I believe if you had a contingency plan for the service desk, it would help the overall operations run smoother. There were no less than 10 people in line, when I was there, and the employees were taking breaks every 2 or 3 customers. I understand the need for breaks but someone should fill in when the line is long, especially when they are dealing with returns and exchanges.

I just love the fact the Walmart refunds your money with no questions asked. And if you dont have a receipt, they give you store credit. They stand behind their products & return policies. 5 Stars for customer service!

Was looking for mask but couldn’t find any but an employee was working to the side so I asked him and he walked me across the store to them. Definitely a good experience today.

I have to say I had the best experience here of any major store recently. Thanks mostly to an employee named Darryl who works at the fitting rooms. I called because the online system is confusing, and I’m trying to get a tent last minute to join my friends camping (to celebrate one year sober!!). The employee checked the stock, made sure it was on the shelf, then took it back to their department because they could tell it was important. It wasn’t convenient, it wasn’t required, and probably wasn’t allowed, but honestly this was the nicest thing and at just the right time. Thank you Darryl!

The company thinks they are above providing checkout service. The employees are in agreement that they dont need to work for the customer, and now there are no actual employee ran checkout registers but there is no reduction in price. There is however a major reduction in helpfulness and manager presence.

This Walmart is consistently a poorly stocked store. Its always hit or miss and usually it ends up being the latter.This pic shows awesome the selection of fans....

This store is a basic Walmart. Yet it had an item that my supercenter in Sierra Vista cant seen to stock with Amy kind of regularity AND merchandise was where it belonged. Employees were much friendlier as well. Will definitely be visiting again.

Honestly, that delicious sliced turkey deserved better than a regular burger bun. But one taste with the coffee based bbq sauce, and most was forgiven. Good food, well prepared, simply served. Thanks.

Associates are rude, it always feels like your a huge inconvenience to them. Also if you can even track someone down to ask anything thats a miracle. I know more about their policies than the managers do and all I did was a Google search...thats pretty sad in my book.

Its a grocery store right ? Then why are there zero lanes open, i havr a full cart of groceries i had to take to self checkout. Where guess what? There were 4 employees standing around. Where do you put groceries at self chexkout when bagging? .on the ground of course.Also. Had to wait forever to get 7 dollar nasal spray unlocked. They took it up front where i just grabbed it off of counter. Should if stolen to prove a point but im too old for those shenanigans.. i did like the 50 cent pies. But Sam Walton wouid probably roll over in hiz grave if he knew.

Went in for a car battery the associate in the battery and sports good section was extremely helpful the other associate that 1st helped me at the customer service desk wasnt very helpful.

Nice location and selection of goods. Just not very many check stands open. Its mostly self-check. 👎

They dont have much going on at this Walmart. The selection from the clothing to the food is pretty small . . .especially the frozen section.

The employees were polite and helpful but there was alot of empty boxes and trash cans were full of trash. Bathrooms also were dirty but overall a pleasent place to shop at.

Walmart is Walmart. Im not sure there is a lot extra to say. The employees are fairly helpful, their prices are much better than their competitors, and other than that... well, they are Walmart.

An interesting place. The food that we had was good but the service definitely lacked something. Dont go there expecting to be treated like special guests. More like second cousins.

This store is a great place to shop for non foods and quick dinner frozen items.

I purchased a car battery from the East Speedway location. It was dead and wouldnt charge due to it being out of battery acid. I figured since it was the last one at that location it was probably not meant to be sold.. Went to the Wetmore location and there were batteries a-plenty! I ended up exchanging the battery without any problems after a nice young man tested my new battery and realized it was no good.

Outside of the usual did you see that kind of customers this particular store is great. The electronics sales staff make this my go to for all my needs. If they dont carry what you need you will get helpful advice on where you can get it. Always a smile and very friendly. Cant go wrong here.

I ve been in and out of the Walmart to return stuff. Nothing that the store can do about it, but still annoying. Its a small Walmart but still trying to get in and out is hard to do.

Wal-mart was clean and empty and I am referring to the shelfs. They were stocking up for Halloween. Staff was unaware as to what or where things was located. For instance, I was shopping for my sisters birthday and I was looking for a U OF A blanket, staff was sending me all over the store until one employee used his head for something other than a hat rack and called a manager who informed me that they were not ordered yet and that this Wal-mart just might not carry them this year.

Its been a long time since Ive been to a ghetto Walmart. From the people walking around to the shape of the store it was a trip down memory lane. Good times.

This walmart is a pain to walk through, its too crowded (you could smell everyones B.O), not enough space to walk around anyone whos moving too slow or stop. Almost like if big lots was full of people.. not noticeably clean, maybe I went on a bad day but it was pretty dirty. I have anxiety & it was just awful to be in there.

Walmart is where I shop the most for things that arent groceries. I spend a lot of my time here because I love it, most of the time I just walk around and look to see what they have. The Customer service desk is really busy most of the time and have a long waiting line. Because of covid self checkout is limited to only card payment and cashiers take both cash and card. The lines to both self checkout and to a cashier get pretty busy and long too. Other than that customer service is good, cashiers are friendly and staff are always helpful and friendly. Sanitizer is available when you walk into the store, carts are sometimes out and so there is a wait for carts sometimes. I dont believe there is a restroom available here anymore since they closed the subway restaurant down. Return policy is fair. I think because of covid the fitting rooms are also closed. Walmart has basically everything you could ever need or want. Have a good basic food selection. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

No shopping carts available at entrance. Greeter seemed far away. No response when I greeted him. Cashier very outgoing and pleasant. Bathroom needed cleaning.

