Store was filthy. Trash can next to the front door was over flowing with no bag in it. Trash everywhere at the front door. Then when inside the floor looked like it had never been mopped. Boxes of products everywhere yet empty shelves. Cashier was talking about getting high with the lady behind me while I was checking out with my kids. I’ll never shop at this dollar tree again. If I could I’d give it ZERO stars.

Ive shopped at several dozen different Dollar Trees around the country. This is the very first one Ive encountered a row of products that are priced OVER one dollar!!! What has happened to my favorite store? - Ive always enjoyed knowing the price is $1 on everything but now? How quickly before more items are marked higher? Im not happy.Plus, this location didnt have a single hand basket! Not good 😟

No lights were on at any register and no cashiers until a line of people were ready to check out. A big location (an old Walgreens). But still grimey! But, the cashier was nice. Beware, you cant take the cart outside, that is if they have any available!!

They rarely have any shopping carts or small hand baskets,,, maybe people take them and put their belongings in themOr,, maybe the store doesnt want you to do a lot of shopping,,, dont want YOUR money. 🤔😉. Either way I can always find what I need plus more.

Drama Mama woman employee maybe mgr.Confronted a shoplifter feet away from me. I was shopping for eye glasses the EMPLOYEE MADE A BIG SCENE FEET NEXT TO ME. I FREAKED OUT. GEE YA THINK THE SUSPECT MAY HAVE INJURED ME AS HE SLAMMED STUFF AROUND. THEN I TOLD THE EMPLOYEES SHE SHOULD HAVE ASKED TO TALK TO THE GUY IN PRIVATE. AWAY FROM A SHOPPING PAYING CASH CUSTOMER. SHE DID APOLOGIZE.. THEN SAID WHAT ABOUT HER. OH THAT SET ME OFF MORE. I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HER SHE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM ASIDE OR BY THE OTHER MALE LARGER EMPLOYEE VERY CLOSE AT THE REGISTER!WTH

Went both places ,had better experience at the dollar store.At least there I could afford to buy something lol.10 k 4 the cheapest hog there.

Nice store with a plethora of everything needed for home.

Good stuff and lots of it. Scored some Sonic cherry limeade popsicles. Downside -- couldnt find basket to put stuff in. Not the cart.

I went to this dollar tree and honestly, the woman who checked me out was rude. She clearly didn’t want to be there and was verbally abusing the new hire. Not to mention she just threw my the glassware into the bag without wrapping them. Yes, it’s just a dollar but I recently moved and needed dishes. On top of this, she kept huffing and rolling her eyes as I was paying like I was taking to long. This woman was just incredibly rude. At one point when a guy with a single item got in line, she kept rudely telling him the other lane was open when no one was there, so the guy came to the other lane back to her lane and she just had to get louder and more condescending tone before he had to snip at her. Like jfc. If I knew her name I would have called the next day and complained because that is uncall for

Yesterday night Ive been here to buy some stuff. The person at the billing counter (Jesus) is very rude. Please remove such people and put someone with good customer service qualities.

The outside/parking lot of this store is FILTHY. Trash cans overflowing, trash all over. I dont see how management can walk past this on their way in and feel its acceptable. Id avoid this location unless you like garbage. The inside of the store is clean and organized and the employees are friendly so of you can get past the outside youll be fine.

This store is filthy! I dont think you will find another DT as dirty as this one. I cant begin to guess when it was last cleaned. It was likely really nice when it first opened. It is in an old Walgreens building - which is really big. But - youll have to get past the ghetto look if you plan to shop here.

Very impressed with how clean this store is. Everything is well stocked and if you ask one of the very helpful employees a question, they not only will help you find the item your looking for, but also go get it for you. This us the only one our family goes to now.

This happens to be my local Dollar Tree but is always filthy in the parking lot . I go because its close to me but I prefer the one on 22nd kolb better.

They had a good selection, especially if Christmas decorations. The staff was helpful to get something to safely transport my plates I bought. It was a lot more calm of a store than other dollar trees Ive been too as well. Its really my favorite one.

