A sincere thank you to the employees who came to my rescue on Tuesday. Due to a medical problem, I was bleeding profusely from my leg. The staff came quickly, brought over a motorized cart and assisted me to make it to the car when my husband brought it around. A nurse who was coming to shop also helped. I wasnt able to get the names of the folks, but I want them to know how much I appreciated the assistance.

Its a nice clean store with good employees. The only thing is they never have allot of stock. Every once and a while I get lucky, but other than that its pretty good.

I swear Walmart has everything you could possibly need!

Walmart is great for in & out trips as well as longer trips.

This Walmart pharmacy is well run and professional. The staff is eager to help and promptly sends notifications when prescriptions are ready. They suggest coupons and prescription cards to save money. Yesterday Kristen used my pharmacy card and saved 50% on my prescription. I dont know the other staffs names, but all of them do a great job. Thanks for all you do!

Store was reorganized a little while ago, I guess with chaos in mind as there is no rhyme or reason for the location of certain departments. The new look and lighting also makes it look like a cheap swap meet. They have recently started locking up their shaving razors, even the inexpensive Equate name brand. You have to get an employee to unlock them for you. Then, the employee wont give them to you but takes them to a register until you finish shopping. Then you have to figure out what register the razors are at. Lets not forget about the checking of receipts..... No thank you! I just paid for this stuff, an exchange of goods were made. These goods now legally belong to me. You may not check my things. If their aim was to make you want to get in and get out as fast as you can....they have succeeded!! Thanks for messing the only nice Walmart in Pima County!!! Amazon will now be getting all of my business.

The remodel of this store is beautiful! It makes it more modern looking and it just gives it a better appeal overall.

Store has been low stock on everything for years. Now its a struggle to find what youre looking for. Customer service is great though the people are friendly and work hard.

Busy store, however, short checkout times in the self-serve lanes. Plenty of attendants on hand to assist.

From what I could tell the store was clean and stocked. The power went out about 7 minutes after my uber dropped me off.. luckily about a mile down the road I found a Carls Jr with power.

Only go to this Walmart if you have a lot of time and if you dont mind them to make you feel like your stealing something. There is this elderly lady at the front door with short and blonde hair checking receipts and its clear shes watching me and my husband paying for all the groceries since we were Literally one of the last customers in the store. shes asked for our receipt and mind you we didnt have our milk in a bag because the cashier didnt put our milk in a bag. This lady was Looking for the milk on the receipt took a few minutes and said that she was blind and she couldnt find it while other people are watching us and she made us feel very uncomfortable. If you cant read even with your glasses on maybe you shouldnt be working at the door specially checking receipts 🧾

I have been able to find most of not all I needed in any department of this particular location.

September 10, 2021, at approximately 8:40 AM. I was checking out at the Walmart in Tucson, Arizona on Houghton Rd( 85747) while using self check to buy my items . I notice a tall Caucasian gentlemen standing at the exit door passing out two bags of pretzels to costumers leaving Walmart .He deliberately ignored me and didn’t give me any bags of pretzels while leaving . It seems like every time I visit this store I am racially profiled because I am African America . This is my third complaint against this store . I will never shop at this store again. If you are a person of color don’t waste your time . They will treat you like a second class citizen. Walmart do better ...This isn’t 1950’s

Walmart always has a good low price for most things you could want. And they hire people for a fair wage which gives them dignity of supporting themselves.

Do not come here. Missed managed and a lot of the self checkouts do not work. Lines are ridiculous. Shop at Frys

Getting sick and tired of the Gestapo door people asking to check my receipt. How about instead of checking receipts you open a second register.I dont work for you! I havent been trained to scan my stuff, thats why I let your employees scan my stuff, would be hard to steal if someone who works for you scans the items.A quick fix would be have different color receipts for those who are self check out and those with employees checking the items, that way your Gestapo door people can at least check all your new employees (self checkout) items to ensure they are paying for everything.Signed,Frustrated CustomerP.S. when you set up lane lines that extend into isles and have multiple registers per line, set an employee there to keep customers from having to tell other customers to figure out your new method. Otherwise customers will argue, or have to explain that a customer has just cut three people.

