Bad customer service, Poor vehicle quality, management & sales staff is not very honest! Im not the type to leave any reviews, whether good or bad, BUT my experience with them was definitely the WORST. Im a first time buyer with no experience trusting them 100%. After buying a truck everything was going well 2 weeks later the truck had multiple warranty repairs! Sold me a warranty that wouldnt pay for all the repairs because the truck was Canadian! Why offer a warranty that in reality wont cover a vehicle as any other warranty would? Ridiculous! what a rip off!! Reached out to them to see if we can come to an agreement and return the truck to them since I didnt want to be stuck paying for a vehicle that had already given me issues 2 weeks after purchasing it, management guy was so rude, in other words told me after driving the vehicle off the lot it was pretty much my problem! NO FILTER WHAT SO EVER!! Honestly thought they were actually trying to help me find a good fit for me & trusted them! I would NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM! HORRIBLE PLACE, LEMON CARS AND WONT HELP WHEN YOU NEED THEM LIKE THEY SAY THEY WILL BEFORE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE.

My wife and I just had our first child and we were having a hard time finding a car that was large enough for our growing family yet still had all the features we wanted at an affordable price. Juan and Blaze were amazing at putting up with our requests, giving us options, and not pressuring us to take the first or most expensive option. Purchased a vehicle from Leonard Evans and I am in love with my new dodge caravan

So far so good (will give another review after Ive had the car a while). We just bought a car from Leonard Evans. I am picky so this was an all day task. Pete Patino, our car salesman was patient, informative and so helpul. The team there did a great job working on our financing and helping us get the perfect car and the perfect loan. No one was pushy. They showed us cars that ranged in everything..price..make..model EVERYTHING! They didnt try to make us stick to a new or expensive car which was nice. We left with a car we never even thought about beforehand. But they opened our eyes to new things and we are so happy with our purchase. Thanks so much for the help and the beautiful car. I hope down the road I will be able to post a great review on how the car drives and runs longterm.

Let me start off by saying I love this place. Today I went in to get my Hyundai it’s quarterly oil change but was in the market for a new car as well so my wife and I wouldn’t have to share so I went and took a look around. It was a little before the lot technically opened so I wasn’t expecting any service, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Pete. I told him what I was looking for and what I could afford and he knew just want to do. Walked out that day with an awesome 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. This is the 2nd time I’ve been super impressed with not only their customer service, but their honesty. I was looking at the Subaru Outback they had on the lot but he was honest and let me know it wasn’t the best deal. I’m also always happy with the quality of the cars ive received from them. Ive had that Hyundai for coming up on there years now and have had zero issues. Looking forward to that with my Subaru as well. Thank you Pete, and thank you Leonard Evans!

Blaze was very patient with me as I am a very difficult customer. He found the. Resources in order to place me in the vehicle that I wanted. He went out of his way and spoke to the bank and lending institutions in order to find the APR I wanted and found the best deal that was fair on both ends and closed the purchase of my 2010 ford mustand with a promise that if I was unsatisfiedWith the car they would take care of any problems I might have.Well its been over 30 days since I made this purchase. Ive had 5 minor issues with the palstics on the vehicle. I brought it back and they sent me to the body shop, there jumped into action ordered parts and replaced the parts at no cost to me. I will recomend. An y one looking for a goid used car to visit Blaze and the crew at Leonard Evans as they all have great sales and service.

My husband Kevin and I walked on the lot expecting to trade in our 2014 Tundra for something a little newer. We’d scoped out for a few days and fell in love with a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. From test drive to heading off the lot, Pete was the perfect salesman. He was genuine, honest and above all very knowledgeable when we had any questions and concerns. Jose, the finance manager, was to the point and worked to get us a a good deal from a top rated bank that included gap insurance. He also advised us in choosing a warranty which covered a massive array of issues. Both kept us comfortable in what is usually a nerve-wracking situation and assured us if there were any issues within the first few days to make sure and drop by to let them know.We experienced perfect customer service and won’t hesitate to head to Leonard Evans the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle!

I have had several bad experiences with this company. I used to buy all of my used cars, and send friends there, until I started buying lemons. One particular lemon was a Buick Rendezvous which was a fun sporty ride. Problem was the dealer claimed everything worked great on the vehicle. It had a climate control system which is different than your standard heat&A/C system. CCS goes by a set temperature in the vehicle, say 70*f is the temp you set, it maintains that temp through the use of both heat & A/C. We bought our vehicle in late November when it was cold. By the time the need for A/C rolled around, there was nothing. We took it in and the Leonard Evans mechanic told us that the condenser had a crack in it, and it was there for a long time, at least a year, because of the corrosion and dirt impacted in it. When we said we bought the car and it was guaranteed that everything worked (even in writing) and with the mechanic statement, they fought against making the repair at their expense. This was after the repair was done we were told they would not honor the warranty because the mechanic was mistaken and it was a recent issue. I asked to see the part they removed and they said it was already disposed of and they could not recover it. Then came the ransom for my car. They refused to give me keys to the car until I paid what they were supposed to have taken care of. We went into the managers office and had a harsh discussion about the incident, which ended when they brought the highly experienced mechanic in and said that he was wrong and it had to have been a more recent issue, after we purchased our car. The mechanic was apparently upset about the new claim he seemed forced to make. The cost of the repair was just over $400. That was the last vehicle we ever bought from them. We did use the body shop because it was one of the best around, and Mike was great! Now that Mike is not there, no need to go there. I was looking to have them work on my Kia because the Kia dealer closed, but found Global Car Care. This may be out new service company.