Big and dirty yet clean. Hey what did you expect. Its walmart. And this is no exception. You will get friendly and rude service. Most employees only know about what they have in there department and then still cant give you good advice about the product.

I like Walmart they deliver to apartment for only about 12.50 a month and with a 13 year old son (who is a healthy eater!) and it being so hot I dont have a car and I live upstairs, with empazema this is worth it for me! Thanks walmart!

Its Walmart what can you expect!?! Theyre redoing the inside and its kind of confusing finding what you used to be able to find. It looks clean ...some employees are friendly and some are not... manager was kind of abrupt and rude.... Over all it is what it is… very good prices if you can put up with the rest....

Aleays has been one of my Favorite stores ro shop.

Heres a low cost alternative to union employed overpriced food. These people are happy to help and theres no alcohol all over the place as other stores seem to promote. As a recovered alcoholic I appreciate not having to look at it since it now makes me sick just to see it. They do well here and are friendly. A few times in this store employees followed me around calling out what isles I was in. Knock it off. I just left when they did that and will still just leave should that happen again.

Its really easy to steal from there. i put 4 of them greeting cards inside a 15 cent folder and scan the folder at self checkout

Usually can find anything you need. My only problem is I go in for 1 thing and come out with a cart full. Starting to get better being able to find staff.

I was able to get what I needed easily. There were people at the self checkout to help move people through quickly.

Its smaller than most Walmarts. They moved into an existing building, instead of building a new one for this location. Though several years ago, they did widen the aisles for easier maneuvering around the place.

Everything has been changed around. I used to be able to quickly shop, now I have to guess and try to find. Its annoying . Its completely self serve, no cashier registers.

All the workers are leaving the stock carts where you can not get by. And no cashiers the employees are just standing around in back roomYou need to stock at night to be ready for your guest

This is my neighborhood Walmart and pharmacy. The pharmacy department is awesome, theyre always very helpful to My husband when he picks up my prescriptions. I really like the rest of the store because they have pretty much anything I would need during the pandemic for DIY projects. From craft supplies to planting pots to a quick pair of boots for work for my husband. Very convenient for us.

Great not to many people like the super Walmart gets and funny since they took out the subway it doesnt have that funky smell it had all these years I always believed it was subway because I smell that smell at other subways ....?.

Old fashioned store with limited groceries. Bike rack is among the cars, treated like a shopping cart corral. No paper towels in the restrooms.

Only one register open and incredibly long check out time

The money order machine was out service. Put up a sign. Therefore ppl dont waste 15 mins waiting for nothing. Respect ppls time.

Use facial recognition throughout the store. Possibly the parking lot without notification nor permission of anybody.Culpable?

I understand no handicap spots would mean no handicap carts, but they could at least provide seating for handicap folks to rest before the long walk back to their car.

Typical neighborhood market type Wally. Also an Oreilly auto parts and an extra excellent pawn shop. I have purchased several items there and the staff were friendly and competent.

Most times they dont have what you need. You have to go to other store. You cant find cashiers long lines.

I only order by phone and am quite happy with there service. If they are out of an item the will e-mail you and ask if you would like a substitution in its place. If not, you can just cancel the item. You can pick an open time which usually they will deliver the next day. If you put in a order early the day before they will let you add to your order up to a specified time the next day. The drivers are very curious and deliver your orders always on time. This service is great, espicaly with the covid around.

The Walmart Neighborhood Market is very convenient but has a limited inventory which is comprised mostly of food. Their checkout lines can get really long and they dont always keep the grocery bags stocked at the registers. A few of their staff are less than friendly but, thankfully, there are many other employees who make up for it. The store is broken up into two sets of parallel rows, one near the front of the store, the other near the back of the store. There are no signs up front listing what items are on the back rows, so you have to go to the back rows to see whats on them, which is a pain if youre in a hurry.

Walmart is a good store to go for shopping 🛒🛒

1. There was false advertising on the Walmart app. I saw the listing online for least an hour after refreshing many times.2. Electronics employee voluntarily let me know there are false ads like that all the time.3. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to talk to someone and made it to the store before someone could help me.

Posted sign they close at 10:00 pm. Doors are locked before 10:00pm. Must not be on mountain standard time. Or just don’t care too much for my business as I rushed here from work to get here before 10pm.

Theres one young cashier, all the rest are self checkout all the older people are outside in the hot sun rounding up shopping carts I was picking someone up I dont shop at Walmart

First time at this Walmart and it was just ok. There are better Walmarts in town. Had to take a cart with a built in baby seat because they were all in the parking lot. I had to buy a large ladder and I couldnt find any one to help. I finally got it into my cart myself. Checkout was great,no lines. But my cashier was terrible. The only words spoken to me were the total of my purchase (not even any eye contact) despite my Hi, how are you and Have a good one! . Probably wont go back to this one again.

Everything youd expect from a Walmart, only the employees (Atleast 2 different ones I noticed) actively ignored customers.
