Last night I was there to get my truck (state) inspected, and my wife was there with her car for the same today.Without a doubt some of the nicest people to work with. Accommodating, and personable. I got there 10-15 minutes before close, no drama, they just got it done.Ive been there for a couple of motorcycle inspections, and a previous truck inspection, and always good service.

I own a business with a fleet of vans and they take care of my vans as well as my personal car. I always have a great experience here even when I get the occasional dreaded “you need this done too.” It’s always stuff that I know needs to be done. They are very real and very friendly. Franky is super awesome and personable. Very much recommend these guys! They seem to love working together too which is always nice to witness.

I have been going here for about 11 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, and today was the first time I had a GREAT one. Frankie took care of some maintenance for me, while knocking out my state inspection, and oil change. He also gave me some helpful tips to keep my car’s performance up to prevent me from having to get more done the next time I come in. Service was great. I felt taken care of. I went in for an oil change. Frankie worked on my car. He was very nice. He offered to remove my 2017 registration sticker from my from windshield and replace with the 2021 sticker. I always keep my registration current with the current sticker in the car but because it was never a problem, I didnt put in the effort to change it myself. Frankie helped me out by just getting it done, free of charge. I appreciate him seeing a need and going the extra mile for the customer (me). Also, they seemed really busy when I arrived but surprisingly they worked my car in pretty fast. I feel like Ill be going back for future service needs!

Carl helped me out and handled the Job quick & efficiently & even gave me a crash course on everything he did, along with a run down of when I need to get all of my fluids changed! Excellent service.

My husband and I came in mid afternoon on a Thursday. It was not busy during this time. We were greeted promptly, and our car was taken in. We sat in the lobby for about 15 minutes before Jon called us out to discuss the maintenance of our high mileage vehicle. Jon explained his findings and did not try to sell us on anything we didn’t absolutely need. He showed us the cabin air filter, walked us through which fluids were low, and how to tell when fluids need to be flushed. We felt he was genuine and very professional. Great location, honest service. We will definitely be back.

I have been going here for years. They are always professional and helpful. Frankie is especially helpful and kind. As a single woman, I worry about being taken advantage of when I take my car in, but I don’t feel that way here.

I have used this KwikKar numerous times in the past and they have been fine. However, last time I went it was a disaster. They said it would be 30-45 minutes and it took more than 1 1/2 hours until they were done. I asked them to check on why my car was leaking oil and they admitted it was because they did not put the oil plug on correctly last time. Lastly, for the 1 1/2 I spent in the lobby waiting, most of it was spent listening to the manager yelling over the phone processing claims. He was trying to speak loud enough for their speaker phone and it was annoying as he was constantly speaking loudly to be heard and the other parties part of the conversation could also be heard clearly.

Came for an oil change and inspection. Carl provided excellent service and a thorough overview of fluid levels and service items, all with a great attitude! Very helpful

Every time I have come they have always been very professional and detailed oriented. Kudos to this team working here together as I have seen many places drop off due to the current workforce environment.

Fast turn around for oil change. Did the $39.95 car cleaning package, wasnt worth it, missed a lot of spot inside. With dirt n stain all over, I know its not premium but what I got wasnt $39.95 worth. Pretty much just rubbed shine all over to cover the dirt left behind.4 star is for oil change. 2.5 for car wash.

Great customer service and honest people! I usually go here for an oil change, but this time, my car needed a lot of maintenance. John and the other mechanics were honest, explained what my car needed, and even showed me what the old parts vs. new parts of my car that they replaced. My car now drives way smoother than before. SEXISTS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG WOMEN.They will tell you you need extra work on your car when you don’t. I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed jet fuel cleaner. Note my car is only at 50,000 miles and it’s a 2017 Camry….Wanted to charge me $160 for fuel system cleaning…

These guys have been amazing, especially John and Able. Going above and beyond to keep my little 2004 Elantra running until my young drivers are ready for something newer. They explain everything and wanting to show me the damage on anything needing replaced. I cannot recommend them enough.

A BMW 528i has a gasket with the oil filter. Yall forgot it. Ruined the belt. Cost us money. Not good. Mananger pushes to get the $!! We wont be back. Enjoy your fishing.I will bring the parts by that we had changed out so you can view them. The gasket was never changed. This caused the issue. Car is still in the shop for now.

I always use to go to deelar to get oil change well pretty much for everything maintenance, preventive maintenance. I moved to this location and was exploring car maintenance locations in case of emergency. I came across this shop I must say this location is extremely professional and will give you correct advice won’t try to make scam money out of customers . The floor manager Jacob is your car guy . Extremely friendly - professional and knowledgeable about cars will do a great job and will let you know if some extra work is necessary or not . Now this is my go to location for my family cars . $86 oil change for a Cheap brand vehicle. Had same oil change done at Huffines in McKinney (the Huffines Chevy one in Plano is also a terrible company) and it was half that price and I got a free car wash. They are way overpriced and greedy. Always trying to up sell more unneeded items when all you ask for is an oil change. Will never recommend this company for anything, at least that’s been my experience at the Allen location. The one in Van Alstyne was reasonable. Seems the same company charges higher rates based on certain clientele. Pretty shystie business practice.