To me its just weird not in a bad way because i use to going into this dollar tree when it was a walgreens for many years alot of things to choose from there are thing that are more than a dollar i think the most was 5 dollars but this was bulker things which if you needed more than the dollar price it would be a good buy instead of 5 bottle buy one big

This location on 22nd/Craycroft, I believe, is a relocation that used to be on Broadway/Craycroft. Its larger, which is nice, but its also a haven for homeless people. I feel badly for them, but I dont want to be approached every time I go/leave there. Its close to my work, but I think Ill stick to the one near my house.

This one looked like a new store, clean and neat.

Only one cashier... And a line of customers on a Saturday evening. She did a great job. Will visit again..

A lot of the shelves were empty

My only complaint is that the wait at the checkout was excessive, in my opinion. With seven customers in line at the only open check stand, a worker (the manageress Im assuming) came out from the back and began taking those next in line. My time spent in line was 22 minutes. The selection of goods offered is impressive and the store was clean and orderly. The two employees I saw were helpful and courteous to customers. I will shop here again.

This is the new Dollar Tree in the neighborhood. Prior to that they were located on Broadway and Craycroft. This space is much larger, better organized and most of the employees moved in to the new store. Jesus is a hoot! Always has something nice to say, truly looks like he enjoys his job.

Could use a bigger pet department especially for dogs and dog treats.

The store is an old Walgreens or CVS and like any typical dollar store has pretty much anything you need and the employees are very nice but inside the store itself is dreary.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very low stock. Disorganized. Had a worker over there messing with boxes while there was a line at the check out and there was some crazy lady in the store walking up to EVERYONE asking them if they wanted to be read and that they had a powerful message from beyond. She was trying to tell people they needed to pay her 150$ or they were going to die. It was very uncomfortable and the workers did absolutely nothing. Ive never been so uncomfortable in my life. Will never visit this location again. Ever.

Its a big Dollar Tree, usually pretty clean and well stocked. The area of town isnt great and doesnt attract people with the highest of standards, but the store is nice.

This was previously a Walgreens. Dollar Tree recently moved in. Im happy about that, however, the floors are atrocious. Need to be severely replaced or deeply washed. Questionable people are hanging around the entrance and begging for money. This location looks soooooo new from the outside, but the inside needs help!!!

There were more people in this Dollartree without masks on then any place Ive ever gone. Horrible! Store filthy. Floors a mess. Homeless beggars near the front door without masks and no employees doing anything about them. Just a covid nest. Beware!

This is a nice Dollar Tree. Employees are very pleasant and they wear masks. Very helpful and stocked. I really like their crafts and things to do especially with children.

This was my first vist, and WONT be my last.Its a HUGE Dollar Tree. This location was previously a Walgreens. Plenty of registers going (3), short lines. Was there for last minute Halloween bags for the 3 kids that live in our retirement community, ZERO selection. Zero autumnal, or Thanksgiving themed merchandise.This is a lower-income area, where many families struggle to put food on the table. And with COVID-19, lots of unemployment, unfortunately. Therefore, they have fully well-stocked food isles and frozen up-rights. I was shocked as I was just purusing the store to find restaurant-sized bottles of Heinz 57 Steak Sauce, MY ONLY AND FAVORITE, for yes, you guessed it..... $1!!!!! Ill stop off here every Wednesday to get items on our grocery list for only a buck! Then go to the others for our other essentials for the week.You could train your young cashiers to count back change. My total was $6.44. I handed the young lady a $20 and stated I had 4 cents. She handed me back $14.56. I said, honey, I gave you $20.04. My change should be $14.60. She said she didnt know how to do that after she only entered $20 as cash tendered. Call me salty, but 35 years as a retail manager, that is just basic retail math.

