My 2013 Hyundai had several recalls that needed to be addressed and sure enough my vehicle broke down. Check engine light popped up, threw a few codes and I was distraught. I called Hyundai of Vacaville to ask them if I could have my vehicle towed in for service. The receptionist Jackie was awesome, she went above and beyond. She assured me that the service department was informed and I could call back the next day to speak to them. I called back and was informed that they inspected my vehicle and the repair more than likely has to do with the recall. The also told me that it would take one or two days to get approval from corporate Hyundai. Logan from the service department was very patient and answered all of my questions. He told me the repair would involve replacing the entire engine and would take seven to 10 days. Another bright spot in the crew there are Hyundai of Vacaville.So I waited for a phone call. I call back and once again the receptionist crew was fantastic, I believe the receptionists name was River. Logan calls me back and said he has bad news and good news. The bad news was that unfortunately he was not able to find a loaner since it was a Friday, the good news was that their service department would be able to repair my vehicle and have it to me by close of business. The lengths Hyundai of Vacaville went to get my only vehicle back to me was amazing. This retired USAF veteran sincerely appreciates the effort of their GM, the service manager, Logan, and the receptionists who assisted me, River and Jackie. They all deserve bonuses.

For my Hyundai Accent, theres no place I will give my trust than Hyundai of Vacaville. I know that it can be a little bit pricey at times but as we talk about the service, I trust them that my car is in good hands. The front desk is very friendly. Online scheduling is so easy. Theres nothing I can ask in this place. I can always recommend them.

Awesome fast service! All the guys at the service desk are pros when it comes to customer service. Another plus is I got a discount for putting my trust with them! Now that was a welcomed surprise!Two things I dont really agree with is the fact they have no car washing machine. Its all done by hand by one guy. Guy didnt show up on my day so off to the car wash. Another is the dealership has no car shuttle service to get you home but instead use lyft. So Im forced to get picked up by strangers I would rather avoid.

I had recently ran into problems in my 2016 hyundai Sonata. Engine light came on. I knew it was serious. Took it to Hyundai of Vacaville. They replaced my entire engine with a new one and didnt charge me a cent. Had my car back within a week running like new. Best customer service I have ever had! I will always own a Hyundai! My husband and I went in to buy an SUV that seated seven. Jo helped us, and sat with us patiently as we tried to figure out what worked best for us. He was so helpful and informative about all of the SUVs that were available. He helped us navigate through the process and ultimately put us in a beautiful Hyundai palisade. Just purchased my second vehicle at Hyundai of Vacaville, and would do it again. Both experiences have been great; the sales department staff has been very helpful, very professional, and friendly. The sales staff follow up after my purchase was exceptional. Appreciate the follow up. My experience with the service department for routine oil changes has also been pleasant and professional. The waiting area is comfortable, and large; doesnt feel at all crowded with several people waiting for vehicle maintenance. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was sadly disappointed with the service center. Overall, they were very helpful but disappointed with the lack of information. It took longer than expected for them to service my car and did not give me an ETA on when it was going to be ready.The service report was sent to me 3 days after my car was seen. This delayed the service on the car. Sadly they were nice but not helpful at providing exact details and were very late in the delivery of the service report.

Caution when they offer extended warranty. First time car buyer purchased vehicle 9/2020. Was offered extended warranty and was offered warranty for 2 years/24,000 at $2,500. Unfortunately during the signing process and all the paperwork and sale tactics first time car buyer was not aware of the steep cost for something that would never be used.Finance department doesn’t return calls promptly.If you buy a vehicle here beware of what you are getting.Lessons learned for this first time car buyer, but hopefully this review will save others from being taken advantage of when buying their car at this dealer.

I am a repeat buyer from this dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I called a week after the purchase because I forgot how to operate a feature. My salesman, Edwin, offered to walk my husband though it, and even offered to come by our home so that we wouldnt be inconvenienced having to come into the dealership. Brought my SUV in for service (30,000 miles). Service advisor was very nice and professional. Service was completed in a timely manner. Prior to bringing the car in, I noticed I had low tire pressure. I knew I was going to be taking it for service, so I wasn’t too concerned. When I picked my car up, I noticed that my tires had been rotated, but my tire pressure was still low even though “checked tire pressure” was marked on the service receipt. Giving the benefit of the doubt that this part of the service was actually completed (since it was marked complete), and thinking maybe I had a slow leak, I filled my tire myself. My tire pressure is still the same as it was when I filled it up, so no slow leak, the service folks just didn’t complete their job.

