I purchased a used truck from this place. The truck looked like it was in great shape, but there were small things that seemed “sketchy” about it and the dealership. In retrospect, I should have left, but I tend to think the best of people and I assumed the owner was honest. After purchasing the truck, I had to replace the tires, brakes, shocks, and a few other things, but the major issue was having to rebuild the automatic transmission after only driving it 300 miles. I am confident that the owner “shined up a turd” when it came to this truck in order to get a sale. I hope you’ll learn from my experience and stay away from this guy; he will lie and manipulate to get a sale…no wonder why used car lots like this have such a horrible reputation.

Couple years ago sold me a 2007 duramax Lbz said it had original miles and healthy and said it was untouched by tuning. I trusted their intel... I was a local. Later after many cold air days I took to Chevy dealer shop in town and determined it had blown head and previous tuning that was misused plus 250000 miles more then what was on odometer... replaced odometer. I was in the hole with the truck cost 10000to fix and I was hosed. So I to the people who run this show i want to let you know i saved up to get this ride. For work and have young kids at time..you hit me with a low blow... I signed the papers I should have just done my research I know... but i took you bob for a.honest manI WAS WRONG

We had a seatbelt replaced here and our experience was phenomenal. Bob fit us in to the shops very schedule and had our car ready to go within the same hour. We will go here for all of our vehicle needs in the future. Thank you!

Top notch mechanics and friendly management and sales staff

Owner went WAY out of his way to get us back on the road when we were passing through there from out of state and only asked for $20 labor plus parts! Paid him more than he asked for his outstanding service and understanding of our situation. Wish we had someone this stand up in my town!!

Four years ago we had an engine problem that wouldve ruined our trip and the team at Independent dropped what they were doing, fixed us up and we got on the road with just a small issue they repaired cheaply and honestly.This week we were up on the trails, got a flat we couldnt fix on our own, and the only shop that again saved our week was Bob and the team at Independent!

Bought A 2004 Chevy Duramax Asked them about the injectors and they told me they were perfectly healthy so I took them at there word but a few month later the injectors started blowing the bluesh white smoke from the injectors... I wouldn’t ever buy from them again!!!!

From metric bikes to Harleys and import cars to heavy duty diesel trucks, I have as of yet to be disappointed and as such Independent Performance has earned my loyalty.I not going to lie and tell you Bob has the best customer skill services I have ever seen. Bob has little patience for drama or the ridiculous low -ball offers that all used car salesmen and / or auto mechanics must routinely get. He is not out to cheat the customer and as such expects the same from those who he deals with. Before I went to prison, I left Bob with $3,400 of my hard-earned money and a 109S&S engine and tranny that he rebuilt for me himself when I blew it up. The engine and tranny were over $6,000. I have done a lot of business with Bob. I have sent a lot of money his way. Now I get out of prison and Im having hard times anybody whos been there knows this so I need my money back and I want my engine and transmission back. When Bob found out, he ran to the Walmart and sent me $500 which I needed badly and I thought he was going to be a stand-up guy and give me the rest of what was mine. He hasnt, hes ripped me off, hes a piece of human excrement. I told him I needed the money two get my children back . He wont answer my calls he wont return my messages. Dont ever believe his stories of gun violations and weapons crimes. I know what you did Bob I know why you went to prison. What else do you do this day and age when a man steals so much from you. Give a Google review of him I guess thats all you can do. Im thousands of miles away. I cant go get it Im on parole and he knows this, if I did I would just end up going back to prison. Bob is a scammer and a fake and a phony who will rob you if you fall on Hard Times. You want to steal all that I had left in the world when I got out of prison Bob? You know when a man gets out he has nothing or even less than nothing. Low down dirty rotten scoundrel anybody does business with this man you deserve what you get which might be stand up and right on one day but the next hell steal the cane from off a blind man. What could be lower than to steal from a man who has nothing? Steal from a man who thought you were his friend and trusted you with almost $15,000 worth of Steel horsepower torque and money? Oh hes a virtuoso with them wrenches, but Im telling You who he really is.
