Great guys/gals running this shop! I stopped by to have them look at my wagon hatch that wouldnt close all the way thinking it needed a new latch or something. Less than 10 minutes I was on my way with it fixed at no charge. Will definitely be using these guys for any auto body work I have in the future!

I’ve used first choice both times my car was hit. They are top notch service. Very professional, quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. They called to update me when they were sent the wrong part for my car and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They also cleaned and vacuumed my entire car. It was spotless when I got it back, inside and out. And they followed up with a thank you card a week later. Truly exceptional service. I highly recommend them.

These were the nicest, most helpful, honest people. The body work repairs that they did was fantastic. They called me three times during the 10 days that they had my truck with updates.

Talk about a place with integrity. They were honest and did what they could help me out as much as possible. I was in town visiting, I pulled out of a parking spot and a piece of rebar tor my back bumper off. It took them about an hour to get my bumper reattached. Considering I had not made an appointment and just drove straight there that morning. When I went to pay at the end, the main guy (owner? / manager? / estimator?) told me not to worry about it. He explained to me what needed to be done to properly fix it and that when I wanted to have the bumper replaced and fixed correctly, (he knew that I was in a hurry to get back home and did not have the time to wait for them to order a new bumper) they would love to have my business in the future. Great customer service, they really know their stuff when it comes to Auto body work.

My sliding door would not shut on my van I took it to the dealer and they said they dont do body work and I should take it to First Choice Collision. So I did and they fixed it for me and didnt charge me anything. Thank you First Choice Collision you guys are awesome. They did tell me that if I need it fixed again the part is very expensive. Many other places would have just told me what it was going to cost and not fixed it for me. But First Choice was fair and compassionate in their dealings with me and I really appreciate it!!