There was a weird noise coming from our brand new Elantra, the mechanic took the extra time to keep looking even after everything checked out. Turns out there was a golf ball under the seat making weird noises every time we accelerated or used the breaks. Thanks for being so thorough and helpful.

Traded in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata for a 2021 Hyundai Elantra . Edwin was able to assist me through it all as well as have me test drive the car. He was extremely helpful and wasnt pushy at all. He helped me narrow down what car I wanted and answered all my questions. He was super helpful and friendly! Edwin is the man and I highly recommend this guy. As he is very knowledgeable about each of the Hyundai vehicles and features that each one carries.

Out first visit we were met by Edwin. He made a lasting impression on us. Courteous and polite, not your typical pushy salesman, in it for themselves. He treated us like friends, just talked to us about our life. We were perusing not ready to buy but told him we would come back to him when we were ready to execute.Second visit, met by Alex. So polite, respectful and asked all the right questions to create a business relationship. We explained we were committed to Edwin.Last visit, came in to purchase with Edwin. Hyundai of Vacaville would get. 5 stars for experience , but I have to give them 4 for the reasons listed below:We had already financed with our bank, so there wouldn’t be hours of haggling with the finance dept. however, we ended up being there for 3.5 hours anyways. This was exceedingly frustrating to us. Reason: they had only 1 FINANCE Manager working 4-5 deals at the same time as us. Personally we had our ducks in a row and should have taken precedence over those who had not even worked out a deal yet. We were the very last customers to get into the office to do our paper work.The finance manager was personable and friendly. Respectful of our time and got us in and out as quick as he possibly could. He is also a veteran and that goes a long ways with us.We went back to the dealer the next day and they told us the car would be detailed, it was simply washed by a machine. That was kind of disappointing.But other than those things it was a wonderful experience with Edwin and his general manager and finance manager.Thanks guys. We will be back. Maybe next time we would t have to wait as long.

Hello. I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and to address a problem that the drivers side window was having. After being rolled all the way down, when I use the automatic roll-up feature, it will roll up, then reverse half-way up and roll all the way down. This can happen several times in a row. This, unfortunately, was not fixed when I brought the car in.The other issues - the maintenance, tire rotation, tail light replacement - were handled well.

This is very difficult for me because I love my Palisade but my other cars are German so I will be comparing the services between the two companies. The price of my oil change was very fair so no complaints there. Wait time was about 2 hours. I dont believe my fluids were topped off because the rep didnt really explain to me what the oil change entailed. Maybe just the bare minimum. Maybe just air in the tires? The vehicle was not returned cleaned when I picked it up and there was no shuttle service available to local areas. I am used to that service at other dealerships. In short, I got what I paid for with no extras.

Me and my husband have been looking for a new car for a while now, we fell in love with Hyundai SonataJose greeted us at the door, very respectful and friendly; we weren’t about getting the car the same day and trading in our old carJose helped us through the process and was straight forward with us and was always honest. Showed us great features on the car and was determined to help us get out of our old car into a new. He said don’t worry ill help you as much as I can and he went and talked to his managers and did the magic. He came back with a price we were comfortable with and the same car we wanted with the exact features we wanted. He never asked us to go down a trim nor showed another car thats how determined he was to get the car we both wanted since we walked in. He was very patient and was not pushing us that it felt like we needed to buy now. If I recommend a Hyundai to anybody get it from Jose. Thank you for helping us and treating us with respect, and for not being so pushy to buy.

