I recommend this Volkswagen dealership. Are used to live up near them. I now live over an hour away. But I get such a good quality and thorough work from them. I will drive the time and sit in the waiting room to have my vehicle serviced through them. Competitive pricing friendly people. And through the COVID-19 Pandemic, they still have a waiting room with social distancing. They are worth the drive to have your vehicle worked on.

They reached out to me via text even after hours just because they found the perfect car, exact size, trim and exact color I specifically wanted. I couldn’t believe it!We return for services for both of our family vehicles and Chris T in the service department takes care of every time. He really goes above and beyond to treat us better than expected each time, he recommends just what we need and advices on services that we are curious about but may not need. Ive had my Atlas for 4 months and everytime I visit the Vacaville Volkswagen dealership I get great service. They put on my new plates when they arrived in the mail and switched them out when my disabled plates arrived. Theyve been so nice and kind and answered all of my questions.

George helped my husband and I find my dream car, even though there is a limited stock of vehicles available. He found me the perfect vehicle in the more than perfect color, even better than I asked for! Then Eric in finance helped us understand all of our warranty options, explained what he feels would be best for us based on our lifestyle and intended usage of the vehicle. The very next week after getting our beautiful new car, we brought the car in for a sealant treatment and was assisted by Wayne. Wayne made the entire check-in process quick, understandable and fun! Two years ago, I had gone there thinking I would come back with a new car, and the guy there refused to give me a price or let me test drive it unless I agreed to buy the new car that day. They gave me one price over phone for a specific car but when I went in they said that was wrong. How could I promise to buy anything if I didnt know how much it was ? I walked right out and instead ended up finding my car 4 hours away. Hope those guys dont work there anymore.

My gf has a VW Beetle which I’m learning so much about how to maintain her diesel engine. I called the parts department and Melody was extremely nice and pleasant to talk too. The order were placed I went picked it up in two days. When arriving at 7:30, unfortunately I was unable to meet Melody but I had the pleasure meeting Eddy. The man who does a little of everything. My experience at Volkswagen was nothing but a great experience. There was also tasty donuts! I will be coming back here often when I need to do maintenance work on my gf’s Beetle. Had an emissions recall performed on my 2020 Tiguan R-Line, and later that day my EPC light came on. Called just a few hours after leaving and the female at the service department dismissed me saying it wasn’t related, and I would have to wait a week before they could diagnose it. Asked for a loner vehicle, they said loners are only given out to customers large maintenance workloads. Called Walnut Creek after being disappointed with Vacaville. The folks at Walnut Creek documented the EPC light coming on after the emissions recall just so they can report to HQ specific errors after this specific recall. They also offered me an Enterprise rental at their cost while they diagnose the issue. That’s what I call customer service! Take notes Shelby at Vacaville.

The people in the service dept were very nice and prompt. The waiting area was much nicer than most peoples houses that Ive been too, and they even offered donuts and coffee/tea. They also offered a shuttle service, but I declined because they were only going to take an hour.Youll likely have to book an appointment because they may not have time for walk ins. Id suggest doing it over the phone instead of driving down there first.

Eli from the service dept was very helpful. He had an OEM windshield at the dealer the next day. The courtesy shuttle showed up promptly to take me back to the dealer after letting the epoxy cure. While they had the car, they gave it a courtesy inspection, checked for recalls, reset the tire pressure, and filled the fluids. Will gladly return, its good to see a well run service department for a change

They fixed my cars recalls and the next day the check engine light comes on. No, they dont have any appointments available to fix my car that week. The light wasnt on before the service and they refuse to take ownership that they caused it. Nice policy.

