I found Julie and Aisha to be very professional, friendly and helpful. The facility is immaculate and its obvious they take pride in their facility and creating positive relationships with their customers. They both answered all my questions and impressed me with their attention to detail and desire to make the entire experience pleasant. I look forward to being a long time customer/tenant and I will definitely refer this facility to others. Storage Express is the cleanest, most convenient, and affordable storage facility I have ever used. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The ability to rent a Uhaul on the spot is invaluable, plus they carry all your packing needs. Moving is stressful enough. But at Storage Express its a one stop shop, which makes it so much easier! I called several storage facilities before I reached Storage Express. They were so enthusiastic and friendly over the phone. They had a great move in special. The facility is state of the art, I feel like a VIP. Its extremely clean. They offer all kinds of benefits like bottled water, free wifi and their gate hours work very well with my work hours. 6 am-11pm. I cant say enough about the Management. My whole experience was perfection. If you need storage, go to Stoage Express!
