This place saved my life, I couldn’t keep hauling the studio home inside, all but the furniture was in my trunk and back seats, after COVID and all that I was really starting to fall apart spiritually but then the turning point hit, it wasn’t quick but after that switch was hit I looked for a job and hauled bags of Charcoal and a grill to cook everywhere I went. I came to Extra Space Storage and was amazed from what the offer, first month Free just have to pay two or three little things that really didn’t coast much. So I’m happy, working and able to clean my car and look like I’m cruising again.

If you’re looking for a unit and need assistance, Stephen is your man!We came in on Saturday with a reservation set for 5x10 storage unit, not exactly certain if this was the right space for our needs. After seeing the unit, we realized it was too small and he gave us a better outline of what size unit we needed based on the size of our apartment and home furnishings. We ended up going with the 5x15. He kept assuring us that if we did need to eventually change storage unit sizes after the fact, it wouldn’t be a hassle.When we got back to the office, he went out of his way to find the best deal for us rather than just sticking us with the regular price. He made sure every step of the way that we were confident in our choices. I have now used Extra space on both coasts. This company seems to employ the nicest people. They are so helpful. Im unfortunately always high maintenance and they always go out of their way to make sure Im taken care of. Their facilities are clean and easy to use. The only down fall is I thought air cooled meant air conditioned. Nope, it means fan cooled.

This is my second time renting a unit from here. I had a great experience the first time around and so far have been having the same experience this time as well. Staff has been friendly and I actually feel safe being there at any hour unlike the facility that I was renting at.

Rodney was amazing! Has been incredibly helpful through my challenging move from my 2000 sq ft home to an RV by having things all set as I walked through the door after calling & reserving storage. He’s friendly and helpful and just absolutely great! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I booked and reserved my unit online a few days before move date. Manager calls me within the hour to discuss any questions I may have. On my moving day, I get there and meet with Rodney in the office and with payment, signing of agreement and showing the unit, I was in and out within 10 minutes and on to unpacking my stuff. Rodney was super welcoming and got me on my way with my moving and unloading. Very happy I decided on this place for my storage needs.

Rodney informed me through a voicemail to please return his call and that an important matter must be attended to. He confidentially and professionally informed me that I had left my storage latch in the unlocked position. I was able to return and lock my locker the same day, and secure my locker! Our family had the best experience with Laura from this location. She was extremely helpful in describing the facility and unit size, etc. We obtained a space from her but realized that we required a larger unit. Laura promised that she would notify us when something larger became available and as promised within two weeks we got a call from her. She arranged for us to move to a larger unit at the facility which was perfect for our needs. Extra Space Storage is very fortunate to have Laura on their staff! Outstanding customer service, above and beyond.

So apparently this storage facility is under new management by a gentleman named Rodney. He is absolutely amazing. I got a call from him saying my unit was unlocked. I went and checked it and it appeared to be locked. I went in and told him it was locked. He took me back to my unit and showed me that the latches can get stuck so it appears to be locked but it isn’t. He moved my door a little bit and was able to open it! This means my unit has not been properly locked for almost a year! I am so thankful that the new owner Rodney takes the time to make sure all of the units are properly secure! He set off the alarm in the process so those work too!

Clean facility and easy access. Obtaining the storage unit was super easy. That is the only reason why my rating wasnt a 1 star. Checking in is easy, checking out seems impossible.Both my wife and I had called the manager (Zach) to inform him that we had moved our stuff out of the unit, well before the next billing cycle started. He assured us that he would move us out of the system. A couple weeks later we are being charged for a unit we no longer have.

We just rented a space from Rodney and he was awesome to work with. We have rented from them off and on since they took over from the prior ownership. The business is more professional since they took over and Rodney is hands down one of the best employees we have dealt with.

I went in yesterday to get storage unit, but found out the one I reserved online was rented the day before. Super bummed about it and kind of stressed me out, trying to do a military move while pregnant is not fun at all! Sergio, helped me out a ton! I can’t stress this enough! He offered other options for me, walked me through literally the whole process and the property. Made me feel at ease with everything. If I ever have to get another storage unit again while moving with the military, I will come back just because of Sergio!

This review combines 5 star service with 3-4 star value. The customer service has always been great but I am moving out today to go to a different storage because of their value. Extra Space purchased this storage facility from Rancho Pueblo back in Jan 2015. Since that time my rent has gone up 4 times for a 32% increase. I asked what gives and the rep said Well, corporate meets every 8 months to decide if theyre going to raise the rent. I said Well, theyre 4 for 4 with rent raises. So what value am I getting now thats different from the previous owner? I cant really say but I did notice new lights last week. My new storage(Public Storage) is closer to my home, just as clean, climate-controlled with first month half off, regular rent $15 cheaper and corporate meetings every 11 months. The move was a no-brainer.

Just rented a 5x10 unit. But while moving in, noticed the unit was more like 3-1/2x10. Spoke with Bree, she was more than happy to move us to a true 5x10 unit. No hassles, made me feel like the customer was important. Hopefully begining of a long relationship with Bree and Extra Space Storage.

Everyone at ESP has been great to work with, the units are very secure and clean, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them.