Saw a car I was interested in one evening so I stopped in to check it out. Talked with a few of the sales guys for quite awhile about the car, took it for a test drive. I really liked the car, but it was a little more than I wanted to spend but I did have some wiggle room. Anyways we get back to the shop and they couldnt get into the system to give me a best price or anything like that. No problem, Ill stop by tomorrow after work. Salesman had my name and number. To shorten up the story I find out today that the manager decided to buy the car.Didnt have any actual experience buying a car from them, I was ready to but I would say thats probably not a very good business practice to sell cars out from under your customers to your own employees.Oh well, there are plenty of those cars available for several thousand less, some with less miles even. I guess Im glad I learned before buying the car rather than after not to do business here.

Stopped by to look at a vehicle and was interested in purchasing the vehicle. Explained to the salesman and manager that I would bring my wife and family the following day to purchase the vehicle if they could provide the service records and I would be traveling from two hours away. They claimed all the needed maintenance was performed at their dealership. They said it would be ready and would put a hold on the vehicle. Arrived the following day like I said I would and the only the Carfax was available, no service information. I asked about the service information and they said they could not access the service records for their vehicles as the service department was closed. The salesman and manager knew nothing about the car. Wasted 5 hours of my familys time to drive to Wenatchee for a vehicle that we could not verify anything on. They stated they had the vehicle for 45 days even though the Carfax showed they bought it four month ago. Very disappointed.

I had a very interesting deal going with the dealership my salesman (Jose) tried to take my Gap insurance refund and when I refused to give him my policy, He wouldnt sell me the truck anymore , He actually told me that the money just goes back to the lender, I made some inquirys and found that the refund goes back to me>>> That was a first for me! I have never been told I couldnt buy a car before, I wonder if the owners are aware of what the sales team is doing? It was an awesome waste of my time..

(Thats a bad thing for you) Their moto is as follows:Make the customer FEEL like they are getting a good deal.Key word FEEL. The first thing a profession con man needs to do is earn your trust, and the best way to do that is by telling a negative about himself. (Watch for this when you come here) next thing that you need to watch for is the good guy bad guy act. The salesman will become buddy buddy with you. He might even tell you to ask a lower price when the manager comes out or demand new tires. At that point youll be on the managers office where the pressure is on.Be very careful with these guys. They want every penny they can squeeze out of you.

Super impressed with this car dealership! Although I was not greeted in the parking lot, upon going inside the gentlemen we very friendly. I drove off the lot with the vehicle of my dreams. I purchased a great 4runner and absolutely LOVE driving this reliable vehicle around town. It is great in the snow and all the bells and whistles work wonderfully. A second key was provided upon request and I received a complementary follow up phone call a few weeks later to see how things were going. Great customer service, not once did I feel like I was being scammed or talked into something I didnt want to purchase.

I had recently gone through a divorce and found my credit rating to be in need of some work. I needed a car, though, and Id seen the advertisements, so I decided to stop by and see what would happen. A couple hours later, I drove out with a 2013 Kia Optima, which was exactly the car I had wanted! The down payment and monthly payments were well within my budget and I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Just ask for Pete or Dave. Bad place to buy a used car. They will sell you nothing but garbage. It will breakdown on you 3to4 weeks after you buy it. Plus they like to rip people off. Stay away from this dealer dont do business with them you will regret it.

The time it took me to figure out how to do this I could have written a letter and had it delivered.I was told by a friend to see Rick Black at Leonard Evans about the problems with my Subaru. I dont trust mechanics and was happy to hear a good word about one. I brought my car in and had it looked and Rick then instructed me on some of the issues with the car and what I could do to prevent them in the future and most amazingly how to save some money on the repair. The nice sales person I spoke with said that the vehicle was listed for $9975, but when I told him I felt that was way too much- he said they could definitely go down on the price and they list it high on purpose because people like to negotiate. When I got inside- I was dealing with someone totally different who told me the vehicle was listed at over 11K and could only go down to $9975. He told me they were only making like $700 on the sale so there was no way they could go down any further. I reluctantly agreed and started signing paperwork only to find a line item stuck in the middle that they had snuck in a service contract with their company for $2500 without asking me if I wanted it. The finance manager seemed pissed when I told him to take it off and told me I was twitchy and nervous when I started reading every thing before signing. Not a good experience!

