Waited in line for over 15 minutes with 2 people in front of me and 3 behind. Had to leave and go to OReillys. 1 person at register helping a guy who never bought anything. A second person finally showed up and helped 1 person then had to go get cash the register. Wont EVER shop here again ! I was in and out of ORileys in 5 minutes.

Be prepared to wait. Customer service is good enough sometimes, but with the wait there’s also the feeling of being rushed here at checkout so forgetting something can be a bit awkward.

I was traveling from Louisiana to New Mexico when my battery light came on. Stopped at the Terrell Autozone to check the codes. These guys were just super friendly and hospitable! They diagnosed the situation and called a local mobile mechanic to install a new alternator.

The service was great but your employees need more help! Customers having to wait in line for a long time is not good for the customer or the employees! Get them some help! Its not there fault!

Great service when I needed to return a battery I had purchased.

These people are not mechanics and use Google more than I do.

I couldnt get what I needed because employees ignored me for about 10 minutes. 1 man was working the line of customers and doing his best. The other employees ignored is. I decided I dont need anything that badly.

Gave wrong parts and sizes 2x in 1 night. They got the rotor wrong size had it all the way on my truck with the bearings as well then realized it was to big had to go take it all off and return it. (When I purchased rotor I brought the lugnut to be sure I got correct size) I had already been working since 6pm on it & had to return the rotor at 9:30pm, so I went ahead and purchased new brakes while I was returning the wrong size rotor, and I clearly asked the young man if the computer said rear as I needed front brakes. He said it was fine. By the time I got home to put the new rotor on & the brakes I purchased it was 10pm and that’s when I found out the brakes were the back brakes like I mentioned I saw it on the computer said “rear,” the young man assured me they were correct. Was 10:10 when I went to knock on the window and Kayla said they couldn’t open it and I said mam you just did my return for the rotor YALL have messed up twice and you can’t fix this, she kept giving an attitude so I called the district manager he said they would open the door to make it right in 10mins I waited and they called the police on me, I didn’t do anything wrong so the police gave me no trouble. And I didn’t get to switch brakes switched out so I have to go back at 7:30am per the district manager. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND FOR THEM TO CALL THE POLICE LIKE I WAS A THREAT! NO! I JUST WANTED TO FINISH MY TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been a customer at AutoZone for many years, now. My experience there has been always great, particularly at the Terrell Texas location. I give the Terrell crew a five ⭐ rating.

I stood in line for about 20 minutes, while a customer ahead of me spoke no English, showing the guy behind the counter a video and photos for over 15 minutes and all of us standing there and nobody helped us on the end the guy takes off and buys nothing,

I showed up near closing time with a dead battery. These guys were nice enough to test it for me, process the warranty claim, and allow me to borrow their tools to install it, since it was after 10 pm. I really appreciated this service as I was driving thru this town on my way to Wichita Falls. First rate service by this management team and staff.

Manager.loaned me a flashlight ( which I bought later at purchase ) to go spot 2 specifics for parts. MGR was EXTREMELY helpful and reached out to my situation. As I was driving, in the rain, my windshield wiper just blew off! It was so scary and I have no idea how to pick the right wiper or put them on. I was assisted by Mr Alberto and he helped me pick the right wiper and very kindly installed it on my vehicle so I could go on my way. Thanks so much for helping and the great customer service!!

If you are getting strangled by an anaconda and your cousin won’t help you cuz he is frozen in a time paradox, then I highly recommend this location. The employees are very knowledgeable about quantum mechanics and they were done force feeding us quail eggs we partied through the night until we ran out of Freon to huff. My only complaint is that the store is overrun with penguins that shoot painful electric discharges and mock you while you are paralyzed.

I was in Terrell in my 1966 Mustang on 7-21-2020 and I needed to add some coolant to the car. I let the engine cool and got some coolant from the store. When I pulled the radiator cap coolant sprayed on me and the parking lot. Night shift manager Cheryl saw what was happening and rushed to help. She got some help from the store, put oil sorb on the coolant, got the first aid kit patched my arm, helped wipe my car and add coolant. She went the extra mile and made sure that me and the car were ok. Employees of this quality or hard to find and are valuable to your company. Thanks again for the help!!!!

We were having a hard time getting a clutch fan a part but Junior and Andrew took the time to gather the tools needed to take the fan blade off and even helped take it off. It wasnt an easy task but they didnt give up until it was done. Thank you guys and yall deserve a raise. Excellent customer service!

Quality of service here all depends on who is working when you go in. The female workers seem to be more helpful and knowledgeable than the men at this location. I never feel like Im troubling the women that work at this AutoZone. The men always seem to be too busy to deal with customers.

Have no problems with anyone of the workers here but Carlos and every time I call the store I never have a problem unless carlos answers the phone and hes always rude and acts like a jackass on his high horse. 🙄 Manager really needs to have a conversation with that dude. But other than that I have no problems and get the help I need.

I had a broken tail light. I went to see the store the guy was very patient and understood I didnt know anything about cars. He found what I was looking for and took the time to install it for me thank you so much autozone.

They are really helpful and have always had the parts I need. They will figure out whats wrong and give you advise on how to fix it, also if they are able to they will show you a picture or diagram of you car or the problem area and show you exactly how to fix it.

I Pass OReillys so I can go to a place that has knowledgeable staff and the things that I need. The only time I ever had getting the wrong part was not the associates fault but a mix up in the computer. The part had to be ordered but they had it for me in 2 hours. its a week later and I am still waiting to hear back from OReillys if it is available or not.

I know autozone doesnt have the best reputation but Ive used them for eighteen years and in that eighteen years Ive used the others (napa, oriley, advance, pepboys) and autozone has messed up the least, keep up the good work guys.

TI went in to get the adhesive for rearview mirror repair and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and polite during my visit.

Rude ass people I swear. MAF sensor went COMPLETELY out, and I managed to putt putt my way into their useless parking lot. After begging the guy to check my computer, he grumbled his way out to my truck. Only to make me hook it up and run it, while he stood there with his arms crossed as if I slapped a cookie out of his hand.The kid picking his wedgie printed off my codes, and I went back to my truck for my phone. They locked the doors on me 10 minute damn near immediately (before closing time) then stared at me from across the store.So I called to just ASK how much a sensor would cost, and they picked up the phone, looked at me, and hit end button.Place is a joke. People are idiots, and scared of a 25 year old mother with 2 little kids. PA-THETIC!!!
