When I called on the day before our move with some information I had just learned, they were on it and took action as quickly as possible, ensuring a smooth move. The guys who moved us were hard workers, courteous and all around great guys. I was incredibly impressed by the group. The crew listened, asked questions and took interest in our story. We used two men and a truck to move a large order of Sierra Pacific windows and doors to a new home jobsite in Arkansas City. Keith, Steve and Austin did a great job. These were big heavy window units and we needed someone that would take care of them and move with no damage. They were on time, worked very efficiently and did everything that I asked them to do. We will certainly use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Chad and Luca made moving a breeze for me. They helped move me from my previous third floor apartment to my new third floor apartment complex. As hot as it was, I was surprised they were jogging while moving my items from the apartment to the truck and vise versa. They were very cautious and gentle though! When I moved this past May they were my go to moving company. My recent experience was disappointing. I felt as if I was dealing with a different company.After my move I called to voice my complaints. I asked for a supervisor. I was transferred who I think was a team manager or a similar term that they use.I told him that paint was scraped off of a table and that the tops of several boxes clearly marked fragile were smashed in. While the movers were loading at the house I was moving from, I heard a crashing sound in my living room. One of the movers had stack 4 heavy boxes of books (clearly marked books on top of a box clearly marked fragile. The stack of boxes toppled over, as it was top heavy.I politely asked the movers not to stack heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile. In hindsight, I wonder if one or more of them got their nose out of joint at my request. Shortly after that, I saw one of the movers loading a dolly with boxes stacked 5 high and 2 rows deep. One stack of the boxes barely fit on the seat of the dolly. I asked him not to overload the dolly. I am not a professional mover, but I know enough not to over load a dolly like that.When I spoke w/the supervisor, the first words out of his mouth were We havent gotten complaints from anyone else. Wow! I was stunned by his inappropriate and dismissive response. Can you say customer service? I dont think so. I had used Two Men and a Truck 2 times in the past 20 years and had great experiences both times.The man that I spoke with said he would swing by my house and look at the table (which I had told him was on my front porch). Dont know if he did or not. Never heard from him.In the following weeks as I was unpacking I discovered the following: scrapes on my dining table, gouges in a wooden dresser, a lid of a Rubbermaid Roughneck storage box shattered into about 15 pieces, 2 boxes of trash in the bottom of a wardrobe box.I had followed all of the packing instructions on Two Men and a Trucks website. All boxes were labeled with the room they were to be taken to and all boxes containing fragile items were thoroughly padded and marked as fragile.After one of the movers had hooked up my washer & dryer, I asked if they were both hooked up and ready to use. He told me that they were. When I went to use my washer I discovered that the hot and cold water had not been turned on because the handles were stuck. I do not like being lied to.Multiple boxes were not taken to the proper room of my new house. In addition, heavy boxes were stacked on top of boxes labeled as fragile. I am missing 2 boxes of articles. The replacement cost of the contents of these boxes I estimate to be at least $300.00.I will never us this company again and take every opportunity to warn people away from patronizing this business. I paid for professional moving services. I did not receive professional moving services nor did I get movers who care.I also wonder if this company delivered shoddy service to me because I am a single middle aged woman.

We had a somewhat complicated move where we combined two households. The office staff was consistently polite and helpful when I talked with them. I was blown away by the quick, careful, professional manner in which our belongings were loaded and unloaded. The movers displayed good humor and were quite patient with me when I asked them to move my bed three times. :-) I have moved more than 25 times, and this was the smoothest move Ive ever done. I cant recommend Two Men and a Truck Wichita highly enough.

Too long of a wait time for my needs and the price was exorbanant (1000 for a small apt!) I ask for a quote from my big house to storage, they told me 400 but I had to wait 2 months. When I was ready to move to my new apartment, I was quoted 1095! Screw that! Inconsistent and unreliable over the phone!

The movers were INCREDIBLE. I was so nervous and had no idea what I was doing but they made me feel very comfortable and were very helpful. The only reason I gave them a four was because I feel like the office did not communicate well with the movers. I advised on the phone I wanted a tv box and there were several very large items. The movers seemed surprised at this and there was no TV box but they handled it very well. I never want to move again but if I do I will call them.

We used this location for a local move. Michael, Brandon and Joseph did a wonderful job. They arrived on time and used their working time effectively to move our items. They were neat and professional in their appearance and courteous to our family. All items were moved safely into our new home. They treated our things and both houses with expert care. Robert and his co-worker were plight, listened to what I needed to have done. They took very good care of all my items. They made sure nothing got scratched, dented or marked up. Buyer beware! This company only cares about the money, not the customer. By contract my move was supposed to be from Hutchinson, KS to Olathe, KS beginning between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 19th. The movers/truck were to travel 60 miles between their headquarters in Wichita, KS and Hutchinson, KS to arrive 8 - 9:30 a.m. They didnt arrive until 12:30 p.m. NO ONE called me to let me know there was a delay. I called the Wichita office at 11:00 a.m. that morning. My sales rep Gabby answered the phone and was completely unaware the movers hadnt arrived. She obviously could not have cared less. By noon, the movers were still not at my house. I tried to call the office again but it closed at noon with no option of another phone number to call in case of emergency. Apparently customer service and satisfaction are NOT a priority with this company. The three young men finally arrived at 12:30 with stories ranging from their supervisor having a car accident to they couldnt get themselves going that morning. Even though my cell number was all over their paperwork, none of them thought giving me a call to make me aware was necessary.The actual move went fine. I had all items packed and in the garage so their job was pretty cut and dried. Unfortunately it was one of the hottest days ever, so everyone suffered. However due to their delay in starting, it was almost 9 p.m. by the time they finished the move to Olathe and left. At no time was there an offer to cut the rate due to their delay. For a company that takes pride in their stress free experience, they fell far short last Saturday. Truly one of the most stressful days for me and not worth the money. Maybe if I was a man and not a single, middle aged woman - things might have been handled differently.Do not use this company unless you like being treated like dirt and paying thousands of dollars for it.

