I had the most wonderful experience as I applied for much needed storage space when I first contacted Manager Alicia Cardenas in August 2021, she very professionally outlined the storage space policies, procedures, hours, availability, cost, security, and listened to my needs. A 10 X 10 unit was not immediately available, but Alicia promised to call as soon as one materialized... 6 days later she contacted me and offered the immediate solution to my situation. I raced over and was met by Esteban Diego, who graciously took my personal application, outlined their policies, and then personally showed me to my much needed storage unit. Their facility is immaculate, safe and secure, both Alicia and Esteban were life savers, quickly satisfying my every need, I have never been so impressed with Customer Service personnel, they certinally are outstanding in my eyes and I highly recommend using Butterfield Ranch Self Storage when your need arises. Its in a great location and is very competitively priced with other storage facilities in the area. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

This is a well kept and maintained storage facility with temperature controlled units. The staff was professional and courteous. They also provide email alerts for holidays the facility is closed so one can prepare ahead of time if they need to access their storage unit. Carts are handy for hauling larger or multiple items. Were very satisfied.

This place also offers inside thermostat controlled units, for those of you who have sensitive items. They are in a 2 story building with an elevator and carts to help you transfer your stuff. The place is clean and well kept up.

Ive been a customer since August 2014. The staff at the Butterfield Self storage are awesome. Very professional and it is the cleanest facility Ive seen. The facility is also very secure. The rates are reasonable and I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs a storage unit.

BRSS was a great choice for us in the Vail Ranch area. The unit we had was very clean, air conditioned, and access to it was easy. Cleanliness can be an issue when storing important furniture and books. The grounds are clean and the interior concrete floors and hallways were always clean. The cost of storage must be weighed with what you have to store and for how long youll store it. The cost is certainly great for a few months storage, and youll want to consider if long-term storage is cost effective. The staff folks were very happy to help and we have only good things the say about the experience. We will use BRSS again when needed.

Its a place to store stuff. The building is clean and weve NEVER seen signs of rodents or bugs. The staff is on their game... I didnt put my code in once and they were there quick to check and address the unauthorized access.