We have wanted to trade in our SUV for several months for something smaller and more fuel efficient. We found several options at Leonard Evans that interested us and found just the car that was right for us. Pete and AG were awesome! They were friendly, personable and professional in meeting our needs and making it work for us. They got the car tuned up and detailed before we brought it home and made us feel like rockstars. This is the second car that we have purchased from them and we will definately return to them for our future auto needs!

Talked to a gentle man at Leonard Evans, and I was told I could get into a car despite my credit. I do have bad credit, and they told me if they couldnt finance me threw a bank not to worry they had in house financing and could still get me into a car that day. when it came down to it, I did have bad credit and banks said no go. but immediately afterwards told me they couldnt help with even in house financing. when I asked why, they said they just recently revamped that and wouldnt be able to work with me. I explained to the I had cash in hand to put down for a down payment as well as my trade which they said they would accept. and I got a simple thank you for considering us, come back at another time, maybe next month and we can help you. overall I wouldnt recommend a friend to them, to say you can help anyone good credit, bad credit or no credit to get a car and after a 2 hour wait to come out and say you cant help me at all is ridiculous. I traveled over 2 hours to get there and sat there for 2 hours to be told they couldnt help after guaranteeing me they could. the staff was friendly, but outside of that a total waste of time.

WORST experience Ive had!!! Will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from them!!!! Overheard a worker say most of there vehicles they have dont work! I got a truck from them with full warranty and they voided my warranty without me knowing within less than a year, when I paid for that warranty that is good for up to 3 years!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Truck looked spot less when I got it after the first time I washed it I noticed all sorts of rust!! They didnt want to help me out with it they tried saying it was my fault? Every Salesman Ignores me every time I go in for that issue they have with me not the same salesman you see when your actually signing the papers!! will never recommend anyone to go there!

I had contacted this dealership with my pre-approval letter on the 22nd , I heard back on the 23rd and I had requested they send in a P.O. to my lender. I didnt hear anything from Lane besides that he could get me a better interest rate, I send in an application and they ran my credit, didnt hear anything back. I had called a few times, emailed, and didnt hear back until the 26th when I was told the car sold that day. It would have been nice to have some communication.. Customer service is clearly not a top priority here.

I had the best experience there! Diego and Tony were my salesman. They were super proffessional and also very friendly. They were the perfect balance. The sales Manager I worked with was Dave. This guy Dave really knows this business. He used his bank connections to get me into the SUV I wanted. The bank originally devloned this car but Dave made it happen! I got the exact car I wanted with the payments I wanted. I also dont have the best credit. They work with many different banks so no problem. They also report the payments so its gping to help me rebuild. I definitely recommend this place. I am extremely satisfied.

Bought a car form them some time ago. In less than 2 months the check engine light had turned on. Within the year I had spent more money fixing the car than it was worth (almost all coolant lines, coolant reservoir, water pump, head gasket, radiator, among other things). Part of the problem was they had been using all the wrong (cheap) fluids for the car. When replacing the radiator found a note taped on the bumper absorber that said leornard evans. Which pretty much means there was some damage to it that I was never told about and was omitted in the carfax they gave me. I personally know other people who have had similar experiences. Im not saying all their cars are bad but just knowing how bad their practices are is enough for me to never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. Be cautious!

Like most places we were chased down by a shark of a salesman and he tried sell us a car that was running on 6 cylinders said we could get by without the other two. What a joke! Started the car and 20ft of white smoke,came out the tail pipes!!

DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY SOLD ME A LEMON! Took my car in several times for the same issue and after everything they said well blown motor at 70,000 miles. Wouldnt even offer a trade-IN stuck paying thousands for a car I can even drive!

Leonard Evans is a great place to buy a car and for your kids to sit down wal you look around they have free popcorn a vending machine and coffe for the adults and a kids room where they can play also if your waiting no problem they have magizines a couch and a big T.V to watch wal your car is being worked on!!!

This place is horrible, most cars are sold as clean titles, but are rebuilt. I bought a pickup truck here and after two months i discovered that the entire bottom of the truck had been painted black in order to hide all the rust. A friend of mine recently bought a used pickup here as well, and when i found out i went to see his truck, only to notice the same problem with his truck. Do not shop for your vehicle here, unless you want to throw away your money.

They sold me a complete lemon and wont fix it. When I brought the car in the day after for a check engine light they were going to fix they got into it and discovered the timing belt was bad and charged me over $1000. Since then Ive had over $3000 more in repairs in 4 months. I dont use their repairs and will never buy a car there again. All they did was wash and wax it and pass it off.
