We were traveling through, on a road trip from Montana, had a issue with a sensor on the rear tire, Jamie in service Métis when we drove in and said she would take a look, 10 minutes later she had the issue fixed. Cant say enough nice things. We began online emailing with Ariana and sadly never met her in person. I assume she only exists in the cloud.Chandler is not only the tallest man ever, but hes also very easy-going and helpful.Granted I am a planner and basically had everything as ready as possible before we even got there, since we were coming from out of town, but Chandler waited after closing time, until we were done signing papers, to send us off.Even the people we didnt deal with were nice.

I was involved in a rear-ending and Cascade Subaru made sure it seemed like it never happened! I started off working with a gentleman from the auto body shop who got me in on the next day I had available, and when the parts showed up damaged in transit they re-ordered them and had the parts shipped overnight so the job could be completed the next day. Upon further inspection there was more damage to the vehicle them though and I promptly brought the car back into the shop and worked with Nancy. She did an amazing job of updating me on how the work is going and the expected timeframe. She even helped me out by jumping through hoops to get my vehicle covered under warranty and done the next business day! Thank you Cascade Subaru

Just got back from THE BEST Subaru service experience I’ve ever had. Came in with a semi-complicated bearing issue with some history with other Subaru dealers and even the national service center and Cascade took on the issue with grace and speed. Jamie D was my intake consultant and she listened to my story, took notes, and made me feel affirmed in that my bearing problem should not be happening and would be looked at with care. I chose Cascade over two other Subaru dealers because of online reviews and here I am adding to the positive reviews that brought me in. Thankful I did and so very appreciative of Cascade Subaru’s service department. Oh and not to mention they paid for my bearing issue!! Great experience and will definitely be servicing with them again.

BEWARE! Dealerships only work if you see them for regular maintenance, i.e. oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Their prices are cheaper because they replace minimal parts with with the expectation you will return later; so they can notice something extra that’s wrong while you’re in for your quarterly oil change. Case in point, I took my car in to have the timing belt replaced, only to have the pulley explode less than 12,000 miles and 13 months later. Every other shop in town, excluding dealerships, (as explained to me by the service manager) replace the water pump, pulleys, bearings, and thermostat with the knowledge that you will not be back for your regular maintenance. Do NOT go to Cascade Auto expecting any more than bare minimum work.

I would like to know why my boyfriend keeps calling you guys and no one picks up the phone or calls him back after hes left messages. He needs his truck for work and the fact that no one is answering the phone to know when he can get his truck back or even just returning his messages to know whats happening. Very poor service this is beyond frustrating

Service Department is very diligent and thorough, and they dont try to up sell stuff like filters. Will continue to use them.Did not appreciate, on an earlier visit, being accosted by a salesman when I went to look at the Ascend. Not only did he physically block me as I got out of my car, he then tried to talk me into an Outback, as the Ascend was in short supply. I dislike intensely being steered like that, and he certainly didnt even ask about my needs. Rather surprising for a Subaru dealer.

This is a great dealership that actually makes buying a vehicle enjoyable. All of the employees that we dealt with were professional and very friendly. I have been to several dealerships all over the west Utah, California, Alaska, and Wyoming. I go to these because I know I will be getting consistent product. I have to say that this dealership has let me down. I took my vehicle in for a tune up and alignment. When I picked up my vehicle my abs light was on. I thought it was weird, but thought that maybe it just needs time to reset. I drove home, which is 20 min and had to call the dealer. They told me to bring it in and I did. While I was waiting there were two elderly ladies that went in for an oil change and were still waiting 4 hrs later. They looked at my car, saying they dont know how it broke. Even though the alignment was done and I never had issues with the sensor before that. They offered to fix it, which I was pleased. They said the part would be three days out and they would call me. Well 4 days later I call them. ( Keep in mind its the middle of winter in wenatchee with freezing rain). I took it in, and all went well. A few days later my speedometer went out. Which was new for me and a little earl for the age of my car. I did some googling and found it could be the sensor that they replaced. That it may have been installed wrong or not tight. I took it in telling them the problem and asked them to look at the sensor they just installed. They refused saying that it was a brand new sensor that it has to be something else. So they looked at my car without checking what I asked saying the speedometer just got stuck. Well a week later when I needed to drive my vehicle my speedometer is acting out again. I have tried to call them and get it resolved, no response. I honestly have never been so disappointed in a company and their customer service. If you want things done right the first time, dont go here.

