Wendy the dispatcher was excellent she helped me out tremendously getting the shipment into storage and the warehouse guy and his men were awesome they took very good care of me

Nitza and her team worked hard. I really appreciated their kind and friendly manner. They were flexible as problems occured on moving day. Its nice to know that there are companies that still believe in customer service.

I had the good fortune and opportunity to have Nitza and her Crew to move my things from my storage unit in Orlando. I was late to my appointment but thankfully they were able to work with me and able to wait for me to arrive several hours after our appointment time; they were so kind and they didnt have to wait but they did. From there they worked quickly to pack my things with care and making sure to secure my valuable items and place it in the storage truck for moving. Nitza was in communication with me the whole time and even sent me some pictures of the progress they were making, and of the completed storage unit with all my items gone. Very professional good service, she was so nice and her crew were top-notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone for moving services. I could not be happier!

We could not have been more pleased with our move from Florida to Ohio. From the first contact with our sales person/mover Mike, our coordinator Wendy, the packers, movers, and our driver. Professional all the way and very respectful of our belongings. We also transported our vehicle. Everything happened timely and without a hitch. The chaos and stress of moving was greatly alleviated by our entire crew. Mike and Wendy answered all of my questions before and Wendy was very timely with her follow-up after each event. Great job!

I work for another moving company in New York and will only ever go to Community M&S for all of my Tampa, FL work. The folks here have proven time and time again that they will get the job done. They have never failed to meet a delivery even when asked to deliver last second. The crews are always fantastic with my customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied with the experience. I could not ask for a better partner in this area nor would I even want one.

These folks moved my Daughter and Grandson back to Seattle for me last month. The communication throughout the process was excellent. It started with the Salesperson Mike Martin and continued perfectly with Wendy who was in charge of my move the rest of the time. Mike gave me a cost that was Guaranteed and never changed, they even had to put on a smaller truck to get in my Daughters new apartment complex, all for the original cost. I have moved 9 times in the past 25 years and somehow there was always additional charges but not this time. I wish I could remember the Drivers name as he was excellent too. I have been using Community Moving & Storage for about a year now on some very difficult moves of Theatre equipment in the Tampa Area. These moves always involve stairs and some very tight spaces that we need to move the equipment in and out of. All of their crews go the extra mile to get the job done and leave my customers with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a professional moving company. Dont be fooled by competing movers. This is the only one of 4 that gave us an actual firm estimate of our moving costs. Others would give us an estimate, but then make it effectively meaningless by quoting that they needed to weigh things after loading to give us the real cost. Thats bogus. This company quoted us a price and stuck to it. Awesome. We had them both pack and move us. The packers on the first day were on time, quick, and packed everything so nothing broke in transit. The folks loading & moving us were friendly and knew what they were doing (we had some heavy stuff, and 3 flights of stairs!). My only quibble is with their ability to tell us when the furniture would actually arrive. But that seemed to be true of all the movers we got quotes from.

Left 3 voicemails but never received a return call. Had to take my business elsewhere.

This was the best moving company that we have ever used. They were extremely organized and professional throughout the entire process. Mike Martín is a fantastic salesperson. He was able to provide us with top notch service at a reasonable price. Marco’s crew was fantastic... not even a scratch on anything. They were polite and extremely hardworking.

Love the company and the work ethic of the workers. My husband always has great things to say after he drops off a load there . I don’t know who Jeff and Wendy are but Phil seems to tell my husbands driver all of their business, which is a little personal and inappropriate. Unprofessional.

I was on the phone with my husband (who is a contractor) as he was getting his truck unloaded. I could hear Phil in the background , cursing and swearing to the workers and being very derogatory towards my husband and his helper ( other guy on his truck). I listened for a while and he is extremely disrespectful. Very unprofessional. We will not be using this location again again. The movers ( two males and a female I believe) did a phenomenal job even while being disrespected in front of drivers.

They were supposed to show up to load our furniture at 830 am. The two moving men showed up on time ready to load. The truck did not. So after 4 hours of being told we are checking into it, something went wrong with dispatch, the driver will be arriving at 10, then 11:15, then 5 minutes away, etc. Finally at 1230 pm the truck did arrive. Just very un professional. I was never really given an answer as to why this dysfunction occurred. The unloading in Atlanta went great. The truck showed up when the driver said he would along with the moving team. Great service on that end.

They arrived earlier then expected and were able to move everything needed in the scheduled time frame. Steven and Terrence were very polite, courteous and efficient. Very respectful of property and furniture being moved. Would recommend them to anyone. Mike who set up everything stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and followed up afterwards. Great experience. Going to use them again for our final move in a few months.