They were great setting up the move details, they were great the day they packed, the day they drove, and the day they delivered. Where they fall short is on the responsiveness to the items that were broke. We have a very new sleep number bed and they broke the side rail. It was noticed and noted on our closing paperwork that day that the bed was delivered. I also want to note I purchased the extra insurance coverage to replace broken items. Ive been working for 4 months (1 day short of 4 months as I type this review) to resolve the broken piece. Ive been told it has been ordered and shipped. I have been told that for months. They also tore the bed cover, I ended up getting that fixed because I was tired of waiting on them. They did reimburse me that cost. They broke my Kirby sweeper. They finally sent me a check to cover the replacement cost last month. But the bed rail is still pending after 4 months. The moving service was awesome. I would totally use them again if I knew that the service after would be the same as the service during the move.

So to start off, I called and the girl that answered said she was on the line with another customer and asked if she could call me back. I said okay and gave her my phone number. I never received a call back. Eventually, I called again to get an estimate. The girl quoted me $420 to move four items. It should take no longer than 2 hours to load, drive to the next location, and unload the four items. Needless to say, I will be checking around for a better price.Update: We ended up finding a great moving company that did the job for $295. We will be doing another move the end of March and will be using the company that did this move.

I was not able to use this company because I called twice last year and emailed Preston before his knee surgery and said that we could do it via skype. I was looking to move my apartment this year and never heard back. Called the site and spoke with a nice gentleman (not quite sure of his name) advised him what happened with Preston and he said he still worked there and was the Manager. He said that he would give him the message and would have him reach out to me via email or via phone. NEVER received communication. I really had a good experience with the company move that I was involved with when we moved and used Two Men and a Truck. So I am very disappointed with their decision to never contact us back.

We had two men move our son and nephew from the east side of Wichita to the west side. They showed up promptly on time and asked the boys what they were supposed to move and wrapped all the furniture and handled it with extreme care. These men did not dilly Sally and had great hustle and work ethic. Both were true gentlemen and polite young whom I can only wish the best for for their futures.

From my first phone call, all the way through the move, this is by far the best company we have ever worked with. The office staff were right on target with their estimate! Steve and Deveon were wonderful. I never saw movers wrap everything in plastic! When they placed the furniture at our new place, they asked if we liked the location, or wanted it moved! They took all garbage out at the end. They worked so hard, and I couldnt believe how fast it all went. Our belongings were in the best of hands. Moving isnt easy, but this company makes it pleasant. They really know what theyre doing. They work so hard, and are very professional. We have moved all over the country, so are familiar with many companies. This is by far the best one. This was the second time we have used 2 men and a Truck to move. They moved us into a house 13 years ago and now it was time to move again. We didnt hesitate to call 2 men and a Truck as they were great the last time we moved. We had a large move that required some schedule flexibility. Two men and a truck as great about accommodating our floating needs. The movers were incredible!!! Hard working, polite and courteous!! They are blessed to have the workers they have!! We loved using them 13 years ago and I didnt think a move could be better but they did it!! I wouldnt use anyone else!!!

We moved from Wichita to Kingman this time. Have used locally before, but this was much bigger move for us. Gabby and WIll in the office team were totally cool with us needing to move our date. It was easy to call and get a REAL person to talk to. (PS I called another moving service and NEVER heard back from them). The original quote for time (and price) was right on. We did disassemble some shelving before the guys arrived. We have so much stuff ( my better half has a ton of tools and grills) we needed TWO TRUCKS and 4 guys.Montana called us right before they arrived. Three guys started wrapping all the furniture and hauling out the boxes.... its a big game of Tetris. I was amazed at how much could fit into the first truck... but it was great we had the second. At the end of the day ( 11 total hours with the 40 minute drive to Kingman.) This would have taken us MONTHS to do on our own. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! When they say drive time they are talking about drive time from their previous job to the next. So even if you live in a central area of Wichita, theyll charge you 18 miles or more of drive time! They did not communicate this well. They also left the stair rail removed, forgot our dryer exhaust and werent able to fully install it, didnt move all the items I requested, and I got charged 2 hours for them moving a dryer, washer, desk, and entertainment center only 4 blocks (less than 1 mile!) north. It was already a stressful move and they only added to that stress.Please consider changing the way you charge for drive time, and if a customer is discontent please consider taking care of it... I work in customer service and have always had a policy of compensating for a bad experience, I communicated that I was discontent and didnt feel I received the 2 hours worth of service I paid for. My sister highly recommended you but I definitely wont!

This was my first move where I paid for movers and I will use Two Men and a Truck if I ever need to move in the future. I had a 3 bedroom apartment and moved into a house and they had my apartment loaded on the truck in about an hour and a half and we were completely unloaded in the new house by 1230. The movers were kind and courteous and took care not to damage my belongings. I thought the pricing was pretty fair and they came in at about half of what the estimate was that they gave me when I first booked the service with them (maybe not typical but good for me). Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic moving experience with Two Men and a Truck moving my elderly mother from one assisted living facility to another! They did an excellent job packing my mothers knick-knacks and other breakables, and a superb job moving the furniture. The absolute best move I have ever had. The two gentlemen that helped me were very professional and well groomed and dressed. The weather was very wet and rainy and they took great care in making sure my belongings were kept as dry as possible and placed a mat on my flooring to keep it dry and clean.
