EveryoneEvery time I go to this store, I spend too much time looking at all of the awesome memorabilia, games, and toys. The customer service is top notch, and its pretty much the only GameStop I prefer. A true 5/7

Had to wait outside due to the # inside but very happy to see they are following Covid precautions. Staff took customer orders and checked to see if they had it in stock for us. They had order waiting for us at counter. Knowledgeable staff.😀😀

Horrible bought new remotes and with warranty remote went bad after 2 months went to get it exchanged and they keep telling me they dont have any in stock after numerous attempts each week of trying to get a new remote I just called corporate. Dont shop there they dont uphold their end

They dont Carry much of what I own, but their customer service was worth the 4 stars.

The young guy there is super knowledgeable about the systems and the games. Store is always clean and Stocked.

Always a good place, the employees are friendly and actually enjoy their jobs

The employees really love their industry. They are excited about new games, classic gems, and often recommend titles you didnt know you would love.

Small but fun store. My grandson is 10 years old. They always have something that he doesnt have. Great for grandmothers. Lol

Store itself is fine,one staff member was not professional and very rude. I returned an item and he seemed just flat out irritated very short with me and as he handed me the money he dropped it the cash into my hand and the change went all over the counter . Why couldnt he just hand it to me? Just seemed put out. I know people have bad days , sure but when it comes to dealing with people its just plain decency to just be nice and helpful. Called and spoke with manager and he seemed to be understanding and said he will have a (Conversation )with his employee. Gave me a 5 dollar game card ? Then went on to let me know about all the things coming up in the store and offers .... But I will not be back to this store since there are plenty more to give my business to.

I would much rather buy online but when I have to get physical things I rather go to other gamestops, one employee in particular is pretty rude, pushy, and easily irritated by little kids, if you go there you would easily identify him... overall takes away the gamestop customer service experience.

I love this store so much. Kelley is such a great manager and she knows how to really help out the guest. She always goes above and beyond for me.

Let me start off by saying this is the closest GameStop around me and I live an hour away.... I finally get home to realize not a single game was in the case. Also, tried to purchase extra controllers that somehow never made it into the bag. And they didn’t have a game in the back to match the one on the shelf because an employee “must have checked it out”. Maybe if they weren’t so busy chatting it up they would have noticed they weren’t doing they’re job.

I do not like having to do reports like this but when we went to shop there in late November early December 2018 for a Nintendo switch system the worker we had dealt with whose name I cant remember what it was but if I ever saw him I could Point him out he seemed like he had more other things on his mind maybe that was because of lack of sleep but but it didnt seem like he was too aware about the product too much or this merchandise in the store and much less what me or my mother said did he seem not to have much of a care he is definitely in need of improving maybe not being fired but definitely improving he also forgot to mention that when you buy a Nintendo switch a brand new one which we did you get a free $25 gift card from yalls company two of you managers the following next days handled that especially I believe either her name is Amanda or most likely Kelly who again if I saw her I could Point him out and was very nice and also very pleasant to look at if I may say wouldnt mind seeing her until Im with her again and my mom also feels the same house while we were very pleased with her how she helped us and how she corrected all that and gave me a good membership with your company however I am sad to say but I must give this review from mr. Josh and family and companies.

Return policy sucks. If you buy a new item better hope it works. You cant return it after it is opened. Takes an act of Congress just to exchange for the same item.

Although this is a typical GameStop my low rating is due to an overzealous salesman that would not leave me and my grandson alone. Even after telling him I would let him know if we needed him he followed us around the store until he just became quite annoying.

Bought the Zelda game for my nefew

Great selection. Love the clearance stuff and the staff was super friendly and very kmowldgable on what games were cool.

Took in brand new games never played and received $2 per game. Im sure they will sale as new. Never unwrapped.

Worst GameStop I’ve been to. Employees were so busy joking around and talking amongst themselves that they completely screwed up everything we were purchasing. Completely unacceptable at a place of business. I know you can’t expect much from a place like that but they definitely ruined my little girls night when she realized they didn’t put her games in the cases. Horrible customer service. We will see if they make it right tomorrow.

Great GameStop, one of the best in the nation. I have lived in every state but 9 and this is one of the best.

Decent size store and friendly staff.

Good selection of games. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and mostly attentive.

When I need to be educated on a game or system for my son or daughter, they always seem to be knowledgeable about the products they have.They dont always have what I need but, always helpful and friendly.

I am a huge fan of the warranty everything else could use some improvement. I think GameStop has a limited amount of time left with retailers like Amazon out there the storefronts are dying.

Been shopping at this store for a few years and seen a more than a few employees come and go through this store, but I can safely say that with the current SM and his other underlings that are there right now it is the best its ever been.
