Hate to write this review but it must be done. Check your receipt as I was charged for insurance 25.00 per tire, ridiculous. They never asked if I wanted insurance or not.Went back to have them refund and the asst mgr was sheisty.I will probably go to Costco next time regardless of the wait...

I have a 59 GMC which I acquired from my father. He bought the truck new. It is in show quality condition. I had the original wheels and hubcaps and purchased Coker wide white walls several years ago to maintain the original look. I recently decided to buy new custom wheels and new tires. The staff at Discount Tire was extremely helpful. We ran into a few hicups with sizing, but the folks at Discount have gone the extra mile to make things right. I am very particular and was impressed with the care the Discount staff took in mounting the tires on the new chrome wheels. I used to buy tires at Costco but not any more. The guys at Wenatchee Discount tire are top notch.

Ive shopped at Discount tires for more than 15 yes. I find there products are. Excellent. Service has always been great. Staff are knowledgeable and always make the effort for you to get the best product for your vehicle.

Stopped by since I blew a tire on a road trip. Sales person I talked to was very knowledgable and kind helped me with everything I needed to know but unfortunately they couldn’t put my tire onto my car for me due to “the head of my bolt snapping.” after going on my spare the rest of the way home, I took a look once I arrived to see how bad it was to realize the bolt they were talking about was the security lock on the lug stud. Great people there but they do need a bit more training.

Not only was the sales staff condescending the tire guys followed the example of the mngr and diddled with our time as much as possible our 3:30 appt was at 4:10 and it took over an hour to do 2 tires. However they did beat scwabs prices just to spite them not for our benefit, less than $10 difference.

Went to get a set of new tires (they were the only ones who could get these particular tires) and waited a bit for them even with an appointment. They were busy, I will give them that. On the road, found that the tires were not properly balanced and caused a bad shimmy at 45mph. Living nearly 50 miles away, scheduled a date a few days later, because they could not get me back in that evening, to get this fixed. Showed up, took a bit of time again. Started down the highway to home and the shimmy was back at 55mph. Not wasting my time going for another 100 mile round trip for them to screw it up again. Will get them done more locally.

Paid for a set of tires and set an appointment online, 20 minutes of waiting tops. I even ordered the wrong tire size and got upgraded to tires that fit with no extra charge!

Twice Ive made appointments only to sit for over 20 minutes waiting in my car. Over the last year your customer service has nose dived! When I asked the guy at the door why I waswaiting so long when I had scheduled an appointment, he stated well we have other 8am appointments too apparently you scheduled too many! I wont spend my money here again!

These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and quick workers. I wish I would’ve got the name of the gentleman who helped me out. They were awesome, I wanted mayhem wheels, they went out of there way to get me mayhem wheels, when they don’t carry them, they balanced perfect the order was fast, I recommend them I always go there for my tires, and wheels.

Eh, came in to get some tires and they didn’t have them in stock, fine. They arrive the next day which was also fine. I made an appt for the next day to get them installed. Appointment was at 4pm. They told me it was gonna be a 90 minute wait. The kid yesterday told me that it I have an ally I go to the front of the line and they get me in right away. It’s now almost 90 minutes later and it hasn’t even been pulled in. What a crock of s%#>. Gonna order my tires online and take them to be installed elsewhere from now on. I am a single parent and made an alltoint so I didn’t have to have them wait all day with me and then this happened. Lost my business for good.

We were trying to leave town and realized our tires were making noise. We stopped in at closing on a Friday night to see if they could help. Staff was friendly and helpful and got us safely on our way. Very thankful for Discount Tire’s willingness to help.

Great service quick and friendly. Just know. They schedule four cars per hour. So it may take 5 to 10 minutes before youre in the bay.

By far the best place to get honestly the best service Ive had in Wenatchee so far.

Ive actually always enjoyed discount tire and the employees are super friendly and helpful but this last time they added on a 30$ per tire sort of insurance. And it would tack on another 120$ which I obviously declined. Tires are already very expensive and trying to squeeze more $ out of me was super tacky and unwelcomed.

Ive bought my last 3 sets of tires at Discount, and Ive never been less than pleased. I love their friendly service and their quality tires. Their lower prices are the icing on the cake!I just recently moved to Wenatchee from the West side and needed studded tires for my Rav4. Discount was $198.00 cheaper than you know who. And they are very generous with the studs!! Bring on the snow, I cant wait!

This is a great store. They get kind of busy sometimes but thats what happens when you are the best in the business. They have all your wheel and tire needs taken care of and they mean it when they say that they wont be under sold. I went in there with a very reasonable estimate from Costco and Discount Tire beat it so they could get my business and now they have it, I wont go anywhere else.

Amazing service! They didn’t just price match amazon they also went lower! They did put the wrong size on at first (225/65R17) but immediately fixed it and when they found out the 225/55R18 actually costs more they didn’t change the original price they gave me. They definitely take care of ya there.

