They were every helpful n fast..they rewrote some paperwork that will help me out with my tires n wheels that were bought from them,from a previous car owner that had given me all his paperwork on the products,he had bought, before he sold me the car.

If I could rate thisTerrell Discount a Zero. I WOULD!I called and the guy told me to come on in and he would work my car in. All I needed were my tires rotated. The guy on the phone never once told me I had to schedule an appointment online!Then I was told I had to wait till 2 pm it was 10 am. What are you kidding me!I paid for this extra free service when I bought my tires there. But I feel these Guys working there do not want to rotate your tires for free.When I walked in I was standing there not one employee acknowledged me after 15 minutes. They all had a look on their face like they did not want to be there or wait on you.I spent $800.00 for my tires there. Plus I have bought my tires through Discount on every vehicle I have ever owned!!I told that Guy I am not waiting. I left so I called and the so called Manager would not even let me talk. He kept talking over me.. VERY RUDE! I had to hang upon him.This location needs to learn CUSTOMER SKILLS.I went to another location...made the Appointment online and it was at 12 pm. But they got me in at 11 pm.Plus they were friendly and greeted you!

Seth was able to find my four hard to find low volume tires. Techs were great on the install. Had my appointment completed in an hour. Will be returning again when I need new tires.

We blew out a tire on our horse trailer enroute to an event far from our home and stopped in at a Discount Tire to buy a replacement. Everything was great until check out. Did you know they tack on a $22 fee for air maintenance on every tire they sell? Not road hazard, just sit pressure. And they dont give you a choice on this. We will never be back in that store as it is not near us. Hidden fees soured what started out as an awesome transaction in our time of need.

Very helpful and fast. Of course I ordered the wrong size tires online. They got me what I needed and replaced another bad tire I had very quickly. The building and parking lot were clean as well.

4 new Michelin Primacy tires installed on wifes luxury Infiniti Q70 a couple years ago. Scarred and chipped the finish on all 4 wheels and argued they did not do it. Lousiest customer service responses from all on-site personnel including management which was the least courteous and forgiving. I give ZERO.

I showed up early before i had to go to work to get my tire plugged. I guess since there wasn’t really money to made off of me I was ignored by every associate in the store. I’m fully aware that others had appointments. My problem is no one greeted me or said hello. I was completely ignored as all the employs walked right past me. No one said I’ll be right with you, nor was there any communication. They wouldn’t even make eye contact. I took my wheel/tire and left. I will not return, nor will I give any discount tire my business any further.

First time at this location, but really nice! And with all the COVID stuff going on they have a nice spacious store area if you have to wait. My family and I ended up walking over to Buc-ees to grab lunch while we waited. Car was done by the time we talked back, which was around an hour from drop off (though we had an appointment). Staff all very nice and helpful!An update... Because the car was super dirty and needed washed before really showing the tires off (and the car needs painted too but its a track / daily driver). Been driving on the wheels and tires for a week now. Only thing wrong is I should have went 215 instead of 205 on the tires. Car runs SUPER smooth now and handles great, replacing running steelies for awhile and gives the car a much nicer profile than when it had the Monsoons

Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Theyve always been quick, thorough, friendly and communicative with anything that needed to be done. Theyve answered questions and when theyve had to order my tires for replacements its always arrived the next day. This has become my tire store.

Terrible service!!!! Will not be coming back to this location. I took my car up here to get my tires rotated and as I’m driving down the highway, I can feel my car vibrating and shaking. I get home and realize, I’m missing a lug nut on my passenger side back tire!!!!! This man had the audacity to argue with me and say I came up here with a missing lug nut and that it’s my fault! But he found the missing lug nut ? Hmmm anyways never coming back to this location again!

Easy to order online, check with them for my tires arriving, schedule/reschedule an appointment, and never leave the vehicle when I went in for my tires to be replaced!

These guys really saved my bacon yesterday! I lost my debit card early this week while we were sampling what life in Alaska is like this past week so I couldnt get to the bank till Saturday so I just pulled what I thought would surely last me for 24 hours till Monday...which was just $200. After work I drove from N Dallas to Kaufman to get my son and when I arrived at my parents my drivers side tire was half deflated. I was horrified to think of trying to drive my baby and 2 dogs back to Dallas like that but this business was only open for 25 more minutes. I called ahead and they told me as long as long as I arrived 10 minutes before they close. They didnt have the size on my car so I had to go a size bigger which meant replacing 2 with limited funds. Initially it was more than I had on me but they helped me out to where I could afford it that day and made my car safe to drive back home in. One of my dogs also crapped in the lobby out of sheer terror and made a huge mess with it. I asked for something to clean it with and the awesome guy that was already helping me came out and cleaned it for me. It was a rough day and these guys made it a lot better. I really appreciate everything that you did. I was in a really scary and tough situation and they went above and beyond.

Talked to Devin on the phone got the appt. set up for my wife a new set of tires. Got me in the same day which was not expected but awesome. When arrived dealt with Daniel who was great wife had two bent steel rims from previous damage awhile ago he got her on a new set of rims and tires. Everybody was nice and efficient. I was on my way to Jefferson from Dallas with my pets when i hit a pothole. The associates were very accommodating, i was prepared to sit outside with them both but they allowed me to sit inside and helped me get back on the road quickly!I originally gave them a 5, but after driving on the wheel that i bought from them and having it shake to the point i felt like it was going to fall off, i had to go to the discount tire back home and they told me that Terrell had put a wheel on my car that was 2 sizes too small along with a bigger tire. If this location didn’t have a friendly staff, the rating would’ve been lower.

