Nice went in today for an orientation yes I am changing jobs right now because where Im at now Im not growing so I feel I can grow at Jeld-Wen the pay is better the job is a little of the same so Im ready just waiting on a phone call

We had 6 single hung hurricane proof windows installed. We live in Florida and they require hurricane proof. We have had the windows for almost 3 years and I have tried forever to get help. They have been hard to get up and down. 4 of the windows have cracked at the locks. They say they will send us new ballises I’m thinking your not sending anyone to look at them. I’m so upset with jeldwin windows.

There’s a few good jobs there and some good people. But for the most part, the workers and are miserable.

I purchased two Jeld-Wen pre-hung doors from Lowes. One was from Lowes stock, one special order. There is serious quality control issues with Jeld-Wen. The stop on the first in-stock door was tight to the door, not allowing room for paint. Lots of sanding to correct. Then the door striker cut-out was more than 1/4 deep instead of the normal thickness of the striker. The second special order door was worse. The hinge plate location allowed about 5/16 between the frame and the door at the top, instead of the 1/16 or 1/8 that should have been allowed. Then of course the cut-out for the striker plate was incorrect. I spent at least an hour on each door attempting to correct this horrible quality control. Never again will I purchase Jeld-Wen.

Well, we were ripped off!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> When building our office, we selected JELD-WEN for our CUSTOM HURRICANE DOORS. After waiting 2 weeks past our deliver date, one of the IMPACT GLASS PANELS were BROKEN!!!! It took another month before the replacement came. In the 2 years, yes TWO YEARS they are rotting!! and WE HAVE TO REPLACE THEM!! This door, double French with side panel were almost $3000. and when we called, they said TOO BAD! Yep, they DO NOT Stand behind their products at all! I am planning to take them to court for the cost of new doors and the $1000. for the install. I have filed a complaint with the Florida State Attorney Generals office. I am so pissed, I know people that work there and they said its not a company that has good quality control or that stands behind the products they manufacture. DO NOT USE JELD-WEN PRODUCTS!!! Come see my doors, Im in Englewood just off DEARBORN ST. THE ONLY REASON THEY GET A START STUPID GOOGLE IS ITS REQUIRED TO POST< THEY GET NO STARS FROM ME!!!