PAY CASH!!! Yes they have the best prices in town but if you finance they go through Synchrony Bank. You’ll try to setup automatic bill pay so you won’t have to worry about late payments and help build your credit score (month after month) but for whatever reason every month it’ll be like you never did! You’ll get a late notice, a fee and a few points off your credit again and again. Until you get fed up and pay the account off. Then after you’ve paid it off they’ll call you again the following month looking for another $100 in “service charges.” Super fun!

These guys are great. I received some of the best customer service ever. It has to be one of their busiest time of the year and they took the time to go over things to make sure I got the right product at a great price. When I went in the next day to pick up my car they even remembered my first name when I walked in the door. I purchased 4 new tires at a reasonable price at Wenatchees Discount Tire Store. It took 5 days to receive as they needed to order from California. Installation was set for 2 p.m. they began at 2:20 and finished in 45 minutes. Everything went well until I noticed that they marked up the top of my tailgate when they tossed the old tires in the back of my newly painted truck! Too bad they couldnt have taken a few more minutes of care for a valued customer! 😐

If your gonna buy tires from this place ask for Ernie. If he’s not there walk right out that door and go to to a different shop. I tried to order a tire TWICE and both times I was told the store manager cancelled my order. Overall I would just recommend going somewhere else.

Got a great deal on snow tires and matched Costco on rebates. Will use them occasionally in the future. Only negative thing is they wont touch vehicles with spacers! Just post on receipt that shop has no liability. Otherwise, a really good tire shop.

The best!! Darrel is so friendly and upfront- no upselling and no BS. Found the exact tires i saw online for the same price. Braxton did a great job replacing my tires for me quick and easy. Even while I was waiting, the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable (with coffee and a spot to charge my phone). I was planning to wait a while and Darrel was very upfront with me that it would be a wait because they were super busy- but the time went by fast and I couldn’t be happier with my service here!

Most recently in to have crew install new TPMS sensors in Suburban. It was a busy day and they were packed, but they got it done. Everyone Ive worked with there is helpful and to the point. Whether it has been tires, wheels or these sensors, the Discount Tire crew has treated me well.

This is one of those places that Id really *like* to like, if my results hadnt been so mixed. On the upside, they have great web scheduling for appointments, and generally seem to be quite competent. On the downside, the number of problems they seem to come up with requiring complete tire replacement is rather astounding. Some of them are legitimately not their fault (my toyotas alignment was way off, and the tires were critically worn on the inner edge) but others are absolutely absurd. For instance, when they replaced my snow tires last year, the service tech slammed the wheel covers back on without checking orientation of the valve stem, and tore the valve stem near the base. Because the tires are older... big shock... they refused to fix the valve stem and insisted that if I had to buy new tires entirely. That more or less turned me off to the place, compounded by their salesman literally telling me that plain steel wheels were not made for my 2005 Toyota Camry... while looking out into the parking lot at the factory-stock plain steel wheels that it came equipped with.Since then, I have been using another tire shop just a few blocks farther down the road. Id really LIKE to like Discount Tire, but theyve run my patience out.

I came here for the first time ever by myself without my husband. I had my tires checked out. One of the managers helped me and was prompt to get out to my car and help. When he was finished he showed me a visual chart as to the status of my tire tread and explained how it affected my stopping distance. Then he showed me tires that fit my needs based on what was most important to me. I love the process and the structure of the customer experience they provide. They made tire shopping easy for a woman like me who didnt know much going in, but left a lot more knowledgeable!

I had a pleasant experience. I needed new tires and darrell tried to help me out. I didnt have a whole lot of money but wanted Michelin. I tried getting financed and was denied so I asked my friend to apply and he got a $500 limit, and Darrell was able to use my buddys card even though my buddy is in Seattle, and he gave me a credit for a couple tires to help bring down the price to pay a little and I was able to drive off with brand new Michelin tires. I finally got word around 5:30 and processed it and he was so kind even after they were supposed to be closed at 6. I was able to drive away no later than 6:15. Thats 4 brand new tires put on in around 45 minutes! I think thats pretty good speed. As far as quality, tires look good and I dont see any problems and havent had any issues yet! They happily answered all of my questions(even the embarrassing to ask might be a dumb question ones)Thanks to everyone who works here great job! 5/16/2016 was my visit!

For the longest time I was a loyal Les Schwabber. They tried to screw me over after years of having fire apparatus as well as my POV serviced by them. So I went to Discount Tire. I got a lot better deal and HONEST treatment from them. Now Im a loyal Discount Tire customer. Highly recommend Discount Tire of Wenatchee Washington.

They did not tighten down my lug nuts and then tried saying it wasnt their fault even though theyre the ones who put the tires on, all four were loose, be careful going there as clearly there is an issue

My mom and I were returning home to North Idaho from a weekend trip to Seattle when our car got a flat. We stayed the night in Leavenworth and called a few places that could fix a tire the next morning. Leroy answered the phone and after a few more calls, we made the decision to go to Discount Tire.
