Why would not help existing customers. Its better to go to sprint or Verizon they will help with existing customers on good deals. They only give a good deal to new customers.

Not good, very so often my calls dont come through, they go directly to voicemail, and other many times theres no internet connection 😥its very frustrating 😪😒

Never will I ever return to this store. The customer service is horrible. Maria the customer service representative was rude. Thank goodness there is another store in Terrell. Worst experience Ive ever had. Would be a better place if the store actually had someone there that knew how to speak to customers and knew how to do their job
