So far so good but sales reps need to be more covid conscious. Entering a home with no mask and hand shakes should be a concern.

Best advice I can give, please don’t do it. We signed up less than a year ago. Everything went great, the install tech was great, we loved our equipment and thank goodness we never actually used it. Now we sold our home... find out you can’t take the equipment you just paid full price for with you. They can’t reinstall any of their equipment. That life time investment you thought you were purchasing was a complete waste of money. We agreed to pay off the rest of the equipment and were told to set up a payment plan. A month lasted get a letter in the mail that says they will be withdrawing an additional 2k in four days.Almost three hours later I have talked to three different people no one has answers I have been hung up on twice while being put on hold and we find out that none of the things we were originally told were true. Very disappointed and very irritated that this company ended up being just as much of a scam as every other vendor in the area.Just go buy a ring door bell and install it yourself and save you thousands!!

The person who installed my equipment was on time and truly a nice person. I do however feel like the install could have gone better. Mostly small stuff like when he took off my door bell it was left on the ground but the major thing is that my doorbell camera is noticeably crooked and it looks like an amateur installed it. Oh and he was there until 10pm installing.

My tech Mire Jones was very knowledgeable. Amazing person to talk too. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Best advice, dont do it!!! Go with someone or someplace else!!! They try with everything, to avoid direct responses, updates, and accurate information. They, protect your home is a second hand distributor of old equipment of ADT products. The technicians arrive to your home in an unmarked vehicle, lacking professionalism, and severely inconsistent with the information provider from the initial call with the salesperson to what their attempts to sale more to you are - once in your home. Again, DO NOT DO IT... runnnnnn... their advertised price is NOT worth the frustration, lies, and headache.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The technician never showed up. Customer service lies about appointments and does follow up. I understand that this is rough time for everyone but just say that you don’t have the availability, no need to lie and say you’re sending someone out to assist me when that is not the case.

Our install and sales experience with this company was wonderful! Our sales representative was wonderful! (I forgot her name) She even added two keyfobs and a smoke detector due to our good credit score! Our technician, Mike Gales, was wonderful! He was courteous and installed everything promptly. He explained how everything worked and even took a few minutes to talk. Great company and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install ADT through a dealer. We have been with ADT now since 2016 and have had no regrets! Great system, great people. We definitely sleep better at night! Thanks Protect Your Home!

We feel completely safe and protected and if you have a problem there right there for you.

Techs were very knowledgeable; took their time explaining how everything worked, what would be adequate protection for our home; pricing for packages; would definitely recommend ADT to friends and family.

House had just been burglarized tech came out same day called within couole of hours.Even though technician was training he made sure we understood everything and took time to go in detail with packages. He gave us his personal cell in case we had questions that we couldnt think of why he was here. That made us feel safe and like a friend instead of just a job. He also wished us luck and stated he would but or family in his prayers and that made us feel better. He made our experience feel like he cared and it was not just a job. He loves what he does.

Thew installation process was very smooth. Everything was explain to us in detail. The technician was very friendly and patient with all our questions, because we are first time users or an Alarm system. I feel much at ease now that we have an alarm system installed in our house.

Do you have another address I can contact you at?Ever since we subscribed to ADT, weve had an ADT rep at our house daily asking if wed like to subscribe to ADT. I dont understand how the company doesnt realize we are already their customer...HEY ADT! GET YOUR JUNK TOGETHER!

I was suppose to receive a gift card that four months later i never got than was told this week it was a three step process than i was told to get two m.o send than off after all that ill have it six weeks later never got the camera after the upgrade to pulse they now say 299 for installation just full of games.

Hello this is very good except no Security Cam cry cry I would like 3rd for free gift. I check my ADT apps to see whos coming or opening. Its very good Thank you very much..

I was with ADT for 13 years before, 1999 to 2012 so there really wasnt much to do other than putting in a new control panel. Everything else is the same old stuff. Very good.

Company that prays on aggressive tactics to take as much money as possible from there customers. Lies to customers to get the job in the ground regaurdless od the customers circumstances over priced outdated equipment.
