Jim the owner was awesome, he took me under his wing when I was a teenager and taught me how to work on cars and was a part of my life where my parents weren’t. He was very patient, excellent teacher, awesome mechanic and great with the customers. Have to get up to Wenatchee to visit them

I HAVE SEEN A GREEN VAN/BUS THERE FOR LIKE THREE YEARS. *possibly a vw* I want it so bad. Like is the reason why it’s still there because it’s trash basically?? Or what’s the problem? I keep looking at it when we drive past, and it is still there. IF you’re looking to sell though, let me know.

Honest. Reasonable. Great place to go for international vehicles. They are usually busy, schedule a week out.They assisted with an electrical issues. Turned out not to be anything to do with the vehicle after all; after market mod. When I asked what was owed: We didnt fix anything, so we didnt charge you anything. I will definitely be coming back.

Took my bmw in for one thing a couple months ago and now i am having a whirlwind of problems having to take it back every so often. I do not believe they are educated in german cars.

I had a great experience with Jim and Eric. I got my oil changed, filters replaced, and transmission drained/flushed/refilled for a great price. They told me that the car needs some work in the future and gave me a price quote. They were not pushy, and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. They also replaced a burnt out bulb and didnt charge me for it. Very happy with them and Id recommend them to all.

They just installed my condenser for my a/c system this week. They did a great job and went above and beyond expectations. Really good price too! Very fair. Also, they are courteous and understanding, I really appreciated their service. They will defiantly have my business and will return for my maintenance there. They worked on my e320 Cdi 2005 and when I initially had the issue with the a/c they also diagnosed the problem for me for free! 🙂 Five star service!

Ive had excellent experiences the 3 times Ive taken my Passat to them. Very knowledgeable and helpful - definitely confident that theyre not trying to rip me off. Eric remembered me and my car after a year when I called about its latest problem and fixed it up real quick for me. Fast service, super friendly. Ill continue taking my car there when it needs it.

Horrible experience, I have a BMW with a serious power draw and took my car here because they sure did drop honey in my ears and made me believe that they would get down to bottom of my issues, had my car for 8 days and never called me to keep in touch with me, and when I did go pick it up they charged me $250.00 to change 1 head light and to tell me they couldnt find the power draw, but wanted me to leave another hundred dollars so they can go through and further diagnosis, I left the car I thought in good hands because of all the sweet talk like my car was going to be fixed as a matter of fact my car is Worse off...Horrible experience with horrible people taking advantage of people that dont know anything about BMW mechanics, and thats exactly what they did profiled me and took advantage of me.

Our car broke down on 97A headed to Seattle. When we were towed in, Eric ran the diagnostic right away and let us know he we have a quote in the morning. The next day he had already talked with the dealer and confirmed that this was likely a warranty item. Personable and professional.

These guys have excellent knowledge re European cars. In addition, theyre pretty nice.

We have had bad run ins with this mechanic. Car has been there a month now and still hasn’t been touched even after it was in for the same problem. He quoted me 2 hours to fix my car and I tipped him thinking the problem was gone/fixed. It came back that day after getting gas and I had to return my car to shop. Only to find out he did not do what I had asked of him to do in the first place. (This is where my car sat for a month). Im very displeased with his service and how he went about business with my car....1)No calls to customer2)Irritated when customer called3)Car sitting for month at lot while he fixed cars coming in off the street.4)Put off working on my car until he went on vacation.5) Did not keep his word.These are the FIVE REASONS WHY I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CONTINENTAL.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! ✌🏻
