Avoid the big box stores....go to the pros! Superior products and great service. Highly recommend.

Arrived at the Englewood location at 11 on a Saturday and they were closed

The installers at Kimal Doors were spectacular. The initial installer placed my new hurricane grade glass insert in the door and cleaned the glass. As he was cleaning the glass he noticed a bubble in the glass and said the glass needs replaced. Two weeks later the new glass arrived and the installer replaced the glass, asked me to inspect it. Both of the installers - initially and the replacement were very professional. They cleaned up the debris from the installation before they left. So happy we went with a local company. I will send all my friends and neighbors to Kimal. Very nice job.

I dont know how they make any money? I contacted them by phone for all new Anderson impact windows and they never got back to me. Several weeks later we just walked in the store and worked with a representative. I gave them all the dementions, we picked out styles, options, color. They gave us a card and a catalog and said they would contact us when they had a quote pulled together. Its been over 4 weeks with no response. We ended up buying our windows for the entire house somewhere else. If their sales tactics are any indication of how they do business then I could not imagine how bad warranty and customer service is!
