Great people to work with when we moved homes. I encourage you to check them out if you are planning storing anything. They work directly with U-Haul too.

Make sure you bring your own own lock. We asked to buy one in the office he said he would have to find one in the back then put it on. Since he seemed pretty cool I said it was fine and alot of stuff was missing. It is my fault for being in a hurry and trusting him.

This is probably the best storage facility in Wichita. The prices are great. The property manager is extremely friendly and amazing at her job. If youre needing to rent a storage space, this in the one to come to.

Terrible customer service and attitude. My daughter emptied her storage unit in August, notified the company via their agent, Tonya Helm, verbally and via email. She was required to pay through September, (which she did) but has continued receiving bills since. She has emailed and called numerous times to resolve the issue without success. They have now placed a lien on the contents of her storage unit and will sell the contents. Oh wait! IT IS EMPTY! When I called in an attempt to resolve the situation, Tonya Helm used inappropriate and sexist language and then hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.My advice, USE ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY!
