My husband and I recently relocated from Tucson, AZ to Oil City PA. We needed a new TV and ordered it off Amazon. The TV was delivered quickly, but unfortunately there was damage to the external box, the internal box and the TV. I called Walt’s and sent pictures. They arranged for the TV to be picked up the next day and sent a prepaid return label. Our replacement TV arrived today and is set up and working great. I just want to shout out to the Customer Service that we received from Walt’s TV. Excellent in every way! Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience buying Sony TV online from Walts.com. I worked with Miles and can answered all my questions before I purchased it. It shipped the next day and arrived within 2 days safely by Fedex Ground. Brand new, factory sealed TV, was boxed inside another protective box. No issues at all and very happy! Thank you guys!

My husband recently searched online to find a Samsung big screen TV. Walts TV appeared. We didnt recognize the name, but when we saw it was located in Tempe, AZ only a few miles away, we called, preferring to buy local. I was not home during the installation, my mother was. When I got home however, I was thoroughly pleased with how neat and professional the installation looked. I had a power outlet installed along with the TV mounting service. It works great!! The guys showed up during the window they had given. They kept in constant contact with me making sure to do EXACTLY as I asked because of my absence. They were awesome and kind over the phone. I would recommend Walts to anyone needing these services. I think they were in my home less than an hour. Mom sent me pics of the finished product and it wasnt long after they had gotten there.

As far as service, A1. Miles Bouchard assisted me in finding the right outdoor tv for the right price. Found one that was open box and great price and had standard warranty. Ordered it but then they ran into some issues with locating, may have been sold, etc... However, Mr. Miles had it figured out before making the call to me; they had the 2021 model and sold it to me for the same price. Knowing I was trying to have it by next week, he got all of this figured out expeditiously. They called to ensure all shipping information and everything else was correct to follow up after the order as well. Next time I get ready for making a TV/home entertainment purchase, I’ll be checking here again!

Bear went above and beyond to make sure I received great customer service and received a product discount I had seen advertised in an email. I was having a challenge ordering the Samsung sound bar I wanted and could not get the discount code to apply. Worst customer service ever! I called to have another cable run in the attic and estimate some new speakers. The tech called to confirm a walk though but wouldnt do the cable run so he would have sales call me to reschedule. They never called back... I called and got transferred to sales but they were to busy to answer the phone and their voice mailbox was full (imagine that). I called back 4 times before finally getting to talk to the sales person who then got rude on the phone and said we dont do that service any longer.Even though I purchased an antenna from these people and they installed it along with 3 cable runs and I was very happy... I will never call these people again and I highly discourage anyone from do so.

Havent heard too much about Walts, I decided go with them because they are a local AZ business and were one of the few places that had my LG TV in stock. I called ahead to check to see if they had my TV in stock and to see if they accepted mastercard. A gentleman named Miles answered and confirmed both. He said he could get one from the warehouse delivered to the store in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Miles had the TV ready and showed real enthusiasm for me! He was as stoked as I was to get such an awesome TV! He offered me a great deal and am so grateful that he did! Id say the best deal, and I have shopped around a lot. At Walts, they open up the box to check to make sure the TV is free of scratches and screen defects. I was not sure how to feel about it, but after thinking it over, Im glad they did it. Because if it was broken, it would have been sad to find out after getting home. He helped load it into the car and we were on our merry way! Miles was absolutely outstanding. Couldnt have had a better experience.

Bought a TV online, it was never delivered. The TV is lost in delivery. I have wasted days waiting on scheduled delivery times. Requested a refund, BE WARNED they do not stand behind who they have chosen as their delivery company. An investigation must be completed that takes an excessive amount of time (minimum of two weeks at the earliest which is the maximum number they tell you it will take but likely take much longer according to dozens of other reviews), before they will issue you a refund. In the mean time I am paying interest on the 3 thousand dollar TV that was never delivered cant buy another one because I am not even sure what is going to happen after the investigation is completed. This has cost me more time than I care to think about, and more money than I will be refunded.. BUYER BEWARE!!

Walts tv is the best. Great customer service. the installation team took the the time to ask us how we listen to music, what do we watch so the could set up audio and video just like we like. we purchased LG oled 65 and lg oled 77 along with 2 denon avrs and new hdmi cables. inside sales took the time to discuss with us all the pros and cons of all we were looking for.When we need a new refrigerator or washer/dryer it will be back to walts.Install was within a few days of purchase.I highly recommend Walts TV for all TV and appliances.

Great place to look for a new TV! The one I wanted was out of stock everywhere I looked, except for this place! Walts TV & Appliance had the one I wanted in stock plus the sound bar that was designed to go with it! I ordered it late online and it was ready for pick up early the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even opened up the box and verified that the TV was working properly. Once I told them that I was satisfied they repackaged the TV and loaded it onto my truck. Great service gentlemen!

Just bought a new TV from Walts. They had a great selection, but even more importantly, a well stocked warehouse where they were able to pull the exact TV I wanted on the day that I wanted it. They also hooked me up with a fantastic wall mount that I was unsure how much I needed it, until I hung my TV and really cant imagine not having the flexibility of this wall mount they recommended. I think it was Miles (guy with 15+ years working at Walts) who I worked with. He was a fantastic associate, helped me out, and hooked me up.Im stoked on my experience and loving my new TV!

