This was my first time buying a brand new car. I had the pleasure of working with Dave as my Hyundai rep. He never once pressured me to purchase and was very patient with me as I had asked him a million questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy and I absolutely love my car! The entire staff made the process of purchasing a car enjoyable and easy. I would highly recommend Hyundai as a brand overall and definitely the Tuscaloosa location.

It was cool, but nothing was explained and no one was around to get that explanation either. Got my Car back the same day though, so that was good. But expected to have to have more work done with what explained to the guy about what happened when I dropped it off. My car was stalling, but they say its ALL good.

I came in for a recall notice on my Santa Fe. Thomas, my Service Tech, informed me that it was just a fuse issue to replace. While in the shop they asked could they replace 2 filters that were very dirty. That was fine because I was planning on replacing them when I came for my 65,000 check up in the next few weeks. Thomas was very polite but the car was not ready to drive when they gave it back to me. I went 1/2 a mile down the road and had to turn back because of the crazy messages on my screen popping up. Once back in the shop it took another 30 minutes to figure out. My car is fine now. The only suggestion I would make is too the mechanic, who shouldve checked the stus of the car before handed it off to me as completed.

Mr. Sharper made the process seamless, straight to the point, and easy!!! His customer service was exceptional! There’s nothing better than buying a car and leaving feeling good about your purchase!! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my new vehicle. This is my first Hyundai (Santa Fe Limited Hybrid), and I’m impressed with everything about it, even though I’m learning a whole new layout and system. I called the service department to get some information about some specific rust protection coatings I wanted for my car before moving somewhere where rust is a bigger issue. Eddie in service was extremely helpful and, even though the dont do them here (its a several hundred dollar service and this isnt an area where its necessary), he went out of his way to get me information on where I could get the work done. After calling other dealerships who also dont do the coatings I wanted, not only was the company Eddie recommended the only place I could find to get it done, he was the only person at any of the dealerships I called who 1) even knew what I was asking for, and 2) took the time to give me helpful information.

Today I went into Tuscaloosa Hyundai Hargrove rd to purchase the 2022 Hyundai Genesis and to trade in my car . Mr. Erick was my salesman. He got my personal information from me and used my social security number without my consent. I never signed anything and for him to go into my financial account without my permission is hurtful and an invasion of my privacy. He kept asking me for the payoff on my car which I told him I would get it to him. THEn he sent me a photo of my payoff which I never sign nor did I give verbal consent to do so.

Bought my wife a 2016 Hyundai Sonata almost 2 1/2 years ago from Tuscaloosa Hyundai. We have had trouble with the engine using oil almost from the beginning.Now they are giving me a real run around about resolving the proble of the car using 4 quarts of oil in the last 6 weeks.I seriously regret ever setting foot in that place.Correction: it used 4 quarts of oil in 3 weeks

After getting an oil change at M&M Hyundai in Alexandria, LA, I broke down on I-20 in Tuscaloosa when the drain plug came out! Tuscaloosa Hyundai immediately took my car in to run diagnostics on the engine to be sure it wasn’t blown! Thank goodness it just needed an oil change and to be washed after having oil sling all over the exterior on the freeway. Eddie and the other service guys were professional and gave superior customer service and if I lived there I would return time and time again! I have been looking to buy a Palisade for about a month. I have contacted 4 dealers in the Birmingham area. All but Tuscaloosa Hyundai tried to get me in their dealership even though they did not have a Palisade like I wanted. David at Tuscaloosa Hyundai told me they had the vehicle I wanted and gave me a great price on it. I went to the dealership the next day and David had the Palisade parked out front and the price and vehicle was just as described. The new waiting area is very nice and offers free coffee and a Tv.Since Thomas took over the service staff, the attention to detail has greatly improved. Even though you might think it’s easier to just go to express oil and get a quick change, the attention to detail is much better at the dealer

