Wow, I mean WOW! I walked into Terrell phone repair for the first time on 1-28-2021right at closing time and was greeted kindly and with respect, something that is missing in today’s society. Handed Muhammad my phone, he did a quick diagnostic and quoted me price that was fair.28 min later my iPhone 10xr was good as new with new screen and cleaning. If you need your phone repaired in Terrell this is the pace!

I came in on 6-6-21 and dropped my phone off a little before 1, I told him I needed the battery changed because it wasn’t charging. I came back after 2 and the worker had done nothing. While me and my girlfriend were sitting in the lobby waiting he checked out another customer no problem, however he glanced over and stared between her legs. I finally get my phone back and it’s working now, however the screen isn’t properly attached in the top right corner.

Got my screen replaced here for 200 and it shattered within 4 hours while i was holding it in my hand came back the following day and they want 150 for new screen they use cheap parts or was installed incorrectly im not the only one there’s more reviews with same issueAlso got a a new screen protector that they put on and they’re trying to say I dropped my phone while the new screen protector they put is perfectly intact

Pitiful service! Took iPhone 6 in for a simple battery replacement on 12/20/20. Tech called me back and told me phone was ready less than an hour later but that he needed my Apple ID and password. After I said no, he told me the battery would need to be ordered and would be ready in a few days(???). Later he text me asking for the Apple ID again, and said he couldn’t reset the phone without it (not what I was asking him to do in the first place). Since I dropped the phone off I’ve called twice (left VMs) and texted twice, and the only response I received was a response to one text asking which phone was mine, then nothing! Finally came in to the store today 1/3/21 and he replied he only works Sundays. Took 2 mins to replace it right in front of me. Terrible place to take your phone!!!

Went to the store today around noon to see if he could fix my phone. He was so rude wouldnt get out of the chair to get my phone, I had to stretch over the counter. He wouldnt even turn the loud music downHe handed my phone back and said he doesnt know anything about androids. Manager needs to improve the store.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, he repaired my phone and once I got it back it had a weird clear blob on my phone you could tell it wasn’t supposed to be like that after month has passed I see the corner of my screen wasn’t fully intact, The man was very unprofessional he was on his phone talking to someone like a friend wasn’t a Business call. I would of gotten a refund but I was extremely Busy and my flight to california was 2 days after that so there was no way. But not long after that I broke my phone again (3 months after) I got my phone repaired again and they did the best job it’s called place called FIXOLOGY in Beaumont Ca, Ik it probably isn’t convenient for people who live in Texas but if you ever happen to break your phone in your stay in Southern California FIXOLOGY is the place to go.

The repair itself was 5 stars. The guy that helped us was able to get our phone working again at least as much as possible. All we wanted was to be able to get all the data stored moved to a new phone. But he went above and created a just in case file there with all the data in case the phone acted up in the meantime before we got the new phone to transfer to. We are very grateful for that. They lost a star for not having enough staff to stay open the full time they are listed to be open cause when we got here just after 4pm there was a sign on the door saying they would return in 15 min and a phone number. We called the number and were told they wouldnt be back for another 25-30 min. It actually took over 45 min til someone showed back up. Despite the initial wait we would go back if needed.

Absolute Best place I have gotten phones repaired! Even off the wall older phones that need to be repaired in order to retrieve data! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!

This place is a scam. Took my IPhone 6s in for a screen replacement and they were done in 30 minutes, only thing is my screen cracked the same day. Took it back up there and he tells me there’s a bump on my battery causing the screen to crack?? I became Irate but kept my cool, I then asked why he would install the screen knowing that. Keep in mind the screen was 80.00$ At the point where he was rude and unhelpful I told him I would like to speak to a manager about this. He tries to call him and then gives me the number to the store as his managers number. The owner is so rude, he called me a liar about his employee admitting to me that he never gave me an opportunity to fix the battery and I told him money wasn’t an issue I just wanted him to do the right thing. After a certain point I acknowledged that he’s a scam artist. Whenever the receipt had an 7 or 8 day warranty. He told me that the best he could do was give me half off a new screen. I told him I would never take anything up there again and I would advise everyone else not to. The stores primary number is the owners cell phone number. He has the ability to screw as many people as he wants because he knows that we’re not going to take him to court over 100$

Read the reviews here but thought we would give it a try because we just needed to replace a battery and see if this store was able to for this particular phone. Saw the sign that was talked about here, saying they were gone currently, be back in 15 minutes, and to call the number. We called, received a text instead of an answered call, that said they were on their way, so we waited patiently for a bit. In the meantime, we called other stores nearby and found a store that could replace the battery. After we finished up with that call, we checked the time. We had waited for 25 minutes, and had already found somewhere else to repair it easily enough. We text the number that we were leaving and only then did they call back, but we were already frustrated and found somewhere else. I would like to give a review on the actual service but we had other things to do than wait for who knows how long.

I went in this morning as soon as they opened to have my Iphone X screen replaced. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The guy that was working there was very friendly. Will use them in the future.

I would surely recommend this place to my family or friends. They did a great Job fixing my iPhone. After it went flying out my car window.

I took my iPhone in for a broken charger port, which was fixed in less than 45 minutes. Great right.......in and out and ready to go, then I realize the external speaker no longer worked so I took it back twice before they could get that fixed and now the microphone isnt working correctly and the headphone jack cuts out. They tell me that theres nothing nothing associated with the charger port that could cause this, But when you look up the part on Amazon its a single piece all those items are included so it is just the cheap parts they are using.

