Let me start of by saying this is the first time I have ever needed and gotten a storage unit. The people here are beyond informative, friendly , and great all around. The unit Is spacious and clean and for a 10 foot by 20 foot unit the price was amazing !! The location is great too letting me feel comfortable leaving my items here. I 10/10 recommend

My son and his friend stored their stuff when deployed over seas. Came back to their unit and several others broken into. Units separated by drywall only. Easy to kick holes in. Management couldnt have cared less.

I just rented here today and they have very clean facilities! Mike was informative and friendly though the whole rental. I would recommend Public Storage to anybody looking for a safe place to store their belongings with a quick and easy move-in process.

Huge facility! Narrow roads in b/w the buildings not easily maneuvered in a large truck. Completely monitored (on camera) as far as I can tell. Gates are controlled by a personal pin for each individual access & logs their entry time & their exit.. Also insurance is mandatory. $1 first month still costs @ $60.

Our storage unit was super clean and the customer service that Diane and Stephen provided was outstanding.I checked out two other storage companies and this Public Storage location was the only one that treated me like they truly cared about the well being of my stuff. Granted, my furniture wasnt top of the line or worth any great value but Diane made me feel like it was important to her that it would be safe and secure in her facility.

I found information about the storage unit and pricing online and received a great price. Reserved my unit online and received a call back within minutes from the actual location with a time to go in and do the paperwork. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for storage needs.

Smooth process from day one and great specials! Storage places all blur together sometimes, but what stood out here is the added security of requiring a passcode to LEAVE in addition to enter.

I had the best experience I have had in a long time. Today I was moving into the storage. Kayla was so polite and made me feel so comfortable. Even in the middle of my crisis she remained calm and went above and beyond to service me. thank you for showing such excellent service.

Didnt like this overpriced rental facility at all. Found bigger unit 1 mile away, $54 less per month and a much more pleasant crew!

Ann had wonderful people skills and did everything she could to get me the best deal in town, going so far as to save me $20 for my first month by sending me a mile down the road to another location where Don and Mike were equally helpful and friendly.

We had a swell time. The employee, BRIANNA, was absolutely amazing. She always helped us guesstimate our sizes and showed us around. She even slowed her pace so we could keep up. We hope she can get a GOLF CART UPGRADE; preferably four seats with A/C, heating, and a cover. She recommended the moisture beads and was so nice and friendly while getting us registered and even complimented my roommate on her double n’s in her name. She created such a friendly atmosphere and gave us recommendations to best suit our needs. 10/5 truly honestly.

UPDATE TO THIS: THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR RATE AFTER YOUR MOVE IN. Mine went up 10% in the first couple months. They just send you a casual letter...oh by the way we are increasing your price. While my check in comments are still correct...USER BEWARE...6 months in with no reason they increased my rate... Hard to rate after just moving stuff in...but check in was easy with heidi, unit was clean and door had a new seal on it. Lock is nice, price was one of the lower costs i looked at...roof looks solid...parking lot is clean...about all you can expect from a storage unit:

1 star due to hours limitations, gated access should allow late evening, or 24 hour access.Weve been with Public Storage for years. While the customer service is good, there are a few things we dislike. When they changed out the roller doors on the units, they had very little disregard for the stuff in storage AND they left long sharp screws and hardware behind. Not a very clean change out, and we did find some minor damage. Also they have had multiple rate hikes of approximately 10% in the 3 years weve been with them. The most frustrating change and cause for the one star review is the hours. In December 2017, they altered hours from approx 9am - 9pm over to 8-6 Monday through Friday and 9-5 weekdays. They have made accessing out storage unit on weekdays impossible, and weekends difficult due to such an early close. If hours changed, Id give them 4 stars.

Was super excited that we got a great deal 50% off the rental of our unit as long as we had it. UNTIL they decided to change the rate and raised the rate and there wasnt anything that we could do about it. Several times the coded entry gate didnt work we would have to go out the in. There were also multiple times that the gates were stuck open when we arrived and never shut.

I’ve never had a storage unit before and was apprehensive so I’ve been putting it off. Yesterday I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer so I stopped by to get pricing and sizing information. I couldn’t believe the reception I got. There were 3 people working and they were all very informative and jovial. Diane gave me the pricing and special rate they were offering on the 8x10 units. She took me to the unit to inspect it, showed me how the lock works, had me sign quick paperwork then had me try my code in the gate to ensure I could get in.I am taking 1 star off because of the hours. It’s going to be difficult to move stuff in and out of storage when I only have an hour after work before they close. Thank you.

Good deal on move in special but regular monthly rates a little higher than some.

Set a reservation online because the price was pretty good. Just was gonna store a couch set. So I go in and they have to show you the unit before you sign anything which Im glad they did. I found out you cant use your own lock and have to use their locks. They want TWENTY BUCKS PER KEY! I walked away right then and there. So online it said Id pay 25 bucks total. Of I would of got the unit it would of been almost a hundred after administrative fees and keys and then how much the unit was. Dont waste your time if you want to use your own lock because they make you buy their keys for their locks.

I have never used a storage unit let alone knew where to look and I was lucky enough to find them online and get the best deal compared to the rest! The staff were friendly and made me feel like I made the best decision! I highly reccomend this locaction! The storage unit was well worth the money! I could go on and on but long story short THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!
