It takes forever to speak to someone. They had my truck for a week without calling me to keep me updated. Then when I called they said it was nothing wrong its it. Now my truck jerks when it shifts. They definitely didnt check it out

It cant be easy delegating vehicle service. When making an appointment for an oil change, I was grateful to get in quickly. Driving up I saw the sign for quick oil change. Over an hour wait, less than two hours.

Just checked my truck in today. Jesse, my service advocate is the man. Very courteous and helpful. Upfront and honest.

Made an appointment online during a very busy day and organized my whole day around it, was turned away at the door because they accepted 8 walk ins instead of honoring a scheduled appointment. Will not return.

The service area is staffed with professionals who know how to address the customer and take their time to explain to the customer what is expected. The service area waiting room is very accommodating and free coffee is offered. Personnel are polite and complimentary shuttle rides are also available. Good place to service your vehicle.

Only go for maintenance of my Ford fusion however I will not purchase a vehicle from this location the personnel are not professional just my opinion

Ive had both positive and negative experiances with the service center since purchasing my vehicle in 2015. A lot of unprofessionalism but also some good customer service as well. Im on the fence.

The worst service department an experience . one person stood out Stephanie the so called manager was not helpful rude and arrogant no care in the world for us .no car rentals they expect you to walk home even after youve paid your portion an done your job useless dont go there even if you just like me have paid for the best insurance plan they could offer waste of money. this is a serious WARNING 08/12/2019

Worst place to work you show people what you can do and offer ways that can help improve the company but its literally in one ear out the other and they make the workers do way to many things than they can handle or do task that have nothing to do with their possition