I purchased a 2021 Sonata Hybrid. I spend a month re searching cars and dealerships and decided on Hyundai of Vacaville, which is about 40 minutes from where I live. I could have chosen a closer dealership, however, after my experience, I am glad I went the extra distance.As soon as I pulled up to the dealership, I was greeted by Edwin who quickly made me feel like a part of the family. Edwin quickly led me to the car I was interested and brought it out for a test drive. While driving, he showed me the features of the car and led me through different terrains so I could truly feel how the car drives.Edwin listened to my concerns and wants when purchasing a new car and did an excellent job negotiating with the sales team to get me a good deal. He also stayed late to make sure I understood the features of my car. True customer service.The financing was simple and quick, which is not the normal case when buying a new car. Everyone from the sales team members, management, finance, parts and service treated me respectfully, friendly and professionally.I had a small question/issue that required me to come back to the dealership, but once again the professionalism displayed by the entire team was 5 stars and my issue was quickly resolved.If you are looking to purchase a new car and want to have a professional, friendly and time efficient experience. I took my Veloster in for an oil change- the inspection found a rear blinker not working. Lets just say- if it wasnt for the 3 young men working in the customer service side of your repair shop, this review would be very different. But, those three men deserve a medal. They did a lot of covering for the mechanics, and I owe them my appreciation. After much more time and effort than expected- they bent over backwards to get er done. Thank you.

Edwin was super great! I came in with intentions of just getting the value for my car cause I didn’t think I’d be able to get a new car just yet. Edwin showed me the new 2021 Hyundai Elantra which was a newer version of my old car and sold me on it. Previously had a horrible experience as a first time buyer with a different car dealership that I was very hesitant to trust and rely on a new one to help with buying another car . I was already renting a Hyundai Elantra 2021 that I fell in love with all the beautiful details and safety features I just had to buy it for my second car. Once I stepped into the building it was like I was being hosted at an event very warm , inviting & professional customer service. I met the general manager I believe and Edwin the salesperson. Both of them gave me a sense of calmness and peace . I did not feel let down even when I asked for a used car or told Edwin my price that I was able to work with for a car . Edwin and his manager didn’t not run my credit like 50 times so to speak like other dealers. They went through their company to help me and helped me with receiving insurance all in one setting. My second experience of buying another car that I’ve been waiting for since March 10th was phenomenal . I would definitely recommend going to Edwin and the Hyundai Vacaville Family! I was treated like a family member more then a customer😀.

Worst place ! Will not honor their own online price. When confronted with the false advertising claim...they stated it wasnt there, but we had screenshots to prove otherwise. They were full of lies and excuses, with illegal business practices to boot. I started looking for one through various car dealer website and these site connected me with several dealer around the Sacramento area. When I first received the phone call from the Hyundai of Vacaville, the sells representative seam like a good person who really wanted to help me find the car at a fair price. However this wasnt the case, he called me on Tuesday and told me that they just got a white Calligraphy for thousand more than the MSRP. Therefore, I was very excited to go down to check it out. After work we were making our way to Vacaville then he called and said the car needed to be service first so we turned around. He told me the same thing on Wednesday after I called several times to try and reach him. He then promise that vehicle will be service and ready by Thursday. So early that morning, I texted him that we were going to be there Saturday morning because we had plans Friday night and to give them more time to service the vehicle. My girlfriend was skeptical about the price and asked for me to double check the price. For some reasons the price of the car went from $1000 to $15,000 over the MSRP. I thought this was ridiculous because I have been shopping around and this price was insanely high when comparing to other Hyundai dealers. He texted me My floor manager said he would advice you to go accept their offer because not a lot of dealers are doing that. If they have a second one to let him know and he will go buy one himself. I was shock on how rude and unprofessional they were and I am sure the only reason they didnt go any further to insult me was because I told them that I was going to show this message as part of the review. I know all Hyundai dealers are not like these people but I will never do business with Hyundai of Vacaville.

The service and treatment from all departments was outstanding. I came in for a scheduled maintenance, which I got the best and most affordable deal from Buddy. Then I had a wonderful conversation with sales associate Edwin who set me up with a second vehicle that my wife and I were planning on getting. We delayed due to the fact that we were nervous about acquiring more debt. Edwin was able to get us an amazing deal with a great price. Thanks to the whole Hyundai of Vacaville team, youre always amazing.Ps. We found out we are having our third child and will be needing a more spacious car. Edwin and the team a Hyundai once again shone through. We traded in our Sonata We purchased 2 years prior. Not only did they find money from existing warranty but grossed us a few hundred buck to add to out down payment. Bottom line we left with what we wanted and were blessed by the Hyundai team and Edwin. Thanks again God bless.