We just stopped by to pick up our recently repaired Subaru and thought why not look at the new ones before we head home.Our salesman Taylor Solem met us in the parking lot as we browsed the inventory. We were just looking, we said.Taylor answered all of our questions and asked a few of his own. There was never any pressure. As our conversation progressed we learned of the current 0% financing offer available. This was the catalyst for our serious consideration of purchasing a new vehicle.There was a little of the expected back and forth to the manager for pricing, trade in value etc. but it was never uncomfortable.When we were transitioned to Ted Kincaid the finance guy it was again a no pressure experience. We made the choices we felt were best for us without the hard-sell tactics that we have experienced else-where.We felt Taylor was very genuine in his conversations with us. All of the sales staff we met or spoke with were friendly and helpful.We would go back.

I have received fine treatment from the Service Department. They just topped off the special coolant in our Outback while I waited and no charge. Parts Department has good prices on factory oil filters, too.

She (Iris) has not only given us a great time with little trouble, but my mom owned it new since 2007 and it served her well too. (Not for nothin, but the Cadillac ALSO came from Cascade Auto Center).So, at a cross-roads between dumping more money into our 2007, getting pushed into something that we werent completely stoked about at the Ellensburg dealership, or limping the car home to deal with the trusted team at Cascade, it was a no-brainer. Jordan & Steve Baldock set us up with Leon Comeau and took incredible care of us. No disrespect to the other Subaru salespeople because we didnt work with them, but if you want to buy a Subaru and KNOW you are getting the absolute best of what is offered, seek out Leon. He put our minds at ease when most people werent even working. He made it a painless process getting into and leaving in a brand new lease. I started my day completely mad that our hand-me-down wasnt going to last until summer like we had planned, but by the end of it I was glad that series of events transpired to lead us to that experience. Truly, the best car buying experiences Ive ever had, a painless and memorable first car buying experience for my wife, and a great story to dine out on when we get compliments on our new car (and there are plenty for its a good lookin car.)

So I purchased a used 2015 WRX from this establishment a little over a year ago. I had driven from Seattle to this dealership specifically because it had good reviews and was the only place in 200 miles that had the car I wanted.Fast forward to the paperwork with the gentleman who works in the finance department. He offered me a service contract that would “cover everything” that could go wrong with the vehicle. Now I don’t think this part was a lie but what they forgot to disclose was all the modifications that had been done to my car by the previous owner.I type this review as I sit at a different dealership about to pay over $500 to undo all the electrical damage (that I currently know of) caused by the aftermarket HID’s.In short, my experience with Cascade Subaru appeared to be a positive one until a year later when I have to shell out money to fix problems I was lied to about during the selling process. Should I have checked for this sort of thing while inspecting the vehicle prior to purchasing? Sure. But that doesn’t make it okay to sell people broken cars while greatly exaggerating the effectiveness of service contracts.

Great people and the mechanical service staff is knowledgable will show you a problem and are through when dealing with your car and in my opinion far better than Lithia Subaru in Spokane and closer. Nice hometown personal kinda service.

She was very helpful and informed me their dealership had the vehicle my wife and I were in the market for.A week and a half later we went to look at the car. Taylor, again, very helpful, nice guy. Helped us move forward with the deal.Ted is the Finanace Manager our deal went through... AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COST IF YOU DO BUSINESS HERE. Typical dealership/salesman scammer and the only reason Im not giving a 5 star review. Even after we insisted we didnt want any extra warranties, he still tried to call and add them on a restructured loan contract. The way he spoke to my wife on a follow up phone call was unacceptable and manipulative. We had to contact Mark, his supervisor, to complete the deal and get all the facts straight and all our options. Ted conventiantly left out some details.

We started in Portland Oregon, went to the Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Washington) then Lewiston Idaho, Montana, the back to Dave Smith in Northern Idaho and through Spokane Washington, looking for a specific car. Simple, I thought, Black 6-speed Manual, Challenger. All the dealerships only had Autos and were determined to sell me one. And where id I find not one, but TWO? On a Subaru Lot in Wenatchee. Tony O showed me what they had, let me take one on an extensive test drive with NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. Drove back to Portland, secured the funds and drove the 300 miles back to pick up my New (Used 8500 miles) 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8, Black w/ 6-speed manual :) Thank you so much Tony O.Pat
