In this day in age, customer service professionalism, attention to detail, and just flat out loving your job is non existent. Unlimited Protection is by far the best company I have dealt with in my life. Ray is calm cool and collected. He explains everything well and answers his phone anytime I call if I have a question. David who installs the alarm system is a perfectionist. I had him also rehang a T.V and sound bar that was mounted horribly. He turned a work of trash into a work of art. If only more companies operated like Unlimited Protection, the world of customer service would be so much better. I will be using Unlimited Protection to mount every T.V in my house

My wife and I worked with Ray Kindley throughout the whole process. We purchased our home back in March but we would not immediately move in until later. I wanted peace of mind and wanted a local company that I could work with. Unlimited Protection was recommended by our real estate agent; so I gave them a call. The install was easy going and the tech was very knowledgeable. I didnt have any issues with the service or the people I have interacted with. Most definitely give them a call if you are shopping for a home security system.

Unlimited Protection is absolutely the best option for alarm systems! I recently switched to them because I heard through friends that their customer service and responsiveness was far superior to any other company. They were very helpful in transferring my monitoring services and verified my current equipment was up to date and compatible! They have been very helpful in getting an upgraded front door bell camera and another front door key pad! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for your security and alarm system needs!

Ray was absolutely amazing. I had questions and was unsure of the best security setup for my home. He came and looked at the layout and personalized my setup to meet my needs and wants. He takes care of any questions I have almost immediately. His responses are amazing and their services and equipment are top of the line. I have to say, I was a bit hesitant at the beginning because Ive never heard of Unlimited Protection but once I met Ray, he put that hesitation to rest. Ray, the GM went above and beyond expectations. He personally came to visit so he can customized the security system I would need for the house. He also kept it as budget friendly as possible without a prompt from me. Something other companies lack because they only care about numbers and not the customer. Since I wasnt sure if I wanted to go with Unlimited Protection, I asked if he can have a technician on standby incase I changed my mind and wanted the install done the same day. Which company does that?The technician Thomas, is also very professional and friendly. I explained where I wanted the cameras to be installed and if it cant be installed where I wanted due to the layout of the house, he worked with me to get it as close to where I want it. He also made sure I checked the video feed from the cameras to see how I liked the angle and if I needed some changes made, he made them. Not once did he show any unprofessionalism towards me or the work at hand.Overall, Rays company made me feel at ease from start to finish. I would not choose any other company besides his and I would highly recommend him and his company to those looking for trust and security that his company can provide.

He went above and beyond; and after completing the task I had called about, he also took care of two other issues I had forgotten to mention as well as even checking my routers performnce. Dave is incredibly friendly and helpful! Him and his team work hard to install your system quickly, and will answer all of your questions before any money changes hands.I had an issue with my “smart” lock not being secure (due to the frame of the deadbolt catch, not at all the company’s fault) and Dave had one of his technicians come out and secure it and resolve the issue within 3 hours of notification.This company is outstanding in terms of customer service and standing by their products (and helping fix problems that aren’t even their fault to make sure your home is secure!)Incredibly happy with their customer service, and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an alarm service and home security system!!
