I have spent the last week trying to get my account fixed back to how it was before I came to this location looking to upgrade a device that was not taken care of correctly. My account is so messed up from whatever the employee did the day I went in that it has taken me this long to get it somewhat fixed and there is still more that needs to be changed. I have made countless phone calls to AT&T and have spoken to so many agents that have been trying to help me. There are phone numbers showing up on my account that do not even belong to me, lines were deleted from my account that I was not aware of... the list goes on. I don’t understand how someone that is suppose to be trained and know what they’re doing yet manage to screw up an account so bad. I will never be back to this location.

No communication whatsoever from the employees at the Terrell AT&T store. Went in to upgrade from my current phone and was totally disappointed with the service. Came out empty handed and will NEVER return. A whole bunch of customers waiting to get serviced and only 1 employee working. Unacceptable! My SIM card was deactivated and I wasnt even aware. I had to stop at another store to get actived again. Save yourself some time and do NOT stop at this location.

Lots of customer service takes place in this store. Easy access and service in comparison to the stores in Forney and Rockwall. If you want to avoid the wait and crowd I highly recommend visiting the Terrell location. Ask for Devon.

Devon needs a bonus, a large bonus he is a master at customer service and just an outstandingly friendly person don’t know how ATT will reward him but he worked all by himself and handled several people simultaneously better than most customer service reps handle a single customer. Best ATT experience. Great man!

I have been with AT&T for over 10 years and I typically do not buy or order my equipment from a franchise store. However, I came into the store in Terrell Texas and dealt with Bethany. I spent a lot of time with her and she answered all of my questions. Her service was outstanding. I ask a lot of questions she took a lot of time and made me feel like an important customer. I would recommend her any day of the week if you are in the market for a new phone equipment or accessories.

My iPhone went missing in action, so I went into the store with an older Android and needed my original phone number to work on it. The gentleman behind the counter quickly set up a new SIM card, installed it, tested it, and then told me that I could use that same SIM card in my iPhone in the event that it was found. Good experience with AT&T.

Ive been an AT&T customer for over 5 years & wanted to check into changing to an iPhone. Devin (the employee who helped me) made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience within the 1st 2 questions about an iPhone. No wonder that store is empty all of the time. I will NOT be going back to a place that makes me feel stupid for asking questions on a potential expensive purchase. I am upset enough that I am considering changing providers after this experience leaving such a bad taste in my mouth.

Very good customer service in this store. I came in with an issue with my bill and the manager was easy to talk to and help. He had to spend 45 min on the phone with customer service to resolve my issue but he was able to get it fixed.

I have been a customer of ATT for roughly 9 years. I first met Zoie when she was the assistant manager at ATT in Canton where I live. I was wowed by her drive, friendly attitude and knowledge of products. When she informed us she was transferring to Forney, we devoted ourselves to the extra drive just to make sure we were well taken care of. Now she is in Terrell as the manager and again, we have followed her in her career to ensure we get THE BEST customer service. Not only our personal account but our company’s business account as well will ONLY be serviced by her. I highly recommend stopping by Terrell and talking with her for all your needs. 10/10 recommend.

After driving from Terrell to Garland to visit my Dad in the hospital, I opened his new phone and realized it was the wrong phone. I called the store back and Matt brought the correct phone to the hospital and we made the exchange at 8:30 pm. Thats Customer Service!! He was super nice about it and I was very appreciative of his efforts and amazed at his caring attitude. Thank you so much!

Not helpful at all, acted snotty and when asked about $30. Autopay, which we are doing, they dont offer that in their store anymore. I guess they need to change their advertising because it says they do honor the $30. I was told I had to call customer service in order to do get the correct billing.

We originally tried to go to the AT&T in Quinlan but upon arrival was met with a sign stating due to staffing issues they were closing at 5:30 instead of 7. Frustrated we drove to the Terrell location, and I couldnt be happier it worked out that way! Chris was AMAZING! So helpful, so knowledgeable, and SO patient (which isnt often found in customer service anymore).Chris got us taken care of in a timely and efficient manner, couldnt be more appreciative of him and his time!

Last week I went to my local ATT store to get a hotspot but they were out so they called ATT in Terrell and turns out they had one. When I got there, Clay had it already pulled aside and had it ready for me. I had no trouble adding it to my account and he even found a way to help me lower my bill. Definitely recommend the Terrell store and Clay! Great customer service.

Horrible customer service with the girls in the store. Especially Brooke she was rude and nasty to me about my rate plan. DO not go in the store the service was terrible. She yelled and refused service to me at this store. She refused service to me helped me after she messed up my monthly bill. She refused service and began helping a Caucasian customer. They are racist and please do not go in this store, I have file a BBB compliant and AT& T Corporate compliant against this store.

Which I could give 0 stars but had to pick 1. This is my second time going to this location and my second time where the employers treated me like trash. Went in to see if I can get and upgrade or if I had insurance on my existing phone that out of no where died was talked down to as if the employers didnt want to work, and I was a bomb off the street. Rude and nasty is not good customer service especially when Im spending my money to pay half of their salary. Ive been with ATT too long to keep getting treated like a second hand citizen. Really sucks because Im going out of town without a phone and a BAD taste about ATT. One pissed customer!

Terrell AT&T gained a customer for life tonight!About a week ago I went into the AT&T Forney store to purchase a hotspot with a large amount of data to bundle with DirectTV. I explained in detail what I was looking for and the sales guy acted like he knew what I was talking about. Long story short, he sold me the wrong hotspot device and an extremely expensive data plan while making me believe it was what I was looking for.Tonight I went to the Terrell store to see if they could fix the issue, and Bryan was absolutely amazing. He stayed past closing to make sure my problem was 100% resolved, made sure I wouldn’t be penalized for the Forney stores mistake, and got me the exact package I needed at the price I was looking for. If you’re looking for good customer service, DO NOT GO TO THE FORNEY STORE. Terrell will take care of you.

These people rock all three of them. went in there with a friend because I thought she was being charged too much for cell and internet, home phone and TV provider. They cut off over a 100 dollars and then he asked my friend. how long you had your cell. It is a flip phone and they was charging her 8.99 a month on insurance and her cell is only 15 dollars brand new. the stopped that. These people but the customer back in service The went all the way to Canton x from Terrell tx just to get a wireless link. They rock!!!!