I purchased an OLED TV from Walts via Amazon. They sent me a TV that was the wrong size, wrong brand, not OLED, and worth half the one I paid for. It two took weeks and multiple interactions with customer service (which was not always forthcoming with status updates) but I was able to return the incorrect product and eventually received the correct TV, as advertised.

Products were in stock and delivered and installed five days later as promised. Kyle and Spenser delivered and installed on the day promised...went the extra mile to answer questions and insure the setup was to our satisfaction. Great place for all things audio and video. Matt Lowe was great to work with. Showed me around the place but no high pressure sales tactics. Prices were some of the best I can find and everything I wanted was in stock. The installers Spencer and Joey were professional and efficient taking time to make sure even the smallest details were to my satisfaction. They sell quality brands and quality lines from those brands. They sell appliances here too and when I need to replace my current ones, Ill be sure to check this place out.

Notified Walts TV that the TV was defective on 6/19/2021 and its still havent been resolved. They all got paid and I have returned the TV but they refuse to send out a new one. I have talked to over half their customer service and their upper management. They dont have your best interest and I have always made the call first beforehand to inquire about the status and for an update. Bought the TV via amazon through this company they were fast to contact not to issue the refund but not fast to give an exchange for the defective tv they have sent. Extremely upset and frustrated. I have filed a complaint through BBB. They also have the audacity to pick the cheapest and the slowest shipping option even though I was patient and waiting this whole time. Upper management finally called after I called them over 6 times.

I worked with Miles. When I called about 4 weeks ago, he answered all of my questions and demonstrated his expertise about Samsung QLEDs. I decided to order from him and two weeks later ordered one of the new 85 inch TVs. I was so impressed with Miles, that 10 days later, I ordered a 2nd one of the 85 inch QLEDs and made a point of asking for Miles.I may order a 3rd one in another 2 weeks. I found Matt through a Control4 forum and happy I did. He has fixed what others promised but did not deliver. He has been very friendly and supportive on what I have asked to be done with my system. Just received our new 85 QLED. Two days from AZ to TX. Box and TV arrived in immaculate condition and perfect working order. No problems but one question did come up during the installation process. I called Walts today, Saturday, and was lucky enough to reach Candice in CS. She did not have the answer but listened to everything I offered and said she would call me back. In less than a half-hour SHE DID!! She evidently found the one human in the world who could answer my inquiry exactly, and right there at Walts. This was absolutely outstanding Customer Service and Candice was a pleasure to talk to and work with. A terrific buying experience from on-line to on-the-wall. October 11th, 2020 - When all of the Best Buys outlet stores in Houston , Texas (...some 12+ city-wide stores ) did NOT have a single LG 48 OLED in stock, the Best Buy sales manager told me that the quickest he could get me this 48 CX OLED was 16 days later. But Walts TV immediately located at least 7 of these OLEDs in their warehouse in Kentucky, and was able to ship out that exact TV model ( FedEx d ) within 3 hours, once my payment was immediately received ; ...and Walts TV offered it cheaper (without me even asking for a discount) than any advertised price posted by Best Buy, even much less than Best Buys crazy open-box priced version of this OLED ! The technician had to come back after the initial visit to resolve an issue related to the work performed, which was initially frustrating. However, Walts (Matthew in particular) was extremely responsive, and they met me after hours on Monday so I could avoid missing work. The installation was fantastic and they resolved the issue, which is why Im still awarding them 5 stars. Matthew and Spencer were outstanding installers and great people. I came across WALTS out of pure luck. I had been checking out speakers online for a while and saw that they offered Klipsch speakers. So on Friday 4/23/2021 I decided to finally pull the trigger and get them. Showed up about an hour after they opened and was greeted by Miles B. I told him what I was looking for for, he checked stock for me and went to verify physically. While waiting he showed me one of their listening rooms. I fell in love with the room that had the Klipsch RF-7 III’s. I love them but a little out of my price range at this time. But the home theater seating they offered were priced great and made me think about getting those too. He brought me my Klipsch RP-8000f’s out and the RP-504c out. Asked if needed anything else to go with the speakers. I declined since I was only replacing an older set 1994’s CF1 towers. Want to support local businesses and glad I made the right choice with them. I feel that in the future I’ll shop them for my major electronic purchases. It felt good to interact with the associates there.The RP-8000f’s sound amazing that I spent the enire weekend listening to music from CD’s and records and they sounded better than I remembered. Next item will probably be a turntable and hopefully those theater seats.

5 shining stars for Walts TV.I first bought accessories from them years ago at their Mill and Southern location and was glad that they moved to a bigger and more accessible storefront. I was recently gifted with a TV that was too big for my cabinet top and there was no open wall space except for brick fronted fireplace.Regarding invoice #954:Miles Bouchard was very helpful in selection of a suitable wall mount device. Service call was arranged promptly and at my convenience. Installers called and arrived in a timely manner.Shout outs to Spencer, Joey and Robert for their attention to detail, accuracy and expertise. The installation had a few hiccups with a need for a separate trip and conduit but was completed with a minimum of fuss.Keep up the good work gentlemen...now that we are all spending more time at home due to Covid restrictions, staring at walls and binge-watching is a pleasure with a safe and secure installation done at a reasonable price.

