didn’t properly care for his dress code. I sent 20 min from his location to get p35/75 tires when they was at closer location.

Bought 4 tires. Picked up my car and found that they just put on 2 tires.they fixed that. 2 week later had rear brakes put on. 300 dollars later. I almost crashed my car in the parking lot.NO brakes. Same tech with tires did the work. Management sees no problems with ther actions

GREAT SERVICE 24 AUG 2016I wanted a full size spare for my 3,500mi trip to Boston. So I took a good tire and a bad tire/rim and ask if they would mount the good tire and throw away the bad one. They showed me that both tires were bad, so they found a used tire, mounted & balance it. They threw away both bad tires, bagged my spare and put it in my trunk; all for no charge. WOW, Ill be going back there thats for sure ! :)

I have used this place for the last time as of today. I have never been able to get an oil change in under 2 hours at this place even when they are not that busy. The last time they had my car for 4 hours for an oil change ! They need to train their staff on customer service and to understand customers have options and do not have to block off half a day to get a simple oil change.

Absolutely the worst car service Ive ever experienced. Incorrectly diagnosed my my vehicle and charged me for what they made a mistake on and then made me pay for the new repair after not fixing it the first time. In total wasted a lot more money then I should have and they did not hold themselves accountable. I highly recommend you not go to this place as they are incredibly incompetent.

OK, so this is my story of my Honda Accord 2010. So on a Monday evening before they closed the shop.I took my car in to them and asked them to look at the AC.I explained to the GM it works for few hours then all of a sudden it would start blowing warm air.So he told me that they would run diagnostic and let me know what the issue was with the AC system.So I left the car with them over night. He called me the next morning (Tuesday) and said that, it was low on coolant so he was going to put in coolant and then put dye in and flush and recharge. And I was supposed to drive the car around and bring it back to him when the AC stared to fail again. So I agreed to it and it cost me $136 with tax. So I got in the car and turned on the AC and it was lightly cooling and I gave it a few more minutes and it was getting warmer in the car. So I just got out of the car and got one of the guys from the front desk and I said this is what happens with the AC. It works for a little while and then starts blowing warm air. Also I told him that when I get in the car in the morning after the car is parked overnight, it seems to work. But If I left all the switches on (meaning the AC dial, the fan and Max AC) and then turn the engine on, then the AC would not work most of the time. So I left the car with them and wanted them to fix the problem. So after few hours he called me back and says I need to get the dryer replaced and that might fix the problem. So I told him that I have extended warranty on this car and they should cover the job.So I went back to them and gave them the # for my warranty company.At that time the GM gets involved again and now he says the I need to fix the compressor as well.I asked him why? and he said because if I fix the dryer then I should also get the compressor changed because if after the dryer is replaced and it still doesnt work then, he would have replace the compressor next. And since I had the extended warranty company they could go ahead and get them to pay for all this job. Believing I had some major issues with the cars AC system. I had asked him to do whatever he could to get the money from my warranty co. After a couple of days and going though a lot of hassle with the warranty co. He finally gets the money from them on Friday for the amount of $1460 I think. Then he tells me that I still had to pay $127 extra out of my pocket because the warranty co.did not pay him enough or the job. Just wanting to get my AC fixed I agreed to it. So he gets to work on the car and I pick the car up on Saturday evening before they close. I caught the GM (Billy) as he was getting ready to leave for the day. Then he tells me that the pressure of the AC is still not what it should be and it was not still cooling as it should. So he asked me to take the car back and he would now replace the condenser. He would call my warranty co. on Monday and see if they would pay him for this part, and if they would not then he would take care of the cost of it. So I have someone drop my car off to them on Monday and they give it back the same day. Much to my dismay, as I drove the car around on Monday evening, it still had the same issue.It would work for about 15-20 minutes and then blow warm air. So I call them on Tuesday and was very upset that the car was still not fixed after replacing all these tings and spending so much money. So I drooped my car off to them on Wed. evening again. And on Thursday I get a call, come and pick up your car around 8:30 a.m. in the morning. I picked up my car about 3 pm. and ask what was the issue? And the front desk guy says it was a blown relay. Meanwhile; I researched online about the condition of my cars AC & one guy on you tube has a video that said that relays cost about $10-$20 dollars and its easy to fix.They did not charge me for this job.Use your own judgement about this place after reading my story.They are really nice, but I wish they had found the real issue the 1st day and not after a week later & after so much money!

Greg, John and team were excellent. They told me 90 minutes and actually completed work in 80 minutes. No up selling tactics like the Firestone at McDermott and Alma. No fake must do work list or shoulld do hints for things that were not needed to begin with. This is not the first time I went to this Firestone. And I will continue to drive a bit more to go here instead of going to the one on McDermott and Alma.

Needed to get my diesel truck inspected. Called and was told that since it was diesel i could even stay in the truck while the inspection took place. pulled in, called in, they came out took paperwork, inspected the truck, i paid and left. It could not have gone smoother.

I went their to replace a headlight and they tried telling me it would cost $250 because I had a Prius Hybrid and they would have to remove a couple of panels. I youtubed a video on it. Went to autozone and told the guy what happened and went out and put the new headlight in. Literally, took 1 minute and no removal of panels. I would never trust this place. Dont they realize that even women have access to technology and they cant pull those stunts anymore? Not only was he robbing me but wanted to waste an hour of my time while I sat there and waited.

Pathetic, Hate it.My car was not starting due to over heating, towed it to this station. After one hour diagnosis, there repaired it by fixing leaks in radiator and charged me some two hundred plus dollars. Guess what after 10 days, I started having same problem again;So went to some other Firestone. They told me radiator leaks fix was not a permanent solution and radiator needs to be replaced. By now I had lost trust in Firestone. So went to some other shop and fixed my car.

Two new tires were purchased as I already planned since one rear tire had a screw in it and was leaking badly and the other rear tire had low tread as well. I requested while giving my info that the two older tires be moved to the rear so new tires could be placed on front as vehicle is front wheel drive. Got 3 calls during my busy Saturday w/ voicemails about 2 other things they wanted to sell me so I called back repeatedly stating I only wanted tires replaced. I return and the gentleman did apologize for the repeat call backs for items I did not want repaired then I paid and went out to my car to find two new tires mounted and replaced but on the rear instead of front as requested. Also looked on the receipt to find no note to have front tires moved to back but found multiple other items that stated Firestone had Recommended but Customer Refused Totaling over $1100.00. Prior to me getting into vehicle one mechanic came out and inquired if anything was wrong I told him and all he had to offer was that they normally only follow their policy at their Company to put new tires on rear of vehicle but did not offer any other possible resolution or to discuss with initial sales desk person that set up the repair and told me there would be no problem switching the two front tires to the rear in order to accommodate the 2 new tires on the front. Shows me they CAN call and communicate if more Sales are possible but cannot pass on simple information or be up front and let me know versus just NOT doing what I requested from the beginning.

Took the car in complaining about a dead battery and whining sound coming from the engine. Firestone mechanics misdiagnosed the issue and told me the alternator was fine and that it was just a dead battery. The sound persisted and my battery died 2 days later. I took my car to another mechanic and he correctly diagnosed my issues (dead alternator and issues with one of my belts) and I will never go back to autozone as they may have sold me a part I may not have even needed.
