This company was extremely helpful. My car battery died as I was driving and the alternator went out and although they were very full, immediately began working on my vehicle and had it done within an hour. The prices are extremely good and all of the workers are very caring. 100% recommend!

Came in today to have tires put on, had a appt gave the guy my key and before I could get in the office my car was up on the rack!! I was amazed! These guys are great, very courteous, I know its not a big job, but I will be back for other work! Highly recommend to everyone!! Wow what incredible service! My windshield wiper fluid tube was broken and Bay Brothers was able to get me a fast appointment on a Saturday. Juan fixed my issue in about 10 minutes. Bill Currie Ford in Tampa Florida had my Ford or 21 days out of those 21 days I had it for two kept going back, got towed back twice had it towed out of there to be Bay Brothers Automotive. BBA had the vehicle three days had it back to me fixed the truck is 100%. I would never use or recommend Bill Curry Ford to anyone for repair work after I told them what the issue was. As a certified master ase retired tech I knew what was needed and all Bill Curry did was to replace starter after starter. Juan knew what the problem was right off the bat without having to explain any other symptoms to him. Bay brothers is a number one shop for Ford repair and I’m sure they do other autos at the same time

Cannot recommend these guys enough. They’re actually honest mechanics. Last summer, my car would die on me when it got too hot — not a problem where I used to live but a big problem in Florida.Initially, I’d gone to a place close by. The guy was impatient; wouldn’t listen to what I thought the problem was from the check engine light error I’d gotten months ago; then repaired something different that didn’t fix the problem. When I went back, suddenly my A/C stopped working. When they fixed the A/C, they tried to sell me something else.Thank goodness for Bay Brothers! Juan was very patient w/me when I called and actually listened to what the error code said it was, which was a sensor. [When the car cooled back down, the check engine light would go off.] I wasn’t even giving him the correct part # from the month’s old print-out I had, but he searched and found what I needed. I dropped off the car; they fixed it that day; and I’ve been able to drive all over since then w/o it dying on me.They are professional, polite, kind and HONEST — never talking down to me nor trying to sell me unneeded repairs. I just went back for an oil change, and Henry was equally great. These guys are top-notch. It’s not some fancy, schmancy place. It’s a modest little repair shop, but if you don’t want the hassle of someone ripping you off, go to Bay Brothers.

I brought my 2004 Ford F150 for an AC repair with a compressor was locked up. I was given an estimate of about $850 for the compressor and dryer. Drop the truck off on Thursday they told me it would be ready Friday. Truck not ready Friday and upon the repair they told me they needed an extra part which was called the evaporator core. I had asked why does it need to be replaced when it was already removed a little more than a year ago to be cleaned because of no airflow when the AC was on. Well in the process of replacing the dryer assembly they broke the neck of the evaporator core which I believe they should be responsible for. The technician told me he had to use heat and he could not get it off, but being a retired Master ASE technician I inspected the core and if you would’ve used heat the O-rings that were on the tube would have melted. It was just a case of being in a hurry I Which caused the evaporator core tube to be cracked. When I bought the vehicle and they gave me a price and I told the woman at the desk just go ahead and do the repair and she replied to me if it’s a penny more we have to call you. They did call and told me the estimate went from about $850 to $1200 and I agreed to that price then when I went to pick up the vehicle it was over $1400. Beware of this company

This place is a blessing. I am always paranoid about taking my car in to get fixed because I’ve been scammed so many times. I’ve only been staying with family for a months and this is my first car issue, and my insurance company directed me to them. I’m so happy they did. I will definitely be calling BBA in the future for any repair work.

I brought my vehicle in for an ac repair and a suspension issue. The ac was fixed but took them 3 days longer than they quoted me for, said it would be done Tuesday and I didn’t get it back until Friday. I called the shop and talked to an employee about what parts to order for my suspension they told me to order front control arms when the issue was the back control arms. I now am stuck with parts I do not need and was offered zero forms of discounted service for my HUGE inconvenience. The owner did apologize for his employees mistake, however, that doesn’t give me my $300 I wasted on the wrong parts back. Overall just wouldn’t recommend I didn’t feel like a valued customer by any means.

When three street Machanic’s advised me to just sell my expedition over a simple misfired. Spent over 500 changing all spark plug and coils and issue still wasn’t fixed. A 20 min visit to bay brothers to discover that one of the coils was defective, Juan took the time to assure me that they were able to fix my issue he showed and explained before and after the issue. They were wonderful and I swear I will not go to another Machanic unless it’s Bay Brother Automotive. 100% recommendation. These guys are experts...

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Ive taken my car to 2 different mechanics within 4 days & not one of them was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. Was charging me overpriced labor fees for work that wasnt even completed. Clayton took a look at my car and was able to resolve the issue with 2 hours of being there. Affordable price and no BS! Straight forward and honest work! I truly appreciate them and already told them I will be coming more often with any issues. They are now and forever my mechanics!

This means you will receive a phone call, text message and email regarding any issues found and any repairs that need to be done.3. You can approve the repair and pay for the invoice on-line4. I highly recommend Bay Brothers for their honesty and professionalism. The minute I walked onto the premises a mechanic named Kyle came up to me and pointed me where to go. He also worked on my car and was super friendly and very professional. I went there expecting to pay $1,000 to replace my fuel pump and within 24 hr of dropping off my car it was ready to be picked up with a bill of just $239! Turns out it wasn’t my fuel pump but my IAC. I loved the customer service and work they did, not to mention their work is under a 2 year warranty! I will be back there for any maintenance or repair needs I have in the future without a doubt!

First off, great experience. I had my car looked at with a chain shop. Came back with a bad alternator. Quotes $750 because of specialty dealer part. I asked Bay brothers for a second quote. It was considerbly cheaper. Then they also look at my car. Short time later they let me know it was a much easier fix and that it was less than $200. Glad that I got a second opinion. The staff was knowledgeable , friendly and fun. I felt very included throughout the repair. I dont want any further issues, however if I do I will return here.

This shop is one of the most honest shops I have been to. Juan the shop owner took very good care of my car at a very fair price he attempted to replace one piece to see if it would fix the problem and it didn’t so he didn’t charge me anything, he then replaced another piece and it fixed my problem and he didn’t Charger me anything over than what he said he would charge me. $128 is an unbelievable price for an electrical problem and couldn’t be happier

A friend suggested this place to me so I visited their website and loved how they had estimates of work that needed to be done. No car place EVER wants to give an estimate without saying Come take your car in. I ended up taking my car in for a noise which I had no idea what it was. They were all very nice and it was reasonably priced. I would recommend.

After getting scammed by a major car dealership, they told me my engine was blown and I needed a new one, I brought my car to Bay Brothers where Juan told me my car was fine and he put my engine back together. He had me back on the road super quick and at 1/10 of the price! Finding an honest mechanic is almost impossible but look no farther. While my car was there Juan made it clear of what actually needed to be fixed and even fixed small things he found while working at no additional cost. Had them fix my AC and mount a few tires on my 2011 Nissan Altima. They did a great job. Price was fair and customer service was great.
