I found Custom Concepts about two years ago after moving from S. Dallas. My mechanic in Duncanville moved shops, and couldnt reopen after Duncanville rezoned the neighborhood his new store was in. I asked him about pricing, and went hunting for an honest, fair, and experienced Mechanic in our new part of town. I had driven past Custom Concepts for weeks and then a neighbor told me about them. I had been comparing prices and found that most shops in the area were up to $600 more than the repairs on my truck should have cost. Corbin was the only one in the area that was priced fairly; plus the speed and quality of his work left my 320,000 plus miles truck running smooth. Absolutely recommend Custom Concepts!

These guys can fix just about anything and they do it for a good price. I had to have a stabilizer welded on a 66 Mustang, they did it and fixed the rollers in the passenger door for free. I had a 04 Audi that had been in an accident where the suspension and AC were damaged, fixed it.Best auto repair shop in Allen!

Installed a lift on my brand new truck and did great job! Very professional and great communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend and would use again for other custom projects in the future!

We bought a 2008 Lexus IS250 and had Corbin at Custom Concepts install new headlights for us as the headlights on the car had condensation inside. He was extremely patient with us, and made sure they were installed just right. The process is not as easy as it sounds, as you need to make sure that the headlight aim is correct and we were replacing HID headlights with non-HID lights. We are so pleased with how the new headlights look and how well they perform. He did a great job and I will be using this shop again.

Its been 4 years since I got my Mustang tinted at Custom Concepts. Tint still looks as good as the day it was installed by these guys. Will definitely use them again. Awesome job and thanks!

I have used custom concepts for years. They did my first ram tint back in 2007 and I have had them tint every other car since Ive owned, camaro, Equinox, and other Rams. They always do a clean job and are on time. They are a small shop, but thats why they had good prices and can always get you in for any custom jobs. Like other users said, dont let the small shop fool you, they know what they are doing! And as for the other negative reviews, Im sure the customer is a nitpick about everything! Keep up the good work guys!

Corbin is the only person I trust to tint car windows for me. Ive had several cars done there through out the years and they all have stood the test of time without one single problem.

Smaller shop, great costomer service and exceptional work. I had my car lowerd with new coil over shocks, rims tires etc.. I was so happy with the time and care they took with my vehicle that I had a stereo installed, beautiful work. as if its not even there. They took there time to explain what they were doing and why. highly recommend this shop.

I got my infiti qx80 front 2 window tinted in less than an hour and it looks beatiful now . It has life time warrenty and best customer service . I would definitely recommend custom concept to anyone .

Called them from 3pm-430pm on a saturday. Website says theyre open til 5pm. Never got an answer...and their machine message even says they are open til 5pm.

Guys were honest and upfront, didnt try to sell me unneeded stuff either.