Went here yesterday to get my iPhone 8 microphone worked on. Muhammad is clueless when working on phones. Not only could he not repair my phone when he handed it back to me my screen wouldn’t come on.(which it worked when I brought it in) He refused to fix my phone and I had to get the cops involved so I can take them to civil court. Never take your phone here. He didn’t even put all the screws back on my phone. On top of that he started syncing my personal information to his computer. These people are not trustworthy and I would recommend no one do business with them.

Fantastic service! Repaired my screen in about 10 minutes and made sure my new case was on properly. My fiancé and I were pretty annoying and their patience was great. Wish we lived around there to visit more often!

Would give them zero if I could. Told the guy that sometimes my phone would charge but sometimes didnt. He stuck a charger on it and it charged. In a very thick accent he told me nothing wrong it charged. Then told me it was my charger but I had used the same charger on other phones. Got so frustrated that he would not listen to the fact that sometimes it charged sometimes it didnt. My husband got so aggravated trying to talk to him that he took the phone and wr left. I dont know who the good customer service rep is because we sure didnt see him.

BEWARE bad business!!!!!! I paid 230 to fix my iPhone 6s plus and within 30 min went back up there because a black dot and all he did was in screw the back and screw it back and said he made it lighter in said no it will affect the screen he said it wouldnt so I had to go as I had 4 kids with my hungry and frustrated as we waited a hour for it to get fixed so 15 days later different color lines popped up shooting threw the phone and the LCD was tripping so I went back up there and they kept telling me the LCD is crack or was mashed on hard in said impossible Ive babied it especially after paying 230 for stupid LCD because all the lines they said the black line was a crack well I got another opinion in garland and they said it wasnt crack it was a line I cried because I dont have 230 to flush down the toilet in 15 days Im a single mom barely making it this is by far the worst place take your time go to garland not this Pakistani place there fakes crooks* read reviews before handing any place money I wish I would of read the review below me because if I had I would of went some where else

Got my screen replace at the store and my front camera and ear piece was still in good shape according to Raj. After i receive my phone back from them the phone got hot and missed up my front camera and earpiece went out. Fajar explain to me that the warranty would cover any damage or malfunction of phone would be covered. I went back within the thirty days and still was charged 40 dollars for the front camera and earpiece. So going back to all this. They weren’t honest the warranty plan that is place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family or friends. Never going to need there business ever again.

Fixed my phone the came day. courteous notice on the 30 days notice for any technical issue with the screen. i have been reading other reviews and most if not all seems like people had trouble because there screens cracked and they wanted them to fix the screen again under warranty,after they broke it. come on people things dont crack on there own.

Not worth one star. My daughter dropped her phone off and they requested to leave it so they could see what was wrong. So she did. They then put a new screen on without telling us the memory board was messed-up. So when we went back they wanted to charge for a screen and memory board with cost being well over $250. Took same phone to another phone repair and they were excellent for 1/2 the price of this place. I feel they were trying to cash in on the deal of course and take advantage of a young girlNot today. Dont recommend.

Does not honor Warranty! September 5th, paid $75.78 for a new screen, yesterday September 27th they charged $59.54 for a new screen because I didn’t have proof of purchase. They said text the receipt if you find it when you get home, we did, and went back today September 28th with the receipt in hand. The same man refused to give any money back. We insisted he call the owner, he did after insisting we were not getting a refund! The owner also made no effort to refund any part of the money. The receipt says 30 days! No damage to the phone!No water! Why would he tell us to text him the receipt if we find it. They had no intention of refunding the second charge. We’ve had the screen replaced in Mesquite and Forney for $30.00. When we asked why they charge so much more for a screen, he said they have High quality screens and we are getting cheap screens that break easily. Done!

Have called repeatedly for two days no answer or call back. Went up there and there was a note saying be back in 15 mins. I waited 45 mins. Went did some shopping next door and came back still no one was there.

I was going through terrell when crcked my phone. They fixed it on the spot with in a hour. was told exctly what needs to be done and had the part in stock.

Awesome fast. 30 mins and my phone was fixed. The next day I noticed a nik in the upper right corner of the glass. Then two days later I pull my phone out of my back pocket and it was cracked in the center and it webbed out to all borders and sides. I call to voice this issue. And yes I understand that you cant mangle yur phone up but never have I had an iPhone glass crack from sitting on it...even when I sat on bleachers I never had that problem. So I call. And he said that because of the pressure and I said yes I understand but clearly the glass is poor quality because of what I previously said. He was rude and told me that you cant sit on your phone. I told him I understand that ism getting no where and that I am going to voice my complaint on the review page. And he accused me of threatening him!!!???!?!? What?! No! I said I am unhappy with your service and its my given right to voice that opinion and complaint so others are aware! Not once did I say fix it or else?!! And then I concluded my call with. Its clear your will not be righting the cheap glass so I hope out have a wonderful day. Lesson learned.

If you have an expensive phone, they can probably fix it for you and itd probably be worth it, but I asked how much to replace the screen on my just under $200 Moto G5 Plus and was told approximately $120. I decided to put up with the shattered screen till Im ready to buy new instead of fixing.