I initially went here to get my car serviced. Buddy helped us and was really patient with us because we just came from Florida and we were trying to get the service package that came with our lease car. The following day we tried to change our lease so that we can finally own our Palisade. Edwin was so helpful and nice and helped us make that happen. Overall, it was a great experience!

It’s always a pleasant experience here hence why I come to get my oil change. The Advisor Logan Clark was really amazing, he was able to get us in and out within 45 minutes and was able to answer a lot of questions I had about my warranty. In general I recommend them not only to buy cars but also getting your car serviced!

I asked for them to handle my car cleanly.They said they will. They also said that they have been using seat and floor covers and that they have been wiping everything they touched down before returning the car to the customer.Before returning my car to me, the manager said with confidence that he watched his valet boy wipe my car down.I opened my car door and found on my seat a brown smear that resembled feces.The valet boy admitted to having seen it when he was given my car for a wipe-down. Then why did he not wipe it down?!If you go to this Hyundai, you will get sh!tty service both figuratively and literally.

Let me first say that I do not 100% blame Hyundai of Vacaville for my bad experience. I do take some fault for not being better aware and more vocal at the time of purchase. We bought a car for way more that what it was worth. It was marked up more that 6k. We were at the dealership for more than 4 1/2 hours. We were very upfront with what we were looking for and how much we could afford. We were completely transparent with the sales team and staff, we did not want to waste anyones time and felt that we just need to let them know how much we can do and all that. Every 15 minutes the sales guys would come back from the back and say well can we do this. He would show us the numbers and we would say no we told you what we can do and that not gonna change. Hes response, ok hold on let me see what we can do. He must have said that about 4 or 5 times. Finally we came to a monthly price that was ok. We then went to the finance department and he rushed through the paperwork. Honestly by that point we were extremely exhausted and just wanted to get home. After a couple of days we really looked over the paperwork and just felt like we got tricked. We needed a car so it is what it is but we did feel like this was a horrible mistake. Its not a good feeling of regretting a purchase this significant. Like I said we should have been better prepared and more vocal but at the end of the day we did feel like we got tricked and taken advantage of.

Hello.I should start this buy saying, that yes, I do love my car. However, I was not entirely impressed with the people that work there.The salesman, I think his name is Edwin, that helped me purchase my vehicle was really nice. But I will say that during a pandemic, it would be best to wear a mask that goes over your nose. Especially if you’re going to be in close contact with potential buyers.There were two other salesmen that spoke to us on the previous day when we came to look at vehicles. One of them didn’t seem to know what was going on with the cars we asked to look at. Seemed like we were telling him about the cars rather than the other way around. The other person came out to greet us, ask what we were looking for, and then basically didn’t follow through. Had someone else finish the conversation and it turns out, the car he mentioned wasn’t even there. (Life happens, but at least come out and follow up after mentioning that, you “have better access than that other guy.)”The manager, I’m sure is a nice man, but I’d say he could afford to be just a little bit more polite to people that walk in the building. I understand that no one there is going to walk away being friends, but there is something to be said about not speaking to guests as if they are in someway bothersome as they’re about to spend money on a car. I know not everyone can school their expressions or tone quickly, but people can definitely read and hear them.You catch a lot more flies with honey. Edwin did make up for his manager’s cold demeanor though which was appreciated.Once again, I am glad I drove away in the car I was after, but it wouldn’t hurt anyone to brush up on being either a tad friendlier, finishing a conversation after brushing your coworker aside, wearing a properly fitted mask over the nose, or being more knowledgeable about the cars on the lot.I’ll end this on a positive note: Thank you Edwin for going out of your way to show up to work early on Saturday to show my family the car we were interested in. You didn’t have to do that. You were extremely kind and helpful even when things got a little tense. You didn’t have to offer to pray with my father, but you did. You guys connected over something that wasn’t contrived considering that the car had already been paid for.So, if you do happen to visit this dealer, I’d recommend that you ask for Edwin to help you around.