I was in the market for a new T.V. and my wife finally agreed to let me start looking. A friend recommended Walts as he said he had had a good experience in the past. I called before I went and spoke with Richard. He seemed very nice and interested on the phone. When I arrived, he greeted me when I walked in the store. He answered all my technical questions to my satisfaction, this is not a minor purchase mind you, so I had a lot of questions. I decided to buy the 77 Sony A9G. I was surprised to find that they would be able to deliver it the next day. When Joe and Brandon arrived they were very courteous and respectful. They unboxed the T.V. for me and offered to hang it on the wall and take my old T.V. down. They took all the trash with them. I had an existing Control4 system installed 10 years ago by another provider. It never functioned 100% and the team at Walts was great in upgrading my components and getting it humming. Matt knows his stuff with Control4.

Ordered my Samsung 82-inch Q90R from Walts after an issue occurred with another vendor. TV arrived right on time (as promised) and right now it is ready for me to install in my new home theater. This is going to be great! Also, on top of the awesome service in terms of getting the TV, Matt at Walts did a super job setting me up with exactly the technical service contract that I wanted. I tried to do this directly with an electronics-technical-support company, but all I got was confusing information and an indifferent attitude. Conversely, Matt jumped on this issue, set me right up, and explained everything to me perfectly. He also spent some time assuring me that he would take care of any future needs I had in terms of equipment and setup. Truly excellent buying experience! Thanks Matt!!

We had an issue with a damaged TV being shipped out over the holidays (black friday sale), but didnt have a chance to open and inspect the unit until much later on as we were unpacking and renovating. Our return/exchange inquiry was responded to promptly, but what was more important was the fact that EVERYONE we corresponded with was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. Definitely NOT the case of being passed around from one person to another and my issue was resolved quickly and with no headaches. We appreciate their team and would highly recommend Walts TV.

I just had an awesome experience with Walts TV. I ordered a TV that was too small through Amazon. I called Walts, the company it was sold through and worked with Matthew to arrange for the exchange and purchase of a larger TV. He could not have been more helpful or professional. And when it was delivered and installed today I had another great customer service experience with Spencer and Kyle. Delightful young men who take pride in what they do. Its apparent that this company truly understands excellence in customer service!

Very disappointing. Went to audition some Klipsch speakers and the selection was sparse, and the listening environment was horrible. The sales guy apparently thinks that loud is better. My Bose 901s sound a lot better in my family room.

The entire sales process from start to finish was professional and thorough. The manager in the shop is named Matt and he was great. He knows his products and cares about doing right by his customers. The gentlemen that came to setup our purchase were Kyle and Brandon. They were extremely careful with our furniture, and purchased products. They took their time to setup our Apple Tv, DirecTv boxes and even helped us pair the remotes. I will purchase from Walts in the future, and highly recommend them for your purchase.

As a local, I bought from Walts at its old location on Southern years ago. Great to see the professionalism and customer-service above-all attitude has remained in its new location and given its on-line presence.Worked with Miles who gave me a price on a new OLED that was rock-bottom. He sent out two of his installers, Spencer and Nick, who worked hard, did great work, and were sensitive to the quality of their work despite having to take additional time to get it done right! Two great guys that do outstanding work.Couldnt have had a better experience and would recommend Walts TV to all the locals over those other competitors; although, in my view, Walts TV has no competitors here in Arizona.Thank you, Miles, Spencer, and Nick!!

Very unimpressed with the service level. I purchased a TV which had been picked up by UPS on 14th Nov and was supposed to be delivered on 19th Nov. It is now late on 20th and still no idea where the TV is. I received an email from Walts to say it was out for delivery on 19th.After 2 more phone calls to Walts today still no resolution and I was told they would update me next week. Pretty poor customer service.

Was in the market for a new TV for my living Room and talked to two of my buddies and they both said go to Walts and talk with Miles. Once on the phone with Miles I told him what I was looking for and and he had what I wanted in stock. Miles was very knowledgeable and didnt rush me into anything. He also got back to me after about a week or two to asked how I liked the new TV. I will be going back to Walts and Miles for the next TV upgrade when the time comes.

Take the time to speak to Miles at the Tempe store before buying your next audio equipment purchase. His customer service is like it used to be, before the days of big box stores and online shopping. Hes courteous, knowledgeable and best of all they have great pricing! Dont let the showroom floor fool you, they have tons of product in house. Im so happy I got my gear from Walts.

Decent open store format. Storage is offsite 5 min away. Televisions on display were on low quality feed and not tuned. Hard to tell quality. They had three demo spaces that were being installed and not up and running.

Matt helped me with my 75 QLED tv. It was shipped and received quickly with detailed instruction on how to properly receive the shipment from the carrier. Set-up was simple and Matt was always available to help with answering any questions. You get the feeling that they really care about their image, as well as their customers.