Edit: The Covid-19 Safety protocols vastly improved since my review, with employees having masks and there being plexiglass at the registers. The social distancing has also mostly been better provided that people follow that. All of that being said, I have been shopping inntge store once all of that was in place. It has seemed to have stayed in place even recently as well. I would up this to the 4 star as I had said I would do, but the store has gone down a road of introducing $3 and $5 items to their inventory. This is something I have head about Dollar wanting to do since they had bought Family Dollar, but I have not seen it at any Dollar Tree store except for this location as of writing this review. While this may not sound bad on paper, a lot of these items I do not see as really being that much of a bargain except for the UNO cards. Its only one Aisle of these items, for now at least. This Dollar Tree has Vastly improved since my review and it has a good stock of items.Original:I want to give this store 4 stars because it is the largest Dollar tree in town with great stock, but in its current state it doesnt deserve that. So it gets 1 star, at least during the pandemic. This store has pretty much the worst social distancing protocols and safety measures in the city. When I was in they were over occupancy whether theres a health crisis or not. Probably over 120 people in the store. 3 huge lines of 20 people each jammed together almost touching and jammed into aisles with people coming BOTH ways. myself and my friend who needed a ride because its safer than the bus were among 2 of like 5 people in masks. My father with health problems did not come in for fear of his safety, so my friend and I went in and grabbed what we needed. No one way shopping, not even an attempt, no 6-foot spacing, no masks or gloves on employees only a plexiglass guard, and no mask required for entry. Its unfortunate because the dollar tree that closed down and moved here had what I considered to be good social distancing protocols with only a little room for improvement, so what the hell happened? My guess is new management after the move, but I cant be sure. Is it worth it for some paper towels? You make the judgement call, but in the future Ill be waking up earlier to get a value pack from somewhere that values the safety of its customers. Stay safe.

Dont ask questions!!!! Staff that I encountered, made sure they disrespected me for asking a question. Manager went out of her way to be insulting!!!! Left before I even shopped.

This is an OK Dollar tree. A lot of the time I go here with a list and never leave work everything on it. It its almost as if they are always out of stock on something; grout brush, spray bottles, bleach, frozen fruit, magnetic clips, etc. One way or another I have been frustrated at what I believed were common items that they run out of. Other than how convenient the location is this is probably the worst Dollar Tree in Tucson. That is saying something since I would barely give the best one in Tucson four stars.

I just walked in and the friendly staff told me that all of the Christmas decorations were only 50 cents! Wow, I came to get some of them, but now, I bought double the amount and really stocked up for next year.Thank you, this really helped a divorced disabled veteran. I will have a great Christmas next year!

This location has friendly staff. I didnt get the name of my cashier but she was very friendly & made sure to ask if I found everything I needed. I went through all the aisles & I found everything on my list. They have alot of arts & crafts, books, & other knick-knacks for adults and children.

Went in to shop and saw several people stealingWhen I told the cashier all she said is I know its a problem here. I feel why should I pay if they do not care if people are stealing right in front of them. This is a poor attitude to have, I will not ever shop here again.

They are removing many items that I bought regularly, I guess they werent selling well. Needless to say I was disappointed. Now I have to find somewhere else to buy them. I shop at Dollar Tree once a month to help with my expenses since Im on disability, so this will hurt my budget. They always have dollies loaded with boxes blocking isles that make it difficult to get around if youre in a wheel chair or scooter. They do have plenty of parking and it is handicapped accessible.

I love this store. I just shopped the one on Broadway and Camino Seco yesterday. Its clean and personnel are friendly and helpful.

While, this has become one of my regular go-to places for grocery savings, this particular Dollar Tree doesnt offer nearly the selection other Dollar Trees in the city offer (ie, bread, soy sauce, etc). Also, Im a little disappointed with their always being out of whatever Im looking for - even when its an item they carry. Overall, I love Dollar Tree, just not this particular one.

This Dollar Tree, - no cold/frozen section except for a small ice cream freezer and limited refrigerated drinks. Sells babies/kids socks and sometimes t-shirts, but no other clothes, will sell generic house slippers and flip flops though. One of the nicer ones in town. The one listed for the address on Broadway DOES have a cold/freezer section, (Ive been there as well)