On 11/30/19 I went in to Vacaville Volkswagen for my appointment for the free Emissions Recall that was issued for 2016 Volkswagen Passat TSi. I went in the initial appointment scheduling was easy, they welcomed me quick had complimentary assortments, offered a shuttle while I waited. This service was finished quickly by Gary Esposito in Services I know because he gave me his card. It is now 12/22/19 ever since the service was done my car when I start it is very loud like a rumbling truck it’s putting like it does not want to accelerate, when I put on the defroster ( I work early hours my windows are always frosted over mind you it is WINTER) it smells like exhaust now, when I accelerate like getting on the freeway it starts to smell like burnt plastic at 80mph on the dot. Any simple mechanic knows that emissions is tied with exhaust so whatever the services department did to my vehicle on 11/30/19 for the emissions recall effected something else and caused further damage when there was no damage at all prior to 11/30/19. I’ve attempted to inform Vacaville Volkswagen twice I told them about all of these issues and the EARLIEST appointment they could issue is this Thursday which is 12/26/19!!!! My car is barley starting because of something VACAVILLE VOLKSWAGEN messed up in a SIMPLE ROUTINE RECALL. Any mechanic knows if they messed up they should try to fix it as soon as possible to avoid further unnecessary damage to the vehicle this is absolutely absurd. This will be my first and last time doing business with the Vacaville one. I will attempt to speak with a manager tomorrow morning 12/22/19. And I will update my review in detail as I proceed with this issue... be aware.

I have been following my service writer Gary Esposito from the now closed Fairfield VW and now to Vacaville VW. My 2016 Sportwagen is in for its 50k service today and will also be getting a new battery. So glad Gary is here. I prefer Authorized VW service and Gary has always taken great care of me and the maintenance needs of my Sportwagen. If you own a VW do not hesitate to contact Gary in the Service Dept. The staff here is very professional too.

They took care of me and put me in contact with VW corporate to get reimbursed for recall issues that I had paid for out of pocket. Thanks again!

After a difficult repair experience Im giving an A- to Vacaville Volkswagen.They did go the extra mile on a difficult repair; I even received a rental car at no cost after discovering some issues with the work already completed. I also was not charged for the extra time and materials that went into fixing my car.That said, it would have been nice if it was fixed properly right off the bat - but not all repairs are obvious from the get-go. Also, Volkswagens are expensive to repair, so keep that in-mind when you take your car in.

The purchasing experience was fine. The service after wasnt memorable! They dont really seem to care when servicing your car. They dont ask you questions or seem to pay attention when you tell them the issues. Nothing was fixed properly when I went back for my first check up. Im now having it service at a different location.

This is my go-to dealership for parts and service. The parts department is very competitive on prices and has definitely kept Vacaville VW from earning a stealership title. They usually have what I need in stock and if its an oddball part they are typically able to have it the next morning. Jennifer and her team in Service make quick work of both standard maintenance and complicated repairs. My car is always returned clean and in better shape than I bring it in. Im always happy to do business with Vacaville VW

I bought a new 2017 Passat at Fairfield Volkswagen in July 2017. A few days ago, I read the owners manual about the brake assist function and had a very important question. I took the car to VW Fairfield and talked with the best technician. He was very nice but admitted he had no real knowledge of the brake assist function. So I went to VW Vacaville. Wow, Wow, Wow. What a difference. The tech at Vacaville tested the system with a computer and took it on a road test. Everything was working properly. And then he examined the owners manual and determined that the manual (page 271) was INcorrect. The manual reversed the graphics. When I was getting too close to the big truck on the freeway (and I tried this 3 separate times), the correct graphic appeared on my dash. But the manual says that that graphic means my brake assist is OFF. So because of Vacaville VW, I know that the extremely helpful brake assist function is fine (and I can relax). Further, Jason in sales at Vacaville VW spent an hour with me reviewing a great many features of the car. (Fairfield VW didnt review anything with me; and I didnt ask because I could see pretty quickly, the salesman didnt seem to know much about the car). I live in Fairfield, but in the future I will always go to Vacaville VW. Its well worth the extra distance.

I had a trade in that I was not sure I was going to be able to get out of... Jason the manager worked his magic and got me a phenomenal deal that I am so grateful for... Art was my sales guy, he was so knowledgeable coming from 20+ years in the industry and was so so patient and listened to all my needs and concerns... I had a ball in Finance while filling out my paperwork. Everything I was signing was thoroughly explained to me and i was completely comfortable with the entire process. This dealer is crap. They cant get their stuff straight. I took my car in to get fixed months ago and tjey gave me a rental. Everything seemed ok until today when I find out hertz is charging me for that rental car because after numerous times of trying to collect a payment from this dealer they ended up charging me.