What a wonderful shop! I knew exactly what was wrong with my car but I brought it into Kwik Kar of Allen they diagnosis my vehicle with the speed of a cracked out cheetah. 🐆

I have frequented this location for services due convenience and expeditiousness; however, today I was treated (shockingly) poorly and will not be returning. The salesman - Enrique - spoke to me condescendingly, questioned my coupon, and disregarded my concerns about the discrepancy between information he was providing to me now compared to my services there in the past. After taking my car for services and stating he could assist with a consolidated oil change and car wash (as they have done multiple times in the past) he had folks change the oil and then stated I would need to drive my vehicle to the car wash to ensure I got the proper discount. When I brought up that I had no previous issues like this in the past, he told me “discounts were different 3 months ago.” Instead of listening, he spoke over me and provided information that was irrelevant to my concern.I would highly recommend training for this individual, and I would not recommend this this facility. I have not been treated this way in quite some time, and I’m left irritated by encounter.

Took my dads truck to get inspected hes 85 & just got out of the hospital. Abel was very helpful. My dads 2 front tires were bald so he ordered 2 new economy tires got them balanced & put on. Then my dads truck in 20yrs had never had new brake pads & Abel told me they really would damage the rotors if l didnt take care of it very soon. He was right it needed it he wasnt trying to build up my tab he really cared about our safety & costs later down the road. So he made me a great deal & we got new brake pads! Abel did a great job folks and did us right! Every employee wore a mask. It was a safe clean fair place- definitely will be back!

So I go in today, 7/11/20, and a guy meets me at the door, asks what I need, and gets me started before I even get to the lobby. I needed an inspection and and oil change. Long story short, I had issues with both services, so the manager himself, Jacob (I believe) helped me out tremendously and got me through it and out the door very quickly. The customer services was second to none and Neither my car, nor my wifes car will ever go anywhere else for any service we need that they offer.

Went there regarding an issue with my car in a noise that I was hearing. Normally I go to the dealership to get everything done but decided to go here. When they diagnose the issue I found out it was something very minor and they fixed it very quickly and did a great job. If I would have went to the dealership they would have charged me double what I had to pay Kwik Kar. I will be going hear from now on for all of my oil changes among other things. They were very quick and honest. Thats the main reason why I went there.

A young man named Jacob came out. He told me where to park and they would get to it quick as possible. In no time at all my car was ready. Jacob is the ultimate example of customer service. Avoid this location at all costs!! I went in for my state car inspection and was told that the wait would be about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, when I asked the mechanic how much longer it would take, he basically rebuked by asking me if I could not see that he was working on other cars and that I would need to wait for another 20 minutes before he could to my job. A state inspection takes about 5-10 minutes. I ended up wasting 30 minutes here without anyone having the decency to talk to me or explain the delay. Stay away!

I went here hoping for a Quick oil change while on my lunch break. When I asked The representative working what type of oil I should select or what is best used with my vehicle he informed me I needed to find out that information and tell them. When I asked if he could help me figure it out as I do not know anything about vehicles he again reiterated he could not look it up. The willingness to help was not there, the lack of compassion due to me being uneducated on vehicles was not there. The person in question did nothing to try and salvage my business and I am going down the street to do business with someone who can provide knowledge and expertise regarding oil changes. This is not good for building new business customers if they are being turned away.Edited to add: Express Oil Change got me in quickly, explained the variety of products available and was very professional and friendly if you are looking for a great location

They took care of a error for my car to pass state inspection all with a great “welcome to Texas!” Included..after going to multiple auto services I was getting different and wrong responses..I will be coming to them for now on since I am transitioning from Va to Texas. I highly recommend locals who need auto services done to come see them!

I decided to give my truck a quick wash so I paid a visit to Kwik Kar on McDermitt in Allen. I chose the bronze package which was 12.99. Needless to say it was quick and not a very good job. You might say you get what you pay for but I’ve gone to six dollar car wash that was a lot better than this. I hope they pay more attention to details.

Drove up 5 min before they closed at 4pm because I thought they would be open until 5pm and they were gracious and understanding. They stayed late just so I wouldnt have to come back another day. My experience today was very interesting, I went here to get my car inspected so I could get my registration, let me start by saying the young guy that pulled my car into the car port was very nice and professional. So Im sitting in the customers waiting room and notices my hood up and about 5-6 men in a huddle doing nothing! I kindly stuck my head out and politely asked why was my hood up and why arent you hooking my car up to the machine because thats what the other shop did, instantly, I guess HE was the manager of the shop WHO MUST HAVE BEEN ON HIS PERIOD or JUST FOUND OUT HIS WIFE BEEN CHEATING with the pool boy, approach me very aggressively and states ” This is how we do inspections they did it wrong, and anyway your not going to pass because of your headlight it out, First Im shocked by his tone then I asked well do you fix headlights? He then says in a nasty way yes we do but Im telling this is how we do it, Im like ok why do you have an attitude he says I dont Im telling you how we do things, Im like ok Ill take my car somewhere else with you ignorant a**! THEN he walks back up to me and says ”What did you say” and I said WITH YOUR IGNORANT A**!Now the funny part is that he said ok and dont come back! Lol are u that stupid to think I would EVER come back to that shop!

Quick and easy. Happy with the services they offer. Wish they had alignment since this store is convenient to me and are open Sunday’s and late on weekdays . Also the car wash service is available side by. Time saver. They almost always suggest fluid flushes though but that is almost everybody these days.Update: no longer a customer. Went for state inspection suggested unnecessary services. Rejected the services, they rejected doing state inspection. Went to other place and got it done without any issues.

My car had brake problems. I was traveling through, on my way to California, and visiting family. The issues were clearly and honestly explained to me. I regularly come to this location for tune ups and minor & major repairs. The staff is courteous and informative - during tune ups, they let you know of possible work that might be needed and provide a reasonable quote without being pushy about it. They have done complimentary diagnostics and given me reduced rates because we see you all the time. Unlike other car shops Ive been to, theyve never done work that had to be fixed by someone else. I highly recommend them.
