Gulf Side Hurricane is a very good company to work with. If theres a problem, they try to remedy the situation as best and quick as they can. The quality of their shutters and other storm protection is very good and meets all the Codes required in FL. In 2018 they were dealing with a shutter manufacturer that made a bad name for them but they have changed manufacturers who arent out there to ruin their reputation. They have made a strong comeback from that situation and they are a pleasure to work with, theyre honest and supply good service. Remember always listen to the other side of the story as well. Thank you Gulf Side. I know I am pleased.

I was very pleased with Gulf Side. They had a variety of products. Pricing was very competitive and within our budget. Their Installer was knowledgeable and the Owner Bill is an honest individual who’s not trying to just “make a buck” like other companies we’ve dealt with. I recommend Gulf Side.

Called them and they said it would be a month before they could get out to give an estimate so I made appointment and no one shows up or calls - call office and leave nice message asking why no one came, no response, call back and I am told they didnt listen to messages. They acknowledge I had appointment and I am told they will find out why no one showed, they call back and say they tried to call me 5x and got busy signal - problem is I have auto voice mail so no one gets busy signal. Nothing worst then bad lies - wouldnt let these people anywhere near my home now.

These are the finest and most impressive Hurricane Shutters I have seen on the market. My house buttons up like the Bat Mobile all with the touch of a remote control. I have had these for several years and they look like new. If I ever needed a service call the response was almost immediate! Bill the owner and his staff are a pleasure to deal with!

Very pleased with the company in Aug. 2016.In Jan. 2018, we ordered 4 shutters to complete the house.In April, the shutters were to be installed, however, we were told after numerous unreturned phone calls, that they had not been ordered.They were finally installed in June.They carry fine products, but the customer service was terrible.

Really zero stars. Ordered shutters in June - still waiting. Keep getting excuses: change in personnel, trouble with the manufacturer (Southern Cross), so had to switch to Cargor (who I cant find on the internet anywhere). Dont return calls. We are cancelling and hoping to get our money returned.

They make a great product...BUT...Try to get any SERVICE!!!!!!!My FRONT DOOR roll down was not going up ...called never got a call back! Called again and again...Finally spoke with the owner Bill(?) His service guy was out ill.....Understandable..But business stops!!!!....He could at least told me who I can call to fix the Rolldown I bought from him..Oh yes..Im on the List...LOLITS MY FRONT DOOR BLOCKED!!!!!