I have a very good experience as soon as I drive my car into my dealership. I am greeted with someone who is eager to help and very cordial. They explain to me what will be done to my car and do not pressure me to do more than necessary. I love when they do a free washing of my car. I cannot recommend him enough! By far the BEST salesman Ive ever encountered! He genuinely wants to make sure youre satisfied with the car you get, is not pushy, and respects your price range. I did have a small issue with the new car sales manager that was later resolved but Richard was THE reason i decided to give this dealership my time of day. He was persistent with his manager and helped me get the best deal possible as well as answered any and all questions i had. He wasnt pushy and told me if i had any questions about the car after i drove off the lot, like syncing up my garage door opener to my new car or using apple car play, not to hesitate to call or come by and hed be more than willing to help me. Richard Sharper was fantastic to work with. I was shopping for a new vehicle for my mother. Test drove and tried haggling at multiple dealerships. We knew she wanted a new Palisade. Richard was able to get me the best price just over negotiating over the phone. I haggled with over 7 dealerships and they beat them all. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. He valued my trade over the phone via pictures and VIN. Once all agreed upon, my mother arrived with the trade in and drove away with her new vehicle. All paperwork was ready, they didnt try to come down at all on the trade offer, all that was agreed over the phone was honored. Truly surprised and overly satisfied with the whole process. I would drive out of my way to deal with Richard and this dealership. Highly recommended.

Although, buying my first car was a great experience thanks to Richard. However, I have had my Jeep over a month and my side mirrors still do NOT operate. The service tried to find the problem but instead of getting to the problem because i purchase the vehicle from there. They sent me to Jeep because its still under manufacture warranty. Still dont have my side mirrors working and I surprised that they would even let me have the vehicle before getting the vehicle fixed. I dont recommend the services there. They dont care about you. Just if you have a better vehicle to get money off of.

I came to this dealership because my side mirrors were not working and it was the closest one to me. They looked up the warranty information, diagnosed the issue as covered, and performed warranty repairs on my vehicle in a very timely manner. They even worked me in the same day. Unfortunately, during the repair the tech cracked my driver side mirror glass. The crack was small and I only noticed it as I was starting to leave the parking lot. I came back immediately, showed the service manager what had happened, and they replaced my mirror glass for free. Both service employees that I dealt with at this dealership, Eddie and Steven, were very polite and professional. The technician, Wade, who worked on my vehicle was very good as I almost can’t tell that he took the door off to check the wiring in the door panel (dirt spots had been cleaned off) and the work was completed quickly. I have no problem chalking this up to an honest mistake that was immediately rectified by the company. If any more work is required on my vehicle, that has to be done at the dealership, I have no problem bringing my vehicle back to this one or in having Wade be the servicing technician. Five stars.

Very straightforward and friendly service when I needed a tune up on my 2011 Sonata. The new brand new waiting room is super nice and they did the work quickly. They even helped me with a bulletin that fixed a minor issue I had been hearing that Hyundai covered so that didnt cost me anything! I went to Tuscaloosa Hyundai because my sister in law told me she had a Santa Fe and loved it. I was looking to buy a new car but didnt expect to fall in love with the first one I looked at. It was the Santa Fe and Debra Dillion made the whole experience wonderfully easy. She is an excellent sales person. She didnt push me into anything. When I told her I was just looking she directed me to other dealerships and told me who to talk to. Needless to say, I went back to see Debra and bought my car. Bought a brand new vehicle and very dissatisfied with the customer service. Took almost 5 months to cancel a portion of the warranty. Then, a year and still waiting for my recalled part to come in. Wasted my time going in because they had received the part, but every time it wasnt there. Then I was told twice that Im covered for things in my warranty, but turned out I wasnt. Maybe just my bad luck, but truly disappointed.

Be sure to ask for Richard Sharper. He explained every detail clearly and completely, and was sure we understood all the new technologies not present in our older car. Plus - he kept his word about not badgering us with phone calls at home! No high pressure - I appreciated that.