Worst Walmart in the area, its worth the drive to the Benson, sahuarita, or golf links/Houghton Walmarts to not go here. Besides the fact that Ive never been able to buy everything on my shopping list due to something being out of stock, The cashier was rude to my pregnant wife for trying to check out a full cart in the express lane despite it being the only lane open and she had our other two kids with her and they made her self check out. Ive seen the customer service rep(think it was a manager) mock and belittle someone trying to return something. And now their current attempt at winning the most idiotic Walmart is they have had designated pickup spots for over a year now WITHOUT OFFERING PICKUP. It wasnt bad when it was 5 spots, now its all entire row, the first 20 spots closest to the door. Walmart doesnt offer pickup at this location, Ive never seen anyone getting pickup at this location, yet parking is a mess because they took up an entire row of parking spots.

The desert is so green and lush very beautiful views I would recommend it for everyone to go and see the beautiful Sonoran desert

Employees are great and friendly, though they tend to be out of stock on a lot.

Clean supercenter, not as crowded as the ones in CA State, with a wide variety of products. Very helpful staff and a nice parking lots with lots of gorgeous trees that bloom yellow flowers. I am sure in the summer time everyone will want to park their vehicle in a shaded area.

They are 90% self scan now but still dont have enough lanes open. Even for those of us that have now become unpaid Walmart cashiers.

Big store! friendly, helpful staff. This Supercenter pretty much has most items we all shop for store has plenty of parking space, pharmacy, autosupplies, groceries online ordering,etc.Happy Shopping!

Smaller Walmart with limited selections. Still has issues with many out of stock items as the larger stores. This store should not be called Supercenter. Walmart could use a directory especially when moving departments around.

Ince again shelves are empty. Had to go to 4 walmarts to get otc med for my child.

Has everything that you need. Small store though. Deli isnt too bad but I dont think they have a meat dept. Only prepackaged meats available. The service is pretty quick, but you might expect a short wait in self check out.

Visiting family in the area and needed some groceries for the week. Great selection and check out was quick and easy.

Pleasant except when it come to checkout. A lot of the times the waiting here is bad and their inventory today 08192018 was some of the worst Ive seen in a while. Not sure why the store was so poorly stocked on a weekend, a little disappointed. The garbed looked nice today and very well stocked.

Generally there is nice as they come. Supply issues as normal. Almost all of their Footwear doesnt last at all

If you see Jaden at a register ask his MOD to be present when checking you out. His input skills for the register need some polishing. As do the MODs. I highly recommend avoiding Makayla due to this inexperience.

Its a sad day when Walmart wont let you do a return. For 20 years I only shopped Walmart. I did so because I could return ANYTHING with or without a receipt. Returns were 100% hassle-free. Today, even with a receipt I was told for the 3rd time I couldnt return an item. Im watching the downfall of the once great empire that was Walmart. I hope $40 was worth losing a lifetime customer.

They have not stopped using and the last 3 months you want to know how I know that I am thinking going every week and the electric furniture and kid toys are not stocked then their website says it that they carry it and that is is in stock but its gone within the same day its hits the shelves you better off going to Walmart off of Keno somewhere far on the west side if you need toys for your children are certain movies that you want and video games because they do not stock their supply Coronavirus but it shouldnt take three and a half months to stock one toil

This Walmart has gone down hill. Worst one I have ever been to. I have to move around employees while they take up an entire island while stocking and they do not move if they are blocking an item I would like. Today, as I was looking at an item an employee asked me to move so he could scan tags for the items that were out of stock. Thank goodness the Walmart in Benson still has respect for their customers, they are better stocked and more organized. This Walmart will not be getting any more of my money.

