The people in the store are amazing and very helpful!!!! We ordered a phone online and did the next day delivery as it is advertised, we got a rum around and were lied to. TUE ONLINE NEXT DAY SHIPPING IS NOT TRUE!!!!!! They couldnt tell us when it would be shipped. So I went to the Terrell location and the manager there was beyond helpful and is getting us taken care of with the phones we were trying to order!!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE GO TO THE STORE!!!!!!!!!

Bought an iPhone from this company and the next month it stopped working. They would not replace it and said that I would have to go to North park mall in Dallas to have it replaced. Could not get any of the information off the phone because it would not come on. I have a busy work schedule and they were not even willing to help. I definitely would not recommend buying from here.

I had an extra charge coming in to pay my phone bill. A charge that I have NEVER had and I go into this same location to pay every month. I was not told what the charge was for or why it was added once I got there. The girl was extremely rude and never even looked up from her own phone to actually speak to me. Horrible service and attitude. I barely make enough to feed myself and my kid. All I wanted was an explanation as to why another fee was added when it had never once been there before and she couldnt even be bothered to put her phone down to explain something to me. You either need to retrain your employees or start finding new ones because that was unacceptable

The only thing that makes this a 5 is the regular employees. Was there last night 11/17/18 for over 2 hrs trying to change to their service. Manager was there then left knowing the issue. Didnt try and offer help or anything. It took the wonderful employees (they really are) getting the DM on the line to get help then was able to fix problem. Ive never seen a manager just leave their people like that just cause it was time to go. She never even offered a discount or anything due to not being able to do one line and over 2hrs on trying to connect another line. Very unprefessional on her part she could have assisted and maybe it wouldnt have taken so long who knows.

Horrible experience. I was given the wrong information by one of the employees and when I decided not to purchase the phone they told me I would have to pay a $25 restocking fee. How about the employee that didnt know what they were talking about pay it?

Went in because I had problems with a device I purchased there and the representative that was there could not help me, I was asked to go in the next day to speak with a member of management. I went back the next day... Their 7 day warranty expired the day before when the representative could not help me. How is that the customer fault? The girls that work there are very friendly, the wait time can be long at times, but not taking care of a customer is poor service.