Discount Tire replaced all 4 of my tires on my leased Cadillac XT5 a few months ago spending nearly a thousand dollars. We turned in the lease recently and to our surprise are now being billed again to replace all the tires for nearly another thousand dollars. I reached out to Discount Tire to advise and they pushed me to an adjuster who then stated we are not responsible due to some small print on their purchase agreement. Sold me the wrong tires and no effort to even try to make things right? Not even an apology just a denial email.Very disappointing Customer Service. We have faithfully used this company multiple times on our 5 vehicles in the family. Never again!So disappointed a former faithful customer.

Bought some KOs for my truck and put 25K on them. They started riding really ruff. Discount not only changed them out for a different tire (Nitto ridge grappler) but took the hit on the price....they never gave me a hard time at all. Really happy with this new tire....would highly recommend if your looking for a smooth off-road tire. I have put 15K on this new tire...think the price of the Grappler is about the same has a KO....I will never buy another KO

Orderedba new set of wheels and tires for my wifes car. We shopped around for a while and when the wheels went on sale we finally bought. The only hiccup I had was the wheel size I ordered was backordered over 30 days. I received a phone call in less than 24 hours from the store and the manager had a resolution not just sorry your stuff isnt available. I received a confirmation call when the wheels and tires arrived and had them installed next day. Definitely going back for my truck.

Highly recommended! Honestly if I could, I would rate at 4.5 stars instead of an even 4 or 5.What they get right: You can bring tires to this location and have them patched even of you didnt buy the tire at that store which is a huge plus.They have reasonably good prices for tires and installation, and if you go in for a warranty claim and the tire you have isnt available they will substitute for a different/comparable tire.What they get wrong/what cost them the fifth star: Some of the employees are less than courteous at times. The actions of one or two employees however, doesnt define an entire company, maybe the guy had a bad day, who knows.My last visit was about a year ago but Ill be back soon.

Dont go in unless you have an appointment!!! I was waiting for about 2hrs because my husband thought he had scheduled me an appointment and didnt.

I called before arriving for a tire rotation they said it was free, when I arrived they try to upsell me on everything, I said no because the tires are 3000 miles old... Almost new they said, well next time we do rotation if you purchase the tires with us... They need to put that information on their website or let costumers know on the phone...And I was going to get the tires with them to begin with, but I got them a couple of hundred dollars cheaper somewhere else.

Blake was awesome! I pulled in to get my tire checked and he noticed the valve stem was leaking and fixed it on the spot. Then, he noticed I had a nail in my back tire and he fixed it as well. I will definitely be back just because of him.

OMG, cant say enough about the staff, especially Chris , David , and Joe ... I went in yesterday because I had a vibration in front end a week after they installed front tires. They figured out one of the tires was defective from manufacturer and replaced it. Today same thing on same side , they went through 4 or 5 tires until one was good on the wheel balancer . These guys are professional right down to it. By now it was after 6 closing time, when we were done and the last thing David said was If you have any trouble at all bring it back well make it RIGHT! 3 hour wait for a free patch for my tire....wow.Prolly cause I refused to buy another tire on a brand new car.

Got new rims and tires on my brand new truck. Took it back 3 TIMES because of vibration, they said their was nothing wrong. Took it to my dealership, who discovered discount did not install the hub centering rings!!! 36k miles I put up with my truck shaking!! Then I took it back to them, they sent me to another discount because they didnt have the parts, when i got to the new location, they took my wheels off and THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PARTS. One employee had the correct rings on his truck so he took them off his and put them on mine!!! So I got used parts after my 6th attempt....never, ever again.

I had a tire blow out, it was destroyed. Felix not only installed a very nice used tire at a reasonable price, but also secured a cable that the blown tire had torn loose. They really helped me when I needed help without taking advantage of a helpless traveler. I recommend them highly. Oh yeah, thank you Felix and Merry Christmas.

I dont generally come to discount cause Im a cheap mfer, but I had an issue with something the cheap shop couldnt do. Stopped by and had all tires balanced on my car. Left there and they really did a horrible job. Driving was worse than before visiting. Took car back to Discount Tires in Carrollton, TX, had tires rebalanced. Tires balanced successful with no problem afterwards.

We called the store and tried to get some help to dispose of some tires, when we got there the man that serviced us was very rude and didn’t have a name tag. When we tried to ask where to pull up and dispose of the tires he got an attitude and told us too pull up to the last stall, that’s where Adam serviced us and let me tell you that was exceptional service. Called ahead (5 minutes away) and was told no wait. Get there, check in, they tell me $95 to replace 2 trailer tires that are in the bed of my truck. Im supplying the new tires and valve stems. Then, after they lower the price they tell me its a 2 hour wait.

Our church mini-bus had a flat tire on our return trip from the Dallas Arboretum earlier this month. Discount Tire promptly replaced our valve stem, got us back on the road, and refused payment. What a blessing to a bus load of senior adults!