I live 72miles away I was looking. For a product I couldnt find in my area. I called the store .everyone went out of their way to help. Since I hadnt been in the store I was looking for unsweetened ice there was none in the home nice youngman was kind enough to go and find me some. I will be stopping at the store more often. Not my favorite walyworld. This store is a very small super wallyworld with a small selection. If looking for an actual wallyworld go to the kolb, Valencia or green valley stores.

I forgot an item that is also very important. I did use self check out and of course I paid and left and there she is running and hand it to me by the lobby. Phew! Overall its great.

I think this location has the most disgruntled employees Ive ever seen. Ive seen rude cashiers, Customer Service engaging in a shouting match regarding a return and employees speaking freely about how they want to fight customers when they were talking amongst themselves. This location is the closest to us so we go here frequently. Weve come to accept that you shouldnt engage the employees. Weve been in self checkout and the be stared down with distaste because we needed assistance. Even after thanking them no response. If any management or employees read this I want to ask, why come to work if you hate it that much? Find another job if its not for you. Theres other jobs out there for you and if you feel like this is it for you why not try to go to work with a smile and intentions to make the best of it? Its your best interest you have a good work life balance. For everyone else its Walmart. Cheap prices, cheap groceries and its cleaner than some. If this place isnt your cup of tea check out a Target

Smaller Walmart. Has signage outside for drive thru pharmacy but doesnt exist yet? Because of smaller size you may not find everything everything larger Walmart has, but it works well in a pinch.

They had very little plants its the end of the season no markdowns on pots and I got locked out of the flower place when I was leaving nobody told me they were locking up that part of the store.

I gata say i visited today for the first time to see what Rita Ranch super Walmart Center has to offer and I was not disappointed the store was clean and well-stocked and nobody has told me about not having my face mask on which was a huge step in the right direction

Hello, I’m Bonnie! I have never been to Walmart before, in fact taking my first steps into Walmart was a very pleasant surprise. I had just gotten KFC, I was walking around the store eating chicken and then all of a sudden a lady came up behind me and started sniffing my chicken bucket. She had been wearing a vest that had the name “Walmart” on it, I searched for her name tag and her name had been Rebecca, Pendegraph. It was a surprise I gave her a piece of my chicken and then something crazy happened. She had a hole in her pants and she had not been wearing any underwear, I could hear her stomach growling, at that moment I knew she had to poo. It trailed out of her bottom and I watched it come out. I left after that and never came back.

I really like this store. It seems to be better organized than the other WMs in and around Tucson. I shop here because it is easy to get in and out of, as well.

They need more people ringing customers out. Too many self check outs. Store isnt organized neatly. Products are not in the right shelf.Employees walking around look miserable.

The store is nice, not too big & not too small very clean. Pretty much everything the big super Walmarts have, not quite all of it but enough for what you need, & what you cant get right away you can have it shipped most times overnight there and picked up later. Theres rarely ever a line or a wait, so its never crowded.

This walmart has a great selection, and almost always has two actual cashiers open.

I like to shop an hour or 2 before closing. Less people but beware of the overnight stickers blocking aisles

Typical WalMart, not much special. A few weird walmartians which is to be expected.

A few years ago I would have given this store 5 stars but lately, Ive been noticing that every time im shopping or just grabbing the one item I went there for im being profiled and usually followed by an employee that thinks Im going to try and steal something. Just because Im in my late 20s and a Hispanic male that doesnt wear skinny jeans doesnt mean Im going to steal things, but sadly almost every other store I enter thats how im looked at. I recently purchased new doorknobs here and while walking out they set the alarm off, the door lady immediately took my receipt and bag and made me walk back through to confirm that I wasnt hiding anything in my pockets. The person that I was walking out with wasnt even stopped or talked to and we walked out side by side. This gentleman was much older with gray hair so it couldnt have been him or whatever he had in his bag. This was the moment I knew that they had been profiling me, every time Ive been here expecting me to be stealing.
